Abstract

The purpose of this study were to describe the conservative and progressive spiritualism in novel Bilangan Fu by Ayu Utami. The type of this study was the qualitative study by using descriptive method. The data of this study were the quote of sentences that had the conservative spiritualism behavior and progressive spiritualism that searched through the main intrinsic which were: characteristics, setting, and allure. The resources of data in this study in novel Bilangan Fu by Ayu Utami. The results of this were: (1) the characteristics, setting, and allure in novel Bilangan Fu, (2) the consertive spiritualism behavior in novel Bilangan Fu, and (3) the progressive spiritualism behavior in novel Bilangan Fu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supervision of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 44 Palembang. It employs a qualitative descriptive approach with 15 informants selected through purposive sampling, consisting of the principal, head of the guidance and counseling unit, educators, students, and education staff. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source and technique triangulation, which guarantees reliable and valid results. The analysis results show that the supervision of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 44 Palembang is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Planning is systematically structured by setting goals, targets, and success indicators aligned with student needs. Implementation is conducted in an organized manner by the principal and vice principal for student affairs, covering service observations, administrative evaluations, and program monitoring. Guidance counselors receive coaching based on supervisory results. Evaluations are conducted regularly at the end of each semester and academic year, involving the review of service documents and the administration of questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas laboratorium sebagai pusat sumber belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yang mengandalkan referensi dari buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan memahami konsep laboratorium sebagai pusat sumber belajar, termasuk tujuan dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, menggunakan buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah sebagai referensi utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laboratorium sebagai pusat sumber belajar sangat penting dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dan kritis yang dibutuhkan dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan mata pelajaran lainnya. Laboratorium merupakan tempat di mana siswa dapat melakukan eksperimen, praktik langsung, dan observasi untuk memperkuat pemahaman mereka tentang konsep-konsep yang dipelajari di kelas. Peran laboratorium sangat penting bagi guru dan siswa, karena menyediakan lingkungan yang memungkinkan siswa melakukan eksperimen dan praktik langsung, serta memperkuat pemahaman konsep yang diajarkan di kelas.
