Abstract

One of the components of enterprise architecture (EA) is information architecture (IA), which has three elements, those are people, process, and technology. The research was conducted using the variables on the process elements involving people and technology elements. This research discusses the designing of information architecture model of vocational training process at the Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Dalam Negeri (BBPLKDN) Bandung. Stages of the research are using qualitative approach method. COBIT 5 and TOGAF framework are used as the references during the analysis and designing. The analysis tool used is the consolidation of BSC and CSF. Validation of the research result is done by triangulation method to the theory, vocational training regulatory/policy, and the BBPLKDN Bandung need. The conclusion from this research is that the information architecture model of vocational training process in BBPLKDN Bandung is affected by elements of people, process, and technology in the scope of enterprise architecture, with reference to the results of BSC and CSF consolidation.

Abstract

Provinsi Sumatra Barat merupakan daerah yang tergolong berpotensi tinggi terhadap bencana gempabumi disebabkan letaknya di pantai barat Sumatra yang secara tektonik berada berdekatan dengan zona subduksi (subduction zone) dan terdapat sesar Semangko. Telah diketahui gempabumi merupakan fenomena alam yang dapat terjadi sewaktu waktu dan menimbulkan banyak kerugian.Dalam upaya mengurangi dampak bencana yang disebabkan oleh gempa bumi maka perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan menentukan rumus empiris korelasi antara magnitudo gempabumi lokal dengan periode dominan gelombang P di wilayah Sumatra Barat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 63 data kejadian gempabumi lokal di Sumatra Barat yang diperoleh dari webDC,setiap kejadian gempa dicatat oleh beberapa stasiun yang berbeda sehingga kita mendapatkan beberapa Td dari setiap kejadian gempabumi,kemudian Td tersebut diambil rata-rata dari setiap kejadian gempabumi. Hasil dari rata-rata periode dominan dicari logaritmanya kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai magnitudo dari setiap kejadian gempabumi melalui grafik. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rumus empiris korelasi antara logaritma periode dominan dengan magnitudo gempabumi lokal di Provinsi Sumatra Barat yaitu Magnitudo = 4,009 + 14,903 Log Td dengan didapatkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 73,1 %. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa data yang digunakan layak untuk penelitian dan untuk penerapan rumus estimasi magnitudo ini hanya berlaku untuk wilayah Sumatra Barat.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berupa pendampingan pembelajaran matematika dengan media Doratic (Doll Train Mathematics) terhadap anak penyandang dissabilitas tuna grahita di Yayasan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Alpa Kumara Wardhana Surabaya. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dimulai dengan pembuatan media doratic berbentuk boneka kereta bangun ruang yang terdiri dari kubus, balok, kerucut, tabung, limas segitiga dan limas segiempat. Hasil dari pengabdian  ini diperoleh dari observasi terhadap aktivitas siswa, respon siswa dan hasil post tes yang dilakukan dua kali. Berdasarkan aktivitas siswa, mereka dominan dalam bermain dengan menggunakan Doratic dengan prosesntase 30 %, sedangkan respon siswa 47,5%, siswa menjawab setuju (S) 46,3%, siswa menjawab tidak setuju (TS) 6,3%. Sehingga disimpulkan Media ini sangat menarik dan mendukung proses belajar siswa. Hasil post test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil pembelajaran siswa sehingga mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Sebanyak 90,48% siswa yang tuntas belajar dan sebanyak 9,52%  siswa tidak tuntas belajar. Nilai rata-rata pada pertemuan ke 3 adalah 76,14.Kata Kunci: Doratic, Pembelajaran, Matematik

Abstract

One of the factors that influences students' learning motivation is the use of appropriate learning media by teachers because media is a tool to convey the message of the material being taught. This research aims to analyze the effects of using multimedia in the learning process in elementary schools. This research uses quantitative methods with a classroom action research approach. Data sources were taken using questionnaires and oral tests from twenty-one students from one of the elementary schools in Indonesia. All data were analyzed using SPSS 18 software with descriptive analysis (percent). Overall statistical analysis shows that the use of the model Picture and Picture in social learning has shown encouraging results. This fact can be seen from the increase in students' pre-test and post-test scores which were carried out through two learning cycles. Even students show positive learning attitudes such as being happy, enthusiastic, and always active in learning. Therefore, pictures and pictures are one of the alternatives that teachers can use as a solution for social learning which has been considered boring and students get bored quickly.

Abstract

Relational understanding has an important role in understanding mathematical concepts. With relational understanding, students are not only use the existing procedures, but also have logical reasons for the steps taken. With relational understanding, students have a stronger foundation in their understanding. When solving a mathematical problem, sometimes students are unable to remember the formula, then they can still use the concepts that they had before. This research aims to describe junior high school students' relational understanding in relations and functions based on self-esteem. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Students were given a self-esteem scale test and a Mathematics Ability Test to select research subjects, then 3 students from class VIII-E of SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya were selected as research subjects. Then the subject was given a Mathematical Problem Solving Test, and an interview to check the subject's relational understanding. All data collected is analyzed so that the data obtained is easy to understand. The results show that subjects with high self-esteem fulfill all stages of problem solving. Subjects with medium self-esteem and subjects with low self-esteem only fulfilled two stages of problem solving. Relational understanding has an important role in understanding mathematical concepts.
