Abstract

The research aims to know about: (1) the correlation of organizational culture with job performance; (2) the correlation of motivation with job performance; (3) the correlation of both organizational culture and motivation with job performance. The research was done in state elementary school in Administrative City South Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative description approach. The purpose of using this method was to analyze the correlation between two or more variable through hypotheses test and also to research social phenomena in real situation. The results of the research are answering the hypotheses: (1) There’s a positive correlation of organizational culture with job performance; (2) There’s a positive correlation of motivation with job performance; (3) There’s a significance correlation of both organizational culture and motivation with job performance. From the research result, it can be concluded that if organizational culture of State Elementary School’s Principal comfortable, job performance will also increase. The same thing also happens to motivation. Therefore, the Principals’ organizational culture and motivation ought to be improved in order to attain higher job performance. Finally, organizational culture and motivation can simultaneously improve job performance. If they are applied, the Principal can attain better job performance.

Abstract

This description may lead to educational opportunities. Islam was conducted in an open and transdisciplinary fashion, which means it disregards the distinction between general knowledge and the science of religion and recognizes the interconnectedness of all developed sciences. The employed methodology is the discourse and content analysis technique. The manner in which a variety of literature is thoroughly investigated and analyzed in accordance with the intent and direction of the transdisciplinary concept. Evidently, with regard to the field of education The Islamic transdisciplinary curriculum that ought to be formulated should possess a holistic approach, encompassing a wide range of issues that are inherent to humanity and its development, including self-improvement and human resource management. Understanding man as a mysterious organism requires interdisciplinary scientific inquiry; it cannot be comprehended through the lens of a single scientific discipline alone. The anticipated outcome of a transdisciplinary Islamic education is the development of the capacity to perceive the world as a system of values, each of which possesses distinct responsibilities and functions that are inextricably intertwined. This is connected to the system. Frame it in the splendor of faith and principles.

Abstract

According to humanist education, the most crucial component of education is students' cognitive or intellectual growth, which is equally as significant as their affective growth. Clearly, the most significant component of education in humanistic education is the recognition that intellectual or cognitive growth is just as vital as affective development. Human growth, cultural values, and human values are obviously given a lot of weight in humanistic education. Humanistic education aims to produce trustworthy, self-respecting, democratized, imaginative unbiased, and reasonable people who can excel at time management and adjust to changing conditions. Along with being decent citizens who belong to their families, societies, and communities, these people should The humanistic approach to teaching allows students to think and act in accordance with the goals of Islam and humanity. It does this by teaching them about Islam from an interdisciplinary perspective. Teachers can enhance their students' critical thinking abilities and help them develop their talents, attitudes, and skills to the fullest extent possible through humanist education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate the current quality assurance system for Islamic education at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong. MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong, one of the leading educational institutions in Indonesia, is famous for its curriculum which combines Islamic principles with science and technology. To determine the elements that support the quality assurance of teaching at this institution, this research uses a qualitative methodology combined with library techniques. Data was collected using document analysis and observation. Research findings show that the success of quality assurance at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong is supported by several key factors, including an integrated curriculum, school management, professionality, and active participation of students and parents. These findings provide important insights for the development of qualityy and sustainable islamic education policy.
