Abstract

Pemanfaatan strategi pembelajaran adalah main keys dalam menentukan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam tentang strategi guru kelas dalam memberikan reward bagi siswa berprestasi di SD Al-Ma'soem Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa strategi trategi yang digunakan guru kelas adalah inovasi dan kreatifitas yang dipresentasikan melalui kebijakan Penegakan disiplin kelas, optimalisasi peran wali kelas, serta pemberian reward verbal dan non verbal. Melalui strategi tersebut, proses pembelajaran di SD Al-Masoem berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Selain itu, kerjasama antara guru, siswa dan komite sekolah bekerjasama sehingga tercipta kondisi pembelajaran yang tertata, dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the full day school system on learning motivation and character formation of students at SD Nasima Semarang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through questionnaires given to students and teachers. The research results show that the implementation of the full day school system has a positive impact on student learning motivation, which is characterized by increased interest and participation in learning activities. Apart from that, this system also plays a significant role in forming student character, such as discipline, responsibility and cooperation. However, there are several challenges that need to be considered, such as student fatigue and the need for varied teaching methods. In conclusion, the full day school system at SD Nasima Semarang generally has a positive influence on students' learning motivation and character formation, although improvements and adjustments are still needed to optimize the results achieved.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to explore the teacher's creativity in implementing Indonesian language learning through cursive letters at MI Nahdlatul Ulama 01 Purwosari Kudus and its impact.  The study involved the school principal, the Class III Indonesian language teacher, and 28 Class III students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation.  The findings revealed that the teacher's creativity in teaching Indonesian language through cursive letters involved the use of a scientific approach and the alternating habituation method accompanied by ice-breaking activities.  Media such as posters, whiteboards, and fine notepads were also employed. The positive impacts of this implementation included increased student enthusiasm, improved and neater student writing,  and gradual enhancements in learning outcomes for cursive letter writing.  However, negative impacts were observed in the prolonged time needed for the process and the perceived difficulty in writing cursive letters, posing a distinct obstacle for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Kelas V di MI Riyadlotussubban Bonang Demak. Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Kelas V di MI Riyadlotussubban Bonang Demak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu penelitian untuk menemukan realitas apa yang terjadi mengenai masalah tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Kelas Vpada MI Riyadlotussubban Bonang Demak terdiri dari beberapa bagian yaitu pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup. Pada tahapan pendahuluan guru memulai pembelajan dengan mengucapkan salam dan mengajak peserta didik berdoa bersama dilanjutkan membaca asmaul husna. Pada tahap kegiatan inti dimulai dengan guru menanyakan apa makna gambar tersebut, kemudian guru menjelaskan kalimat hauqolah. Pada tahapan penutup guru dan siswa menyimpulkan materi bersama-sama. Faktor pendukung pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Kelas V pada MI Riyadlotussubban Bonang Demak antara lain faktor pendidik atau guru yang sebagian besar merupakan lulusan sekolah tinggi agama Islam di sekitar Demak, faktor sarana dan prasarana serta faktor peserta didik. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya alokasi waktu serta kurang beragamnya metode belajar yang digunakan oleh guru.

Abstract

Education is the main thing. In addition, discipline must always go hand in hand with education. Discipline is getting lost and bad attitudes are now considered normal and natural, one of which is cheating during exams. The increasing number of cases, especially among elementary schools, must be eradicated immediately so that cheating does not become a habit. Because if from elementary school they are not disciplined and often cheat, then adults will form individuals who are easy to lie and behave badly. Al-Ma'soem Elementary School has its own way to overcome this problem, including upholding high discipline by making rules strict and upholds a disciplined attitude and does not abandon the values ​​of Islamic education. Likewise in the provision of sanctions for students who violate these rules. Namely through the provision of sanctions against each student who violates the discipline, including the provision of sanctions in the form of points according to the level of violation. This method is able to change student behavior for the better and disciplined, of course, as well as providing appropriate and correct sanctions, where there is no violence or things that are not good but provide a tremendous deterrent effect for students so that they are afraid to repeat their mistakes again.
