Abstract

A teacher who works in an inclusive school must have good knowledge, attitudes and skills in terms of understanding and good treatment for children with special needs. This study aims to describe teacher understanding and teacher treatment of special needs children in the teaching and learning process at inclusive public elementary schools in Banda Aceh City. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. The research locations are SDN 1, SDN 18, and SDN 25 Banda Aceh City. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that teachers' understanding of the types of special needs children was still partial, teachers did not fully understand the approach needed to understand the conditions of children with special needs. The approach used to understand the characteristics and improve the ability of crew members is carried out in collaboration with other parties. Learning is still based on the classical way, only then on the individual way. The teacher shows concern by accepting and providing understanding to normal students to accept special student at the beginning of the semester. Class management is carried out with a regular system with special supervisors for special students. All teachers try to show appreciation. The teacher also directs children with special needs to participate and communicate in learning with their classmates, the teacher also directs normal students to first invite them to communicate. The teacher tries to explain and describe the material by adjusting the needs of the special students. Meanwhile, to discipline children with special needs, teachers only use the usual rules at school. ABSTRAKSeorang guru yang bertugas di sekolah inklusi harus memiliki kemampuan baik pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dalam hal pemahaman dan bentuk perlakuan yang baik kepada ABK. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru dan perlakuan guru terhadap ABK dalam proses belajar mengajar pada sekolah dasar negeri inklusi di Kota Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SDN 1, SDN 18, dan SDN 25 Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap jenis-jenis ABK masih parsial, guru belum sepenuhnya memahami pendekatan yang diperlukan untuk memahami kondisi ABK. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memahami karakteristik dan meningkatkan kemampuan ABK dilakukan melalui kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Pembelajaran masih bertumpu pada cara klasikal, baru kemudian pada cara individual. Guru menunjukkan kepedulian dengan menerima ABK dan memberikan   pemahaman kepada yang bukan ABK untuk menerima ABK pada awal semester. Pengelolaan kelas dilakukan dengan sistem reguler dengan pembimbing khusus untuk siswa ABK. Semua guruberusaha untuk menunjukkan penghargaan kepada ABK. Guru juga mengarahkan ABK untuk berpartisipasi dan berkomunikasi dalam pembelajaran dengan teman sekelasnya, guru juga mengarahkan siswa/i yang normal untuk terlebih dahulu mengajak berkomunikasi. Guru berupaya menjelaskan dan menjabarkan materi dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan ABK. Sementara untuk mendisiplinkan ABK guru-guru hanya menggunakan peraturan biasa di sekolah.

Abstract

Poverty is a topic that continues and is always discussed up to this time, as a benchmark indicator of how the level of welfare and prosperity in the lives of people in a country. Several attempts have been made by the central and regional governments to reduce poverty levels, including “Bantuan Langsung Tunai” (BLT) and the “Program Keluarga Harapan” (PKH). However, poverty reduction in Indonesia is still slowing down, including in South Sulawesi. Based on this, this study aims to predict poverty levels in South Sulawesi. Factors thought to influence poverty levels are the Human Development Index (HDI), the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The data used are data from 2010 to 2014. The method used is a backpropagation neural network with a resilient algorithm or better known as a resilient backpropagation neural network (RBNN). The results of the prediction of poverty levels using predictors of HDI, TPT, and GRDP showed that the analysis of the RBNN reached its optimum using architecture [3- 9 - 1] and reached convergence at the 81th iteration with an accuracy rate of 95.34%.

Abstract

This study aims to build a system of counting people in the center of the crowd. This system uses PIR sensors to detect human movements so that the number of people passing through these sensors can be counted. The design of this tool uses hardware and software. The hardware used is like Arduino, PIR sensors, and also LEDs, while software uses programs arranged to adjust commands that will be sent to hardware. This tool is made by using two PIR sensors, where the first sensor is the marker of the person entering and the second sensor as a marker of people coming out. When the first sensor detects a person, the number of people passing through the sensor will be +1, when the second sensor detects a person, the number of people passing sensor -1.Keywords: Pir, Arduino, Infrared, Receiver, SensorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem penghitungan orang di tengah keramaian. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi pergerakan manusia sehingga jumlah orang yang melewati sensor ini dapat dihitung. Desain alat ini menggunakan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras yang digunakan seperti Arduino, sensor PIR, dan juga LED, sedangkan perangkat lunak menggunakan program yang dapat diatur menyesuaikan perintah yang akan dikirim ke perangkat keras. Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan dua sensor PIR, dimana sensor pertama adalah penanda orang yang masuk dan sensor kedua sebagai penanda orang keluar. Ketika sensor pertama mendeteksi seseorang, jumlah orang yang melewati sensor akan +1, ketika sensor kedua mendeteksi seseorang, jumlah orang yang melewati sensor -1.Kata kunci: Pir, Arduino, Infrared, Receiver, Sensor
