Abstract

Delta rule is one of the methods in the study of artificial neural networks (ANN). Delta rule has advantages where there is error checking or delta when the learning process is done. This research aims to provide a simple description to young researchers about how to build intelligent systems through one branch of knowledge, namely ANN with the delta rule method. In this research, delta rule is used as a method that helps computers in the learning process to recognize each target output (target output) of several neurons that carry certain information. The expected output target is a pattern of numbers 1 and 0 using three neurons, where each neuron has a weight value. The ANN weight value is used to store certain information. The final weight value obtained in this research w1 is -6.7, w2 is 1.4, and w3 is 4.1. With the final weight the system can recognize patterns of numbers 1 and 0 with characteristics that are made diverse as in the truth table that was made in this research.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi penggerak pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pemerataan pembangunan dalam suatu negara berkembang. Banyak lapangan pekerjaan yang tercipta dengan adanya UMKM. Penerapan teknologi informasi untuk kemajuan UMKM salah satunya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis web yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan suatu UMKM. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan jangka panjang, yaitu membuat sebuah aplikasi web dalam bidang kewirausahaan UMKM yang di masa depan dapat diterapkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Aplikasi web ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi wirausahawan dalam memperkenalkan produk dan menyampaikan pesan atau promosi suatu UMKM kepada banyak orang, baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Selain itu memalui aplikasi ini diharapkan, konsumen dapat memetakan sebaran UMKM di suatu wilayah yang ada di Indonesia. Luaran yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah perancangan aplikasi berbasis web dalam bentuk data flow diagram (DFD) yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengimplemtasikan sebuah sistem penunjang kegiatan e-business dan direktori bisnis bagi UMKM Indonesia.

Abstract

JogjaBike is an agency in Yogyakarta, where JogjaBike provides tourist bicycle rental services. There are types of MTB bikes, city bikes, folding bikes, and others. However, there have been obstacles in the business process so far, namely the absence of multi-platform digital information about unit availability, types of bicycles, order schedules, bookkeeping, electronic payments, and report generation. Because it still uses a manual process, to complete the administration of orders, the calculation of payment costs is still done manually. Reporting to the admin still uses written reports in the administration section. Based on these problems, JogjaBike requires a website-based tourist bicycle rental information system for the efficient time needed to find the availability of bicycle units, speed up payment calculations made online, and provide reports to the JogjaBike admin. The result of this research is a tourist bicycle rental transaction information system that can display the availability of bicycle units, and choice of bicycle types, speed up registration, speed up the calculation of detailed rental fees, reduce the possibility of errors in the calculation process, and generate reports to the admin.
