Abstract

The production process is carried out continuously, it will result in decreased machine capability. When a component on a machine is damaged resulting in the production process being interrupted, the machine's performance depends on the Reliability of the machine or the component. The DMB machine is a sorting machine at PT Etex Building Performance Indonesia, because it is the main machine in the production process and DMB has a high downtime in 2019. Failure Mode effect And Analysis, aims to determine the machine failure factor. Reliability Block Diagram, to determine machine reliability. The results of research with FMEA are Pneumatic with RPN value 60, Decelerator value RPN 64, Accelerator value RPN 56, Hydraulic Table Safety Lock value RPN 48, Roller value RPN 48 Bearing Lifting value RPN 36, Sensor Transfer Dolly value RPN 48, Motor Transfer Template RPN value 36, the Suction Cup is the component that has the lowest RPN value with a value of 30, from the Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) calculation, the DMB machine reliability opportunity value is obtained including 88.42% of the production process for 23 hours, 42.25% of the process for 161 hours of operation. , and decreased by 2.70% when used for 674 hours of operation. Recommended action is to perform maintenance actions with the type of daily care and weekly maintenance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on companies engaged in the automotive sector. Many automotive component products are produced by this company, one of which is the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump. There are several elements that can be observed in the assembly process of the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump, starting from the number of man power, SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), assembled components, and so on. In the assembly process, there are several things that become obstacles, both in terms of product quality or from the constraints of the machines used. The case assembly front with water pump and oil pump has its own standard time or cycle time to meet customer demands. The production process for the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump still creates NG products which cannot be forwarded to the next process. The suggestion to increase the number of workers in the 004 line assembly, which is to 4 workers, can cause productivity to decrease from 0.85% to 0.81%. However, production capacity increased by 27% from the previous.

Abstract

Scheduling is the allocation of limited resources to do a number of jobs. Problems arise when at certain stages of operation some or all of the work requires the same work station. PT XYZ is a service company engaged in electro plating, where the work process is carried out when receiving a request from the customer. The arrival of products from customers who are late and other things will affect the process of working on the products to be plated so that the schedule for sending back products that have been platted is not on schedule while the company does not have inventory. Therefore, a good production machine scheduling optimization will be able to produce good processing time. In addition to knowing the number of machines and jobs as well as the number and sequence of their production processes, research is also carried out by calculating the processing time of each job. Based on the comparison between the best iterations of CDS and the company's FSCS method, it is known that there is a difference in makespan time of 46990 seconds or about 13.05 hours and a flowtime difference of 216380 seconds or about 60.1 hours.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen logistik farmasi terhadap pengelolaan persediaan obat di rumah sakit untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan dan persediaan obat di rumah sakit.. Salah satu strategi untuk memperolehnya adalah dengan merencanakan keputusan yang efisien mengenai kuantitas obat yang dipesan dan waktu pemesanan dapat mencapai total biaya seminimal mungkin dalam pengelolaan persediaan obat dan terpenuhinya permintaan obat dari pasien. Rumah sakit penting melakukan pengelolaan persediaan obat karena sifat obat pada penelitian ini yang sering digunakan maka persediaan harus terkontrol untuk menghindari kehabisan obat atau stockout. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Material Requirement Planning (MRP) untuk mengetahui permintaan persediaan obat generik model optimasi dengan Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen logistik farmasi di RS delima asih karawang masih terjadi kekurangan obat sehingga pihak rumah sakit mengambil tindakan dalam pembelian obat secara urgensi ke pihak-3 dengan biaya lebih besar. Pengendalian persediaan obat di RS delima asih belum memenuhi kebutuhan persediaan obat dengan dilihat dari 10 obat generik yang diteliti dan 3 diantaranya mengalami kehabisan yaitu Ethambutol 500 Mg (-827 pcs), Pyrazinamide 500 Mg (-513 pcs), Simvastatin 20 Mg (-141 pcs), dan sisianya mengalami stagnan. Motode MRP dan model optimasi menjadi salah satu usulan dalam pengendalian persediaan dimana hasil dari peritungan keduanya telah memenuhi kebutuhan persediaan obat di RS delima asih karawang.

Abstract

Material inventory as a very important thing for every company. Manufacturing companies generally have inventory to be able to provide the best service to customers. The purpose of this study is to try to achieve the minimum inventory levels possible, reduce storage costs, maximize material storage space for materials fast moving. The author uses ABC Analysis to determine the plastic ore material that is fast moving and is in class A. Then proceed with forecasting the needs of plastic ore raw materials for 2019. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used in this study after knowing the material in class A with a percentage value of 64.20% of material requirements and to determine the quantity of inventory orders that minimize the direct cost of storing inventory, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. This research is useful for companies by minimizing direct costs of inventory storage, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia usually orders material in 1 year, 12 times material orders, which means that every month the company will order materials. In this analysis, forecasting of material needs is carried out for September 2019 to December 2019 because from the January to August period the company has purchased material. Material purchase with a lead time of 14 days for all types of material. Before using the EOQ method, the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 2,286,376.58 and the company does not have a safety stock. If using the EOQ method the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 812,009 with a frequency of ordering 1 time in 4 months period. The safety stock is 1,095 kg, and the reorder point is if the raw material is at the amount of 2,618 kg. This research is expected to minimize procurement costs and optimize the number of purchases that can be used at PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia so that all raw material procurement processes can be better for the company.

Abstract

Tourism is a resource that can be developed in Indonesia because it has a positive impact on economic growth both locally and nationally which can increase regional income so that local community empowerment and poverty alleviation can be done. One of the efforts in developing the local economy is by making regional superior products such as the development of batik that has been internationally recognized by UNESCO as Indonesia's cultural heritage. Karawang has distinctive batik and is different from batik from other regions, so this batik is admired by the Karawang community itself. The distribution of Karawang batik still has many obstacles both in terms of regional conditions, the number of craftsmen and branding that are not yet strong. This research focuses on re-mapping the flow of Karawang batik distribution with reference to risk management. This research is very important to improve the flow distribution of Karawang batik, so that it will make the distribution coverage of this batik even wider. This study uses a mapping method  distribution flow, taking into account the risk management. The risk management itself uses a Risk Register map, so that the risk exposure from Karawang batik will be increasingly clear and is expected to make mitigation and minimize risk. After conducting a causal analysis and risk map, several proposals were extended to expand the scope of marketing, including the Religious Community, the Government Organizations, Banking Companies, Private Companies, Motor and Car Commodities.
