Abstract

Material inventory as a very important thing for every company. Manufacturing companies generally have inventory to be able to provide the best service to customers. The purpose of this study is to try to achieve the minimum inventory levels possible, reduce storage costs, maximize material storage space for materials fast moving. The author uses ABC Analysis to determine the plastic ore material that is fast moving and is in class A. Then proceed with forecasting the needs of plastic ore raw materials for 2019. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used in this study after knowing the material in class A with a percentage value of 64.20% of material requirements and to determine the quantity of inventory orders that minimize the direct cost of storing inventory, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. This research is useful for companies by minimizing direct costs of inventory storage, ordering costs and optimizing the frequency of ordering materials. PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia usually orders material in 1 year, 12 times material orders, which means that every month the company will order materials. In this analysis, forecasting of material needs is carried out for September 2019 to December 2019 because from the January to August period the company has purchased material. Material purchase with a lead time of 14 days for all types of material. Before using the EOQ method, the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 2,286,376.58 and the company does not have a safety stock. If using the EOQ method the total inventory cost of raw materials is Rp. 812,009 with a frequency of ordering 1 time in 4 months period. The safety stock is 1,095 kg, and the reorder point is if the raw material is at the amount of 2,618 kg. This research is expected to minimize procurement costs and optimize the number of purchases that can be used at PT. Nissen Chemitec Indonesia so that all raw material procurement processes can be better for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological advances, financial literacy, and perceived convenience on the decision to use digital transactions (e-wallets) for consumers at PD Sahabat Pameungpeuk Garut Shop. This study used a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach, sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique and using the slovin formula. This research was conducted using a survey method using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents to consumers at the PD Sahabat Pameungpeuk Garut Shop. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that the correlation between the X variables all showed a positive and significant correlation. While partially technological progress shows negative results on the decision to use e-wallet digital transactions, then for financial literacy and perceptions of ease it produces a positive and significant value on the decision to use e-wallet. Simultaneously that between technological advances, financial literacy, perceived convenience has a significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet digital transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh e-trust dan e-satisfaction terhadap continuance intention pengguna OVO di Karawang. Strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif. Survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 100 pengguna OVO di Karawang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian menemukan hubungan yang menguntungkan antara e-trust dan e-satisfaction. Terdapat hubungan positif yang substansial antara e-trust dan continuance intention (0.330, t-hitung = 3.668 > 1.984). Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara E-Satisfaction dan continuance intention (t-test = 4.778 > 1.984, p = 0.431). Dengan f-hitung 39.918 > f-tabel 3.09, atau nilai signifikan 0.000 (0.05), temuan dari uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa e-trust dan e-satisfaction memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap niat berkelanjutan pengguna OVO di Karawang.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud dalam menganalisis dampak promosi dan viral marketing melalui platform TikTok Shop pada keputusan pembelian produk Hanasui di kalangan Generasi Z, dengan minat beli sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei pada sampel yang didapat secara purposive sampling. Data dihimpun dengan kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Temuan riset membukitkan jika promosi mempunyai peran signifikan atas keputusan pembelian, sedangkan pengaruhnya atas minat beli tidak signifikan. Viral marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada minat beli dan mendekati signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. Minat beli sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki kontribusi kecil terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulannya, viral marketing lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi minat beli dan keputusan pembelian dibandingkan promosi. Implikasi studi ini mencakup pentingnya memprioritaskan strategi viral marketing dengan konten kreatif dan interaktif, meningkatkan relevansi promosi sesuai kebutuhan konsumen, serta mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital dan tradisional untuk hasil yang optimal. Evaluasi kampanye pemasaran perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitas dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Kata kunci: Promosi, Viral Marketing, Minat Beli, Keputusan Pembelian
