Abstract

SMEs as micro businesses often have many obstacles, as happened to MSME traders at the Beteng Trade Center Surakarta. The problems faced are almost the same, namely the number of employees is limited, the work of recording transactions and inventories is carried out by existing employees and is done manually. STIE Surakarta with the Business Work Lecture program provides assistance by involving students to do internships with traders at the Beteng Trade Center. Offering and practicing the use of an application that is not paid is a solution for traders

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penentuan harga pokok pesanan pada UMKM Konveksi Ariego Candkid Boyolali. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode service learning,   hasil yang didapat  bahwa UMKM Konveksi Ariego Candkid   mendapat manfaat yang sangat besar. Pada awalnya pemilik usaha kesulitan menghitung harga pokok pesanan sehingga berakibat salah dalam menetapkan harga jual.  Setelah adanya pelatihan, pemilik  paham dan  mengerti bagaimana cara menghitung harga pokok pesanan.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam memperkuat perekonomian nasional, terutama di tengah tantangan ketidakpastian pasar dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami pentingnya analisis strategis untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial UMKM Yuni Snack Boyolali melalui pelatihan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Metode yang digunakan adalah service learning, yang mengintegrasikan kegiatan akademik dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan: survei pendahuluan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM mampu mengidentifikasi posisi bisnis mereka, termasuk kekuatan dalam produk dan legalitas, kelemahan dalam pemasaran dan produksi, serta peluang pasar yang luas dan ancaman persaingan. Analisis SWOT memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai kondisi usaha serta membantu menyusun strategi pengembangan yang lebih terarah. Kegiatan ini terbukti bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran strategis pelaku UMKM dan dapat direplikasi pada UMKM lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas penyiar, kualitas siaran, relationship marketing, dan word of mouth terhadap loyalitas pendengar Radio Mentari FM Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik accidental sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 96 responden (menggunakan rumus Rao Purbo). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas penyiar, kualitas siaran, dan relationship marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendengar, namun word of mouth tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

The achievement of competitive advantage will be realized through superior products, namely products that are the choice of consumers. Solo Raya formerly known as Subosukawonosraten (Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sragen and Klaten) has a variety of tourism products that are quite unique. Each region has its own characteristics that are difficult for other regions to follow.Based on the regression analysis that the satisfaction of tourist visitors is positively and significantly influenced by the service quality dimension variables, either jointly or partially. Variables in the service quality dimension determine the effect of satisfaction, while variables outside the service quality dimension do not significantly affect the level of satisfaction.Tourist visitors in general, from the aspect of attractiveness, it can be seen that tourist visitors are interested in aspects of the natural environment and socio-cultural environment, from the aspect of advice, tourist visitors prefer a clean, tidy From the aspect of the frequency of visits, most of them visit repeatedly, from the aspect of superior products, most of them are culinary and handicraft products

Abstract

Gojek is a familiar application used as one of the platforms for online food purchases through its service, Go-Food. The Gojek application is still in the first position based on the transaction value of food delivery services compared to its competitors so that this study will focus on examining the Go-Food feature owned by Gojek. The purpose of this study was to determine that there is an effect of Promotion, Service Quality, and Ease of Use of Applications on Go-Food Purchasing Decisions, especially in Solo City. From the questionnaires that have been distributed to 120 respondents, it can be shown that the results of research conducted using several data analysis instruments regarding the influence of Promotion, Service Quality, and Ease of Use of the Go-Food Application have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Ease of Use, Purchase Decision, Gojek, Go-Food

Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi, khususnya internet, telah maju dengan pesat, dan hal ini berdampak luas pada masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Saat ini, akses ke internet merupakan kebutuhan di hampir setiap aspek keberadaan manusia. Tokopedia, marketplace online terbesar di Indonesia hadir dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk memudahkan kemudahan berbisnis dan transaksi retail secara online. Riset ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti kegunaan, kualitas layanan, dan keamanan memengaruhi preferensi orang saat mempertimbangkan apakah akan memakai pasar online Tokopedia atau tidak. Purposive Sampling dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data dari target demografi Seller Marketplaces di wilayah Indonesia, dengan memperhatikan sejumlah variabel. Metode pengumpulan informasi dengan memakai kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipakai untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan data yang kami miliki sejauh ini, kami dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif bersignifikan secara statistik terhadap pilihan kami untuk memakai layanan atau tidak, dan bahwa keamanan juga memiliki pengaruh positif bersignifikan secara statistik. Keputusan tentang penggunaan layanan dipengaruhi secara sinkron oleh tiga faktor kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas layanan, dan keamanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion, Price, and Word of Mouth on Buying Interest of users of the mobile application; TikTok Shop. The population used for the study is the users of TikTok Shop in which the population samples are taken by applying purposive sampling method. The data are obtained by using questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. Several data analysis techniques are being used for the analysis such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test as well as multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study shows that promotion has no significant effect partially on buying interest, while price and word of mouth significantly affect partially buying interest. In simultaneous testing, the Promotion, Price, and Word of Mouth Variables have influence on Buying Interest.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effects of E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth), endorser influencer, and e-service quality variables on the decision-making process for online purchases during live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform. TikTok has gained immense popularity as a social media hub, especially for influencers to engage directly with their audience. The primary data for this research were gathered through the administration of a focused questionnaire survey. To active TikTok users involved in live streaming and making purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling, based on specific criteria, was employed to select 120 respondents. The research combines data collected directly through questionnaires and information obtained from a review of existing literature. The outcomes of the data analysis reveal that the variables of E-WOM, endorser influencer, and e-service quality significantly and positively influence decisions related to online purchases. Abstract

This community service activity took the form of counseling and dialogue between resource persons and community leaders, preachers, and female Islamic educators (daiyah) in Boyolali to address the emergence of extremist attitudes leading to radicalism and intolerance. These erroneous political and religious stances disrupt harmonious religious and national life. To safeguard the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), it is crucial to develop effective preaching strategies and designs. The activity was facilitated through a partnership with the Boyolali Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs and received logistical support from the Boyolali Regency BAZNAS (National Alms Agency), with funds allocated from ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah) for asnaf sabilillah (those in the cause of Allah) as regulated by law. The method employed was counseling packaged as Tazwidul Muballighin, focusing on strategies and designs for preaching that embody rahmatan lil ‘alamin (a mercy to all creation). The objectives were: (1) to provide preachers with knowledge for professional preaching; (2) to introduce and deepen understanding of preaching strategies and designs; and (3) to counter radicalism and intolerance. The activity aimed to produce preachers capable of implementing acceptable preaching methods. The counseling had a positive and significant impact, evidenced by increased knowledge, behavioral changes, and strengthened community capacity. Overall, this community service activity through dialogue yielded broad and diverse impacts, benefiting both the community and the organizers.
