Abstract

The main goal of this research is to help decision maker in prioritizing transportation problems. Although numerous criteria were identified, the critical problems of transportation is less investigated. In order to fill this gap, this study was carried out to prioritizing the critical problems of transportation. The approach developed in this study implements fuzzy ANP to determine the weight for transportation problem criteria and sub criteria. As a result, the highest rank sub criteria was identified, that is “Professionalism” (0.203), followed by “Personal vehicle preferences” (0.190) and “E-ticket” (0.145). Although prioritize of transportation problems were identified, future research needed to develop the alternative strategy for developing transportation improvement strategies.

Abstract

Perusahan untuk tetap mempertahan pelanggan dan bersaing harus meningkatkan kepuasan dengan perbaikan kualitas produk serta peningkatan kinerja. Obyek penelitian adalah PT J manufaktur pipa OCTG berada di Batam. Permasalahan: pengendalian waste (contoh waste: proses pemotongan, pemindahan pipa dengan forklift, dll) serta kualitas produk OCTG (khususnya Tubing dan Pup Joint) di dalam proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian mengurangi / perbaikan waste pada proses produksi dan kualitas produk serta mengarahkan peningkatan produkstifikas produksi yang berkelanjutan. Metodologi pendekatan DMAIC: Define identifikasi dengan VSM dan PAM: Measure penetapan CTQ didapat jenis defect terbesar dan terkecil, Analyze pengolahan dan analisa dengan pendekatan LSS, Improve hasil analisa bobot waste terbesar, Control mengendalikan faktor penyebab serta melakukan penerapkan pengendalian pada setiap prosesnya. Hasil yang didapat: Perusahaan berada pada level 4 sigma, waste yang tertinggi pada waiting dan yang terkecil overproduction, LSS dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja terutama pada perusahaan yang berkarakter proyek serta mengurangi tingkat waste dan memperbaiki untuk menjadi metode kerja yang efektif dan efisien. Dengan perbaikan pola dan kerja dapat mengurangi tingkat pergerakan yang dirasa NVA dengan beberapa contoh pada perbaikan: planning pola kerja penetapan jadwal maintanance mesin secara berkala, diusahakan ada update mesin baru dan alat potong untuk meningkatkan hasil yang baik, dan menambah jumlah karyawan pada bagian proses yang penting.

Abstract

Kadubungbang Village is located in the Pulosari Mountains area which stretches from west to south. This village is the place for PKM 2021 as a follow-up to PKM Mandiri 2020 (installation of barcode posters from the digital village android application). By the targets and plans of the Ministry of Villages, PDT, and Transmigration 2020 which aims to equalize Digital Villages in all villages in Indonesia. The method of activity is carried out by conducting a preliminary study, namely coordination with the urban village and field surveys at each tourist spot. Next is the creation of a website that previously had an application model that was converted to the jelajahdesa.com website. Then for the technical socialization by exploring tourist attractions and interviewing each tourist spot, socializing with village staff and representatives of tourist attractions, and updating banners containing barcodes and webs at each tourist spot. The results achieved from this activity, namely the understanding of the training participants on the operation of the website and indirectly attracting visitors to be able to expose the potential of the village and make the villagers more creative to build the village economy.
