Abstract

AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) atau MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) merupakan kesepakatan negara-negara ASEAN untuk membentuk kerjasama perdagangan bebas di kawasan ASEAN. Pengalaman krisis ekonomi yang pernah terjadi di Indonesia membuktikan bahwa UKM merupakan ujung tombak pertahanan perekonomian. Dalam persaingan yang kiat ketat dan global, UKM dituntut menguasai serta memanfaatkan jaringan distribusi dan pemasaran produk. Media jejaring sosial, seperti twitter, facebook, instagram, dan sejenisnya, merupakan media yang dapat digunakan oleh UKM sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media sosial sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran produk UKM terhadap perilaku online. Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, menimbulkan fenomena baru yang ditandai dengan penggunaan smartphone. Fitur-fitur smartphone menjadikan terintegrasinya handphone, internet, dan komputer. Marshall McLuhan, Danis McQual penah meramalkan akan adanya revolusi komunikasi dengan konsep global village dan teknologi informasi yang menjadikan dunia dalam genggaman. Revolusi komunikasi tersebut telah dapat mengatasi hambatan jarak, ruang dan waktu. Kelebihan teknologi komunikasi ini pada akhirnya menjadikan smart phone melekat (embedded) dalam kehidupan individu pemakainya.(Criapin Thurlow, et al; 2004). Dalam menghadapi persaingan bebas di era MEA, pelaku dan pengelola UKM mutlak harus menguasai serta memanfaatkan internet dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk, terlebih untuk menjangkau pasar ekspor. Oleh karena itu kiranya penting untuk mengkritiasi pemikiran think globaly act locallydalam konteks pemanfaatan New Media sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran produk UKM. Abstract

Cyberbullying exists not only among kids and teenagers but also adults. It takes place in many work sectors, including education. This research qualitatively investigated the victims of cyberbullying among lecturers. Thirty lecturers in West Java and Banten, fifteen males and fifteen females, were in-depth interviewed in this phenomenological research. Interviews were conducted by using a semi-structured guide. The results revealed that the victims were the “minority” of their group. They are unmarried young lecturers, lecturers with “negative” physical condition, lecturers with unique or silly habits, male lecturers who feel “scared” of their wives, the “ignored” lecturers, and young lecturers with unproductive working behaviour.

Abstract

The use of social media continues to increase every year, especially Instagram users who are widely used to share culinary information, pictures and videos. This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to culinary information on Instagram @CirebonBribin on followers' attitudes about Cirebon culinary specialties. Because how much influence culinary information has on the attitudes of Instagram social media users needs to be investigated more deeply so that they can provide contributions and insights for business actors and policy makers to promote their regional potential. The research method and approach used is quantitative with an explanatory survey that examines a sample of @CirebonBribin Instagram followers. The theory used is Uses and Gratifications which examines the intensity of Instagram social media use, especially culinary information from @CirebonBribin on changes in followers' attitudes about Cirebon culinary specialties. The findings of the research conducted are that there is a significant influence of curiosity, duration and frequency, the content of information consumed and individual relationships (involvement) on all elements of attitude.
