Abstract

CV. Mandiri Citra Solution is a company engaged in construction that stood since 2005. During the year 2012 the company was already working on 85 projects and the project value ranging from 5 million to 500 million. Several of projects in the year 2012, there are some projects that do not generate gross profit. From the analysis of the existing system the company uses today, is by comparing the LRA with RAB, there is some difference in the cost is known. However, such systems cannot provide decision support in the form of information about the cause of the difference in cost. In addition the system has no reference in analyzing the LRA, the LRA so that the results of the analysis cannot be used as a decision support for making RAB on the next project. From the description above, the issue will be the development of analytical applications LRA, which refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Analyze the processes that occur in the LRA in this application is by comparing the LRA, RAB and design costs refer to the SNI. In addition to preparing and analyzing the LRA, the app also comes with making financial reports to the making cashflow in order to be easier to see the profit or loss from the company. From the test results LRA analysis applications with reference to ISO concluded that the system can run the business process analysis of the LRA, issuing reports and information required by the company. Abstract

Di era digital saat ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya agar pangsa pasar menjadi semakin luas. Kelompok Tani Sejahtera sebagai mitra pengabdian memiliki produk unggulan kopi khas kayumas yang perlu dipasarkan menggunakan media website dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk mendukung aktivitas promosi. Pendekatan pelaksanaan menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) yaitu salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah pemasaran adalah menggunakan pembuatan aplikasi website. Website yang telah dibuat untuk mitra dengan alamat www.ktsejahterakopi.com menyediakan sarana pemesanan secara online. Dengan menggunakan media promosi website ini akan mampu meningkatkan jumlah konsumen sehingga akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan mitra.

Abstract

Banyaknya lahan sawah produktif di Desa Panji Lor menjadi salah satu penyebab sebagian masyarakatnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani, baik itu buruh tani ataupun pelaku usahatani. Tanaman jagung merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak dibudidayakan dalam kegiatan usahatani masyarakat Desa Panji Lor. Namun dibalik itu, kegiatan usatani jagung di Desa Panji Lor juga menghasilkan limbah yang apabila tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik akan mengakibatkan penumpukan sampah dan pencemaran lingkungan. Salah satu upaya untuk memanfaatkan melimpahnya limbah bonggol jagung yang ada di Desa Panji Lor yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan bonggol jagung sebagai media pembuatan jamur janggel agar bisa menambah pendapatan dan menjadi usaha baru bagi masyarakat Desa Panji Lor. Agar bisa menambah pendapatan dan menjadi usaha baru bagi masyarakat Desa Panji Lor. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan lancar dengan peserta yang hadir sebanyak 30 orang yang diantaranya 15 ibu-ibu PKK dan 15 Karang taruna. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari perangkat desa maupun masyarakat sebagai bentuk kerjasama yang dapat ditindaklanjuti, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan jamur janggel melalui pemanfaatan media bonggol jagung telah terlaksana sesuai target dan tujuan, hasil akhir dari pelatihan praktek pembuatan jamur mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat.
