Abstract

Pada tahun 1996, Indonesia kembali menyelenggarakan lokakarya mengenai pengelolaan pot ensi konflik di Laut Cina Selatan. Lokakarya yang berlangsung di Batam, Riau, itu diselenggarakan Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Departemen Luar Negeri Indonesia dan merupakan yang ketujuh kalinya. Loka­karya-lokakarya sebelumnya diadakan di Balikpapan (1995), Bukittinggi (1994), Surabaya (1993), Yogyakarta (1992), Bandung (1991) dan Denpasar (1990).Tulisan ini mengkaji peran Indonesia sebagai pihak ketiga dalam konflik di Laut Cina Selatan, salah satu konflik utama yang masih berlangsung di Asia Tenggara. Konflik ini dianggap sebagai salah satu masalah keamanan terpenting di kawasan yang sangat mementingkan pembangunan dan kerjasama ekonomi. Bagi negara-negara di kawasan, konflik tersebut menimbulkan ketidakamanan karena ketidakpastian batas-batas maritim yang, jika tidak dikelola dengan tepat, dapat mengarah ke konfrontasi militer. Untuk memahami peran Indonesia sebagai pihak ketiga dalam pertikaian, tulisan ini akan mendekati persoalannya dari perspektif studi-studi mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to write advertisement text for deaf students in class X SMALB Negeri 1 Jambi City using the Canva application. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of research used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and performance tests in the form of writing ad text tests using the Canva application which were carried out by students. Data analysis in this study included assessing student work as assessed by two assessors, namely assessor I (Indonesian teacher), and assessor II (researcher) accompanied by a table to calculate the average student writing results. The results showed that the ability of deaf students in class X SMALB Negeri 1 Jambi City in writing advertisement text using the Canva application could be categorized as very capable, with an average score of 89.6. Evaluation of the elements of the theme gets an average score of 100, which means that students are very capable in developing advertising themes. Elements of advertising content obtain an average value of 84.3, indicating the ability of students to convey capable advertising content. Sentence structure elements obtained an average score of 82.8, indicating that students were able to compose adequate sentences. Evaluation of the spelling element resulted in an average score of 85.7, indicating that students were very capable in terms of spelling. Meanwhile, the appearance element obtained an average value of 95.00, indicating that students were very capable of presenting advertisements with an attractive appearance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-esteem terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Self-esteem dipandang sebagai faktor penting yang memengaruhi kecenderungan mahasiswa dalam menunda penyelesaian tugas akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, melibatkan 123 mahasiswa dari UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, Universitas Kader Bangsa Palembang, dan Politeknik Kesehatan Palembang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan antara self-esteem dan prokrastinasi akademik. Mahasiswa dengan self-esteem tinggi cenderung lebih rentan terhadap prokrastinasi dibandingkan mahasiswa dengan self-esteem rendah. Temuan ini menantang asumsi umum bahwa self-esteem tinggi selalu berdampak positif, sehingga membuka ruang diskusi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai inovasi pangan lokal untuk pencegahan stunting yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Desa Panongan, Kecamatan Sedong, Kabupaten Cirebon. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu dan kader Posyandu tentang stunting serta kandungan gizi daun kelor. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi mengenai dampak stunting dan manfaat daun kelor sebagai sumber nutrisi untuk ibu hamil dan anak-anak. Mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan puding daun kelor sebagai alternatif olahan pangan bergizi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons positif dari peserta yang tertarik untuk mengaplikasikan daun kelor dalam pola makan keluarga mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang dalam mencegah stunting dan mendorong pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal sebagai solusi gizi anak.
