Abstract

Abstrak: Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci merupakan pedoman bagiummat Islam dalam kehidupannya. Semua permasalahan hidup harusdikembalikan kepada al-Qur’an, karena al-Qur’an diasumsikanshalih li kulli zaman wa makan. Al-Qur’an sebagai teks wahyuyang telah berhenti proses tanzil-nya, ummat Islam memerlukanmetode untuk terus menghidupkan al-Qur’an sebagai perwujudanhudan li al-nas. Pilihan terhadap metode hermeneutik dalam upayapenggalian makna al-Qur’an menjadi problematis karena dianggapsebagai produk Barat. Di lain pihak ketiga penyangga hermeneutik(author, teks dan reader) dianggap sebagai metode responsif terhadapperkembangan zaman. Dalam makalah ini akan membahasbagaimana hermeneutik bisa diterapkan sebagai metode penafsiranal-Qur’an. Kajian ini memformulasi ulang penerapan hermeneutikterhadap al-Qur’an dengan komposisi tafsir dan usul fiqh, teks dankonteks.The Quran as the holly book of Moslem community is a guidance forthem to live in the world. All problems in their life must be referred toit, because it is assumed shalih li kulli zaman wa makan. Becausethe Quran was stopped revealing, Moslem community need methodsto keep its relevance in order to be hudan li al-nas. Choosinghermeneutics method to interpret the Quran becomes problematic because it is perceived as the West product. In other side, the threepillars of hermeneutics (author, text, and reader) are regarded as aresponsive method to the development of social life. In this paper, Iwill discuss how hermeneutics can be implemented as an exegesismethod. This study reformulates the implementation of hermeneuticsin interpreting the Quran with the composition of tafsir, ushul fiqh,text, and context.

Abstract

Early marriage is often a choice for some couples, either due to social, cultural or economic factors. However, getting married without financial readiness and adequate understanding of financial management can have a significant impact on family welfare. In Islam, family financial management must comply with sharia principles which emphasize balance, responsibility and avoidance of usury. This research aims to analyze the impact of early marriage on family financial management in Islam. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that early marriage can cause unstable income, difficulty in controlling expenses and difficulty in saving. Couples who marry at a young age also tend not to carry out good financial planning and thus become trapped in debt. This is due to their young age and lack of experience and education. In the context of financial management in Islam, early marriage can lead to excessive consumption patterns and low sharia financial literacy.   Keywords: Early Marriage, Family Financial Management, Islam.

Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage under age, where there is no mature readiness to carry out married life. Teenagers will experience difficulties because the reason they are getting married is not because they are ready so that early marriage can occur for various reasons. Marriage is a highly valued institution, where family economic stability is one of the main goals. However, when marriage is carried out at a too young age, the couple is often not ready physically and mentally. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the problems that occur in families who engage in early marriage in the community in Burneh District and their relationship to the family's economic welfare from a sharia perspective. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation related to the problems of early marriage. The research results show that early marriage has a negative impact on the family's economic well-being, causing an inability to manage the family economy effectively, thereby triggering dependence on debt and a lack of long-term savings. From a sharia economic perspective, this problem is contrary to the principles of justice in the distribution of wealth and the obligation to fulfill basic needs within the family. Abstract

The family is the main environment which is an important group in the life of an individual or society as a whole. Family is a social unit consisting of individuals connected by ties of blood, marriage, or adoption who live together in the same house or environment. Among the important functions in the family are important roles and positions, such as the head of the household (father/husband) whose role is provider, protector and safeguard and other functions which are generally played by men. Likewise, women have a role as household managers, managing daily tasks at home, caring for children and families, participating in decisions,The role of women in maintaining peace can be central to family coordination in maintaining family integrity and welfare. This shows that women also have an important role in the family sphere. The resilience of a family requires quite in-depth attention because nowadays there are many cases that cause family resilience to be weakened due to inadequate handling of conflicts within the family as well as involvement in decision making so that this can affect family welfare or resilience within a family. . Another factor is also caused by a lack of attention or awareness of women regarding the role of their position and responsibilities. which is caused by environmental differences and mainly due to the principles or guidelines of life that they believe in. This can influence the values applied in maintaining family resilience. With so many structures in the family, a foundation is needed to maintain family resilience, which refers to the family's ability to survive, adapt and face various challenges and changes in life. Of course, this is not only the responsibility of the male head of the household or husband, but also requires women's involvement in maintaining family resilience. Women have a very significant contribution in maintaining the family in accordance with their values or life guidelinesThis research will discuss in more depth the role of women in family resilience, focusing more on the role of women in maintaining family resilience with the Rampak Naong Beringin Korong life guide which is a characteristic of Madurese society. This type of research method is descriptive, namely research that aims to provide an overview of a concept that can answer questions about the research subject. There were 4 interview subjects in this research, including women with formal and non-formal education as well as village and city women in the Bangkalan Madura area.

Abstract

The pesantren tradition is a vital aspect of Nusantara culture that shapes students' humility in both religious and cultural practices. This humility (tawaduk) is expressed through distinct attitudes and activities. This study aims to present symbols of students' humility within Nusantara cultural practices and explore the ecological aspects of the unique pesantren culture as portrayed in mass media. This qualitative research utilizes a discourse analysis framework. In mass media discourse, symbols of students' humility are reflected in socio-cultural dimensions through cultural practices such as "cocoghen" rituals, Quranic study sessions ("ngaji kitab"), welcoming the night of Eid al-Adha, seclusion ("khalwat"), and communal meals ("mayoran"). These practices honor Prophet Muhammad, instill noble ethics, foster Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah islamiyah), encourage surrender to Allah, and promote restraint from worldly desires. Additionally, the pesantren cultural practices serve as environments that preserve local customs, shape students' character, foster brotherhood, offer experiential learning, impart life values, and cultivate self-restraint. The finding of this research provides distinctive insights into the practices of local pesantren traditions, serving as a foundation for the development of the unique cultural heritage of the archipelago. Tradisi pesantren merupakan aspek penting dari budaya Nusantara yang membentuk kerendahan hati (tawaduk) para santri dalam praktik keagamaan dan budaya. Kerendahan hati ini diekspresikan melalui sikap dan aktivitas yang khas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan simbol-simbol kerendahan hati santri dalam praktik budaya Nusantara serta mengeksplorasi aspek ekologi dalam budaya unik pesantren seperti yang digambarkan dalam media massa. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan kerangka analisis wacana. Dalam wacana media massa, simbol-simbol kerendahan hati santri tercermin dalam dimensi sosial-budaya melalui praktik-praktik budaya seperti ritual "cocoghen", pengajian kitab suci Al-Quran ("ngaji kitab"), menyambut malam Idul Adha, pengasingan diri ("khalwat"), dan makan bersama ("mayoran"). Praktik-praktik ini bertujuan untuk menghormati Nabi Muhammad, menanamkan etika luhur, mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah, mendorong penyerahan diri kepada Allah, dan menahan diri dari keinginan duniawi. Selain itu, praktik budaya pesantren berfungsi sebagai lingkungan yang melestarikan adat lokal, membentuk karakter santri, mempererat persaudaraan, memberikan pembelajaran melalui pengalaman, menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan, dan melatih pengendalian diri. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang khas mengenai praktik tradisi lokal pesantren, yang menjadi dasar pengembangan warisan budaya unik Nusantara.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the cow molang down payment is used in Bongsopotro Village, Saradan District, Madiun Regency from the perspective of Islamic law. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive field research (field study). normative method, which includes the application of Islamic law to solve problems. The results of the research show that the implementation of buying and selling cattle with molang/intermediaries from other people who are experts in their field is a customary tradition for some people in Bongsopotro village. The payment transaction process for purchasing cattle is payment by down payment or by way of down payment from the total price, up to a number of market days for legi and wages and then paying off the entire money. from Bongsopotro village. In Islamic law, down payment is an order contract (istisna') so it is valid according to Islamic law.
