Abstract

Abstract.This research discusses how the concept of money in Islam. This research is a type of library research that focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using the description-analysis method. The results of this study stated that money is capital money, money is not identical with capital, money is public goods, capital is private goods, money is flow concept, capital is stock concept. Money is not a commodity, even money in the Islamic concept is not included in the utility function. In Islam there is no time value of money. Islam only knows the Economic Value of Time and money is a flow concept.Keywords: Concept, Money, Islam Abstrak.Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana konsep uang dalam Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) yang menitikberatkan pada pengelolaan data secara kualitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskripsi-analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Uang adalah uang capital, uang tidak identik dengan modal, uang adalah public goods, modal adalah private goods, uang adalah flow concept, modal adalah stock concept. Uang bukan suatu komoditi, bahkan uang dalam konsep Islam tidak termasuk dalam fungsi utility. Dalam Islam tidak mengenal adanya time value of money. Islam hanya mengenal Economic Value of Time dan uang adalah flow concept.Kata Kunci; Konsep, Uang, Islam

Abstract

This research provides an overview by the Republic of Indonesia Financial Services Authority and other research on the development and management strategies of Indonesian Islamic financial institutions, which are the largest Muslim population in the world and have the largest economy in Southeast Asia. The growth of Indonesian sharia financial institutions is quite significant plus high economic growth at the same time. This attracts researchers to explore further whether the Islamic banking sector is currently experiencing growth and growth consistently to contribute empirically to Indonesia's economic growth in the future. Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) provides an overview and prospects for the growth of several sectors such as national sharia financial industry assets increased by 27% (excluding Sharia shares) higher than conventional financial industry in 2017. The development of Islamic financial products is quite good and varied. It is including an increase in its own Islamic financial infrastructure activities. Recorded data that the overall market share of Islamic finance is still below 5% such as sukuk and corporate bonds circulating 3.99% of the value of the bonds and bonds represent the amount, the net asset value of Syariah mutual funds is 4.4% of the total net asset value of the mutual fund and Sharia insurance amounted to 3.44%. Although there are some Sharia products above 5% such as Islamic banking assets, 5.33% of all banking assets, state sukuk which accounted for 14.82 percent of the total outstanding state securities, Islamic finance institutions amounted to 7.24% of total financing, special Islamic financial services institutions amounting to 9.93% and Sharia microfinance institutions amounting to 22.26% at the end of 2016. Seeing these figures above the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia as the regulator in driving financial institutions within the country provides hope and strategic programs that can be optimized to accelerate the growth of Islamic finance in Indonesia, namely by the existence of 1. Enhancing Islamic financial products. 2. Enhancing Sharia services with the use of the latest information technology; 3. Optimizing coordination with stakeholders regarding the development of the Islamic financial industry.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Internet Banking, Mobile Banking dan ATM terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Simpang Patal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan layanan Internet Banking, Mobile Banking dan ATM pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Simpang Patal. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Internet Banking, Mobile Banking dan ATM secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Simpang Patal. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,829 berarti 82,9% faktor-faktor Kepuasan Nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh Internet Banking, Mobile Banking dan ATM. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,1% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM dan Kepuasan Nasabah.

Islamic pawn shops will only benefit from the rental fees collected not in the form of interest or capital rents calculated from borrowed money.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) yang menitikberatkan pada pengelolaan data secara kualitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskripsi-analisis.Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana wakaf uang, khususnya di Indonesia, hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Wakaf uang merupakan dana atau uang yang dihimpun oleh institusi pengelola wakaf (nadzir) melalui penerbitan sertifikat wakaf tunai yang dibeli oleh masyarakat. Dalam pengertian lain Wakaf Tunai dapat juga diartikan mewakafkan harta berupa uang atau surat berharga yang dikelola oleh institusi perbankkan atau lembaga keuangan syari‟ah yang keuntungannya akan disedekahkan, tetapi modalnya tidak bisa dikurangi untuk sedekahnya, sedangkan dana wakaf yang terkumpul selanjutnya dapat digulirkan dan diinvestasikan oleh nadzir ke dalam berbagai sektor usaha yang halal dan produktif, sehingga keuntungannya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembangunan umat dan bangsa secara keseluruhan. Wakaf uang (cash waqaf/ waqf al nuqud) adalah wakaf yang dilakukan seseorang, kelompok orang atau lembaga atau badan hukum dalam bentuk uang tunai.

Abstract

This research discusses how Multijasa Financing uses the Ijarah contract at PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) AL Falah Banyuasin. This research method is interview. The results of this research are: Multi-Service Financing Mechanism using the Ijarah contract is as follows: The bank acts as a provider of funds in Multi-service transactions with customers. The bank is obliged to provide funds to realize the provision of rental objects ordered by customers. Refund of bank funds can be made in the form of receivables or in the form of debt.

Abstract

This research discusses how the mechanism of the SIMPLE (student savings) savings product at Bank Mayapada Internasional Palembang. This research method is interview. The results of this study are: These savings are intended for PAUD, kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school, madrasah students who are under 17 years of age and do not have a KTP. To open an account, only use NIS (Student Identification Number) or NIK (Identity Number) and family card (KK).

Abstract

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase. In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0. The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of motivation and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Palembang Km 6). Descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 3,612 customers and 97 samples. While the data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer has a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation to avoid usury (X1) and knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) of 75 ,2%. Meanwhile, for the partial test of the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer, it is known that the motivation to avoid usury (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The second variable knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Ex. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palembang KM 6).
