Abstract

The zoning system is a system for regulating the admission process of new students according to the area of residence. This research aims (i) To study and describe the implementation of the government's zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. (ii) To identify and analyze the determinant factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. The informants in the study were 5 people. The results of this study indicate that (i) the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency has not been effective. (Ii) Internal and external supporting factors are external supporting factors for the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 1884/2285 / VI / 2020. As for the inhibiting factor, namely the lack of classroom facilities and infrastructure. There are still many parents of students who do not understand PPDB online because of the different levels of education and proportions from the parents of students, the parents are not directly involved in socializing PPDB online because of Covid 19 and less PPDB online budget.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kekerasan pada anak bukanlah fenomena yang baru di Indonesia dan sering dijumpai di kehidupan masyarakat. Di Kabupaten Majene berdasarkan data Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Majene dalam rentang waktu dari bulan agustus hingga oktober telah tercatat 8 kasus kekerasan terhadap anak. Tujuan dilakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai hak-hak anak, menjelaskan mengenai kekerasan perlakuan salah, serta menjelaskan jenis, contoh dan dampak kekerasan pada anak. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan menggunakan metode penyuluhan berdasarkan hasil koordinasi dengan pendamping PKH Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Majene. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa perilaku kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi di masyarakat karena kurangnya pemahaman mengenai hak dan perlindungan anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini di berikan ke masyarakat  sebagai upaya menambah wawasan dalam mencegah kekerasan pada anak. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya peserta menulis dan membacakan rencana pengaplikasian materi pencegahan kekerasan pada anak yang telah disampaikan. Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, Kekerasan, Hak Anak

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of music learning for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at SLB-C Negeri Pembina South Kalimantan. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the participants of this study consisted of three autistic students in the sixth grade. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the teacher, and documentation. The data analysis process included data reduction, thematic data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that music learning was implemented by modifying a combination of question-and-answer and direct practice methods using the pianica instrument. This learning approach indicated positive support for student learning engagement, as evidenced by increased focus in the classroom, the ability to remember instructions on how to use musical instruments (cognitive), and improved motor coordination between the fingers, eyes, and mouth. In conclusion, music learning practices can serve as an adaptive alternative approach to support the learning process of autistic students.
