Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities. There are many factors that affect performance, but in this study only a few factors will be discussed including organizational culture, leadership style and physical work environment. Organizational culture is a pattern of beliefs and organizational values that are understood, imbued and practiced by the organization and become the basis for rules of behavior in the organization so as to encourage motivation and improve performance. While the leadership style is one of the main factors that support the success of the organization in achieving goals and improving performance. Other factors, namely the physical work environment is considered important because it has a direct influence on employees in carrying out the work. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Employee work performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities. There are many factors that affect employee work performance, but in this study only a few factors were discussed including competency, non-physical work environment and rewards. Competence is the ability possessed by someone to carry out the work given to him well. While the non-physical work environment is considered important because it has a direct influence on employees in carrying out and completing work. Other factors, namely rewards, are expected to be able to create healthy competition between employees in order to improve employee work performance. Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of product attributes, advertising and price on purchasing decisions for Skintific products. Determining the sample in this research uses a purposive random sampling technique, namely a technique for determining the research sample with certain considerations with the aim of making the data obtained later more representative. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, with a sample size of 92 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results based on the F test results show that there is a simultaneous influence of product attributes (X1), advertising (X2), price (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the results of the t test, it shows that product attributes (X1) do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) while advertising (X2) and price (X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Abstrak :  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh atribut produk, iklan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling, yaitu teknik menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representative. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh atribut produk (X1), iklan (X2), harga (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa atribut produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) sedangkan iklan (X2) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y).

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan untuk Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) pada Yusro Gallery di Kota Palembang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan. UMKM seperti Yusro Gallery sering menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar, sehingga menyulitkan akses pembiayaan dan perencanaan bisnis. Melalui metode pelatihan partisipatif yang mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, peserta dibekali pemahaman tentang prinsip SAK EMKM serta teknik penyusunan laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test (75–85%) lebih tinggi dibanding pre-test (30–45%). Pelatihan ini juga membantu Yusro Gallery menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih transparan dan akurat, memudahkan akses permodalan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan berbasis SAK EMKM dapat memberdayakan UMKM, mendorong pertumbuhan usaha, dan mendukung tujuan pembangunan ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract : There are many factors that affect employee job satisfaction, but in this study, only a few of them are discussed, including the work environment and career development. The design used in this study includes a qualitative description type. The work environment is one element that can affect the level of employee job satisfaction, the existence of a conducive work environment can increase employee job satisfaction and vice versa. Another element that affects employee job satisfaction is career development, where when employees feel that there is a good opportunity to develop career development, this can contribute positively to increasing employee job satisfaction. Abstrak : Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, tetapi dalam penelitian ini, hanya membahas beberapa dari diantaranya, meliputi lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir. Adapun desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup jenis deskripsi kualitatif. Lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan, adanya suasana lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan sebaliknya. Elemen lainnya yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan yaitu pengembangan karir, dimana ketika karyawan merasakan adanya peluang yang baik untuk mengembangkan pengembangan karir, maka hal ini dapat berkontribusi secara positif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
