Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Konflik Kerja, Stress Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Asialab Universal Pratama Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang dari karyawan PT. Asialab Universal Pratama. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS) versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konflik Kerja, Stress Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Asialab Universal Pratama Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima. Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 2.665 + 0.194 X1 + 0.720 X2 + 0.357 X3. Konflik Kerja Terhadap memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Asialab Universal Pratama Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,044< α (0,05). Stress Kerja Terhadap memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Asialab Universal Pratama Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000< α (0,05). Disiplin Kerja Terhadap memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Asialab Universal Pratama Palembang dengan signifikan sebesar 0,007< α (0,05).

Abstract

Abstract : There are many factors that affect employee job satisfaction, but in this study, only a few of them are discussed, including the work environment and career development. The design used in this study includes a qualitative description type. The work environment is one element that can affect the level of employee job satisfaction, the existence of a conducive work environment can increase employee job satisfaction and vice versa. Another element that affects employee job satisfaction is career development, where when employees feel that there is a good opportunity to develop career development, this can contribute positively to increasing employee job satisfaction. Abstrak : Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, tetapi dalam penelitian ini, hanya membahas beberapa dari diantaranya, meliputi lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir. Adapun desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup jenis deskripsi kualitatif. Lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan, adanya suasana lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan sebaliknya. Elemen lainnya yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan yaitu pengembangan karir, dimana ketika karyawan merasakan adanya peluang yang baik untuk mengembangkan pengembangan karir, maka hal ini dapat berkontribusi secara positif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Prices at BUMN Banks Listed in BEI. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive method. The population used in this study is BUMN Banks listed on the IDX with a time period of six (6) years, namely 2017-2022. the number of research samples is six (6) companies and uses a sampling method, namely the saturated sample method on the grounds that the population is less than 50. The results showed that partially Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had a significant effect on Stock Prices at BUMN Banks listed on the IDX. Then simultaneously Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on Stock Prices at BUMN Banks listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The aim was carried out by the author with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment, leadership, and work discipline on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial test and simultaneous test. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency, totaling 59 people. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained that the work environment has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Leadership has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Work discipline has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. The work environment, leadership, and work discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive industry demands companies to retain their best talent through effective employee retention strategies. This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of work-life balance, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment on employee retention through a theoretical approach and literature review. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of library research on various relevant literature. The results of the analysis indicate that work-life balance is an important factor in creating employee psychological comfort. In addition, an ergonomic physical work environment and a supportive non-physical work environment such as harmonious working relationships and effective communication have been shown to play a significant role in increasing employee loyalty and reducing employee turnover intention. Overall, optimal integration between work-life balance, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment is the key to organizational success in creating a sustainable employee retention strategy. Abstrak Adanya persaingan industri yang semakin kompetitif menuntut perusahaan untuk mampu mempertahankan talenta terbaiknya melalui strategi retensi karyawan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh work-life balance, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap retensi karyawan melalui pendekatan teoritis dan kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka (library research) terhadap berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan kenyamanan psikologis karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja fisik yang ergonomis serta lingkungan kerja non-fisik yang suportif seperti hubungan kerja yang harmonis dan komunikasi yang efektif terbukti berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas serta menurunkan keinginan karyawan untuk berpindah kerja (turnover intention). Secara keseluruhan, integrasi yang optimal antara work-life balance, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi dalam menciptakan strategi retensi karyawan yang berkelanjutan.
