Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and leadership style,on the performance of Private Polytechnic lecturer in Palembang City. The population thatbecome the object of research are lecturer of Polytechnic of Anika, Polytechnic of Palcomtech,Polytechnic of Akamigas and Polytechnic of Darussalam with status of permanent lecturer,sampling technique is census (sample saturation) 96 people, processed data 72 primary data.This research was analyzed using data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling. Partially,motivation variable have positive effect on lecturer performance but not significant while jobsatisfaction have positive and significant influence to service quality whileleadership style has no effect to lecturer performance.Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Leadership, Performance and Polytechnic

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect on employee performance spatial planning.Design/methodology - The analysis conducted on four private company covers 30-500 samples are employees of private companies in the city of Palembang. Testing the hypothesis in this study will be conducted using Structural Equation Model (SEM).Findings – The results showed that the performance can be explained by the variable furniture and the preparation of the physical environment. The individual test results showed that there are two variables : the preparation of the furniture and the physical environment positive effect on performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Refill drinking water Depot, an effort of micro small and medium businesses to determine the entrepreneurial relationship with Marketing Performance so that UMKM can take steps to improve marketing through designing marketing strategies. The technique used in writing this research is interview, observation and documentation in the form of writings, drawings or monumentel works from someone. To test the validity of the data obtained so that it is truly in accordance with the aims and objectives of the study, the researchers used triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the interactive model. The results of the study conclude there is a link between entrepreneurship and marketing where entrepreneurial behavior can be said as behavior that represents more informal and unplanned activities that rely on intuition and energy from individuals to realize business activities in determining marketing strategies. Then the marketing strategy designs compose namely relying on product excellence, expanding market networks, establishing cooperation, promoting door to door, cost efficiency and increasing external capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on student achievement, it is expected that the results can provide information for Higher Education to see factors of student learning motivation that can improve student achievement and contribute to further research. The population of this research is Anika Polytechnic students, data collection using methods and techniques by distributing questionnaires to students of the Informatics Management study program 2014/2015 academic year. Other data used is a recap of the CPI and absenteeism. Quantitative analysis methods using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that motivation from both internal and external factors has a significant and positive effect on student achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan insentif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada gedung wanita rajawali Palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif adalah metode analisa yang tidak hanya mengambarkan tetapi juga menguraikan dan mengambil kesimpulan yang tidak terlalu jauh dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan. ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaji dan insentif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesisnya terbukti dan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan nilai koefisien 0,072 dan 0,111 menunjukkan bahwa Gaji dan Insentif berpengaruh positif dengan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Dimana semakin baik pelaksanaan Gaji dan Insentif Karyawan maka akan mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan dan dapat maeningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study, which aims to investigate the entrepreneurial character of early-level students at the Private Polytechnic in Palembang. The method used to collect data was a sample aiming with the snowball technique. Respondents involved in this study were 203 respondents to fill in 18 questions in the questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive statistical methods, determined the rank in each character with a comparison between the actual score and the ideal score. The results of this study indicate that of the 6 (six) entrepreneurial characters the calculation of the ideal ideal score is 50.65 (high). Where 4 (four) dominant characters, namely self-confidence, task and result-oriented, originality and future-oriented, while the other 2 (two) entrepreneurs, namely leadership and risk-taking, get a score criterion of 44.1% (moderate). The implication of this research is to provide information for the mapping of the entrepreneurship course curriculum providing information for practical and theoretical material that is in the semester learning plan. Keywords: Character, entrepreneurship, students

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Employee work performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities. There are many factors that affect employee work performance, but in this study only a few factors were discussed including competency, non-physical work environment and rewards. Competence is the ability possessed by someone to carry out the work given to him well. While the non-physical work environment is considered important because it has a direct influence on employees in carrying out and completing work. Other factors, namely rewards, are expected to be able to create healthy competition between employees in order to improve employee work performance. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMP BINA TAMA merupakan salah satu kegiatan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang pelaksanaannya dikoordinasi oleh Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Politeknik Anika Palembang. Program ini menampung kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh para dosen dalam bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan masyarakat, pelayanan masyarakat, serta kajian tindak lanjut dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dihasilkan oleh para dosen.Tujuan program adalah menerapkan hasil-hasil ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat serta dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari kelompok masyarakat sasaran. Pengarsipan surat pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama BINA TAMA masih menggunakan cara manual dan pengarsipannya masih banyak kekurangan oleh karena itu sangat dibutuhkan sebuah database yang bisa merekam semua arsip surat. Database atau Basis data adalah sekumpulan informasi yang dibuat dalam suatu susunan sistematik dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi komputer untuk membantu dalam penyimpanan, penyusunan maupun pengolahan dari informasi. Di era teknologi informasi, basis data menjadi komponen dasar dari semua aplikasi-aplikasi dalam sebuah sistem informasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan basis data adalah Microsoft Access. Dengan adanya pelaihan ini staf tata usaha Bina Tama sudah mengetahui Pengarsipan Surat yang baik dan benar dan memperoleh kemampuan dalam pengolahan Database

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kondisi dan mengetahui determinan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PTS di Sumatera Selatan dilanjutkan akses modal sebagai variabel moderating. Metode penelitian dengan survey lapangan dan studi pustaka, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisa menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan mahasiswa berminat berwirausaha sebesar 81,17%, proses pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan menerapkan praktek 25% dan 75% sebesar 35,36% sehingga kegiatan praktek perlu ditingkatkan. Pencapaian hasil pembelajaran 58,3% mendapatkan nilai B. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, seminar dan sebagainya sebesar 25,2%, membuat proposal bisnis sebesar 22,9% sehingga perlu ditingkatkan untuk merangsang karakteristik wirausaha. Hasil persamaan pertama variabel faktor internal (personal dan kreaktivitas) dan faktor eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PTS di Sumatera Selatan. secara simultan variabel faktor internal variabel dan faktor ekternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PTS di Sumatera Selatan. Hasil Uji statistik Persamaan kedua sebagai variabel akses modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PTS di Sumatera Selatan. baik variabel faktor internal dan eksternal yang dimoderating oleh variabel akses modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PTS di Sumatera Selatan. Kata Kunci : Faktor internal, faktor eksternal, minat berwirausaha, akses modal, Sumatera Selatan AbstractPurpose this study to describe the condition and determine the determinants of motivation to entrepreneurship interests of private university in South Sumatra followed by capital access as a moderating variable. Methods of research with field survey and literature study, data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. Analytical techniques using descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result of the research shows that students interested in entrepreneurship are 81,17%, entrepreneurship subject practice practice 25% and 75% 35,36% so practice activity need to be improved. Achievement of learning outcomes 58.3% get a score B. Students who follow the socialization, training, seminars and so on by 25.2%, make a business proposal of 22.9% so it needs to be improved to stimulate the characteristics of entrepreneurship. The result of the first equation of internal factor variable (personal and creativity) and external factor have an influence on the entrepreneurship interest of private university  in South Sumatera. simultaneously variable of internal factor of variable and external factor have an effect on significance to entrepreneur interest of private university  in South Sumatera. Statistical Test Results The second equation as a variable of capital access does not affect the interest of entrepreneurship interest of private university  in South Sumatera. both internal and external factor variable dimoderating by variable of capital access do not have an effect to entrepreneur interest of Private University in South Sumatera. Keywords: Internal factors, external factors, interest in entrepreneurship, access to capital, South Sumatra

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service delivery of goods on customer satisfaction at JNE Palembang Branch. The population of this study are consumers who use the JNE Palembang branch service delivery service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers did not conduct face-to-face interviews. Data collection techniques with snowball sampling using Google Form. In the first stage, the researcher gave permission to the JNE Manager, so that JNE would know that research would be carried out related to their services. The second stage is distributing the questionnaire URL through Whattapps. The questionnaire was collected as many as 100 people. The author uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the data is analyzed using the community satisfaction index (IKM). There are 10 indicators studied. Each service has the same weight. The results show that the service elements in the index are at the service interval very satisfied on each indicator of the ease of service procedures, the conformity of service requirements with the type of service, the discipline of service personnel, the responsibility of service officers, the ability of service officers, the speed of service, the politeness and friendliness of the officers, the suitability of the costs paid at a specified fee, the accuracy of the implementation of the service time schedule, comfort in the service unit environment. Practical implications for JNE Palembang Branch, the results of research in the form of information can be used to further improve the quality of service providers from these factors so as to achieve the goals and vision of JNE.
