Abstract

The research of this study is motivated by the increasingly intense competition in the business world.  This competition requires business people to be able to maximize the performance of their companies in order to compete in the market.  In companies engaged in services oriented to customer satisfaction, PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance must always pay attention to communication by establishing excellent service activities that cause customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to determine how much physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang. The results of this study are partial physical evidence of a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 3.2%, reliability partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 26.4%, responsiveness partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 10.6%, the partial guarantee has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 15.1%, empathy is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 11.9%, as well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 67.2%. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, communications, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation to the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province either simultaneously or partially. The method used is descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. In this study using Proportional Random Sampling as a sampling technique. Sources of data and population in this study is a Civil Servant in 4 (four) Unit of Local Governments of South Sumatra Province, among others: Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda), the Agency for Promotion and Licensing Investment (BP3MD), SERVISE community and village authorities (BPMPD) and the Department of Trade and Industry (Industry and Trade) who have qualified education Strata 1 (S1), Strata 2 (S2), Tier 3 (S3) as many as 79 employees. Simultaneously factors Quality of Human Resources (HR), Communication, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Compensation amounting to 50.0% have influence on the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province.Partially Human Resources quality factors have an influence by 24.8% to employee performance, and communication factors have an impact of 23.5% on employee performance, further factors influence organizational commitment have amounted to 23.5% of the employee's performance, while the motivational factors work has amounted to 26.0% influence on employee performance, and compensation factors have an influence of 21.7% to the performance of Civil servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province. Key Words: Quality of Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

  This study endeavors to ascertain the impact of work-life balance, interpersonal communication, and work environment on employee job satisfaction within the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang employee cooperative. Employing quantitative methods and survey techniques, this research employs Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software as the measurement tool. The sample for this study encompasses 40 respondents, who were purposively selected to ensure relevance. The respondents completed the questionnaire online. The research findings indicate that work-life balance, interpersonal communication, and the work environment exert a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang employee cooperative, both collectively and individually.

Abstract

Employee performance is an indication of the success of an organization or company. This study aimed to analyze how the influence of the work environment, competence and organizational culture on employee performance at PT AEK Tarum PKS Belida Sampoerna Agro in OKI District, South Sumatra Province. The number of respondents is 59 permanent employees of the company. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression. The study results show that overall the work environment, competence and organizational culture variables affect employee performance. Competency variables have a dominant influence compared to the work environment and organizational culture variables. Partially, only organizational culture variables do not affect employee performance. If the company's organizational culture is getting stronger, it can play a role in improving employee performance. Abstrak Kinerja karyawan merupakan indikasi keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT AEK Tarum PKS Belida Sampoerna Agro di Kabupaten OKI Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jumlah responden adalah 59 karyawan tetap perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang dominan dibandingkan dengan variabel lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Secara parsial hanya variabel budaya organisasi yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jika budaya organisasi perusahaan semakin kuat maka dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of capital structure on stock returns of industrial sector companies in Indonesia. Capital structure in this study is measured by long term debt to capital, total debt to capitalization, short term debt to total assets, and debt to equity ratio, while the dependent variable is the stock return of companies in the Industrial Sector. This research data is panel data from Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2022. The sampling technique was non-probability and sample selection was based on purposive sampling to obtain 38 companies. The research data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that a company's capital structure can influence stock returns in the industrial sector. Capital structure refers to the composition of the sources of funds used by a company, such as share capital and debt. Each industrial sector has a preference for a different capital structure. Stable industries with predictable revenues may tend to have lower capital structures. Meanwhile, companies in fastgrowing sectors may be more inclined to use debt to fund growth.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency.The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the influence of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to identify the effect of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. The samplingtechnique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality analysis, simple regression analysis, statistical test (t) and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the partial hypothesis testof Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Productivity. Theresults of simple regression analysis show that the Work Motivation Variable has a positive effect on the Employee Productivity variable. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination show that themotivation variable has a very strong relationship and influences employee productivity at the Sports Youth and Tourism Office in Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education and training as well as work environment on employee performance. The respondents in this research were employees at the Qodratullah Langkan Banyuasin Islamic Boarding School. Based on the Slovin formula, the total sample in this study was 69 respondents. The hypothesis in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The research results in the F test (simultaneous) show that education and training as well as work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of the t test (partial) show that the work environment significantly influence employee performance. So, it can be concluded that education and training as well as work environment influence employee performance significantly, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan untuk Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) pada Yusro Gallery di Kota Palembang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan. UMKM seperti Yusro Gallery sering menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar, sehingga menyulitkan akses pembiayaan dan perencanaan bisnis. Melalui metode pelatihan partisipatif yang mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, peserta dibekali pemahaman tentang prinsip SAK EMKM serta teknik penyusunan laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test (75–85%) lebih tinggi dibanding pre-test (30–45%). Pelatihan ini juga membantu Yusro Gallery menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih transparan dan akurat, memudahkan akses permodalan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan berbasis SAK EMKM dapat memberdayakan UMKM, mendorong pertumbuhan usaha, dan mendukung tujuan pembangunan ekonomi.

Abstract

IndiHome is a home internet service from Telkomsel that provides internet connection, landline telephone, and interactive TV (IPTV) in one package. Previously owned by PT Telkom Indonesia, IndiHome is now managed by Telkomsel. IndiHome offers a variety of package options with different internet speeds, as well as additional services such as wifi.id seamless and others. This study aims to measure the influence of customer experience and trust variables on customer loyalty. The population in this study was Indihome customers in the city of Palembang in 2024 as many as 11,883, while the sample taken was 99 respondents. This study is quantitative, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and processed using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that customer experience and trust variables have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty. For future research, external variables can be included and the research model can be modified by using mediating variables.
