Abstract

The purpose of this research to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Tbk Branch Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data with a sample of 76 employees. To determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Open used multiple regression analysis. The research showed that there are significant positit There are significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.455 + 0,260 X1 + 0,243 X2 + e. independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable means increasing Leadership Styles and Motivation then increased the level of employee performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. There is a significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation in Partial (alone) the Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance. The coefficient of determination () of 0.185 indicates that employee performance can be explained by variables leadership style and motivation while the rest Explained other factors not examined. Keyword : Leadership Style, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

The background of this research is the satisfaction of consumers who are the priority in the Toyota automobile sales business as well as encouraged by the increasingly stringent level of competition and also given the number of competing companies of similar competitors. Promosion and selling price are some very important aspects because consumers want the maximum sastisfaction given company PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang Based on the test result F, Fcount 21,052 > Ftable 2,40 and F significant 0,000>(α) 0,1 obtained the conclusion H0 rejected and independent simultaneously have a significant  effect  on  the  dependent  variables.  Then  t  test  result  on  variable promotion, tcount 4,503 > ttable 1,672 and t significant  0,000 < (α) 0,1 obtained conclusions H0 rejected and variable promotion partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. Last target of the test result on variable selling price tcount 1,917 > ttable 1,672 and t significant 0,060 < (α) 0,1. then in the conclusion of H0 rejected and the variable selling price in a partial has significant effect on consumer satisfaction at PT AUTO 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang.While the calculation of R value of 65,2 % indicates that the relationship between independent variable promotion and the selling price of dependent variable consumer satisfaction  has a relationship that is relatively strong because it is at intervals > 0,25 – 0,75. Based on coefficient of determination indicating that the influence of promotion and selling price consumer satisfaction of 40,5 % and the remaining (100% - 40,5 %) = 59,5 % is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Keywords : Promotion, Selling Price, And Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT         Study entitled "The Effect of Incentive and Reward Against Job Performance (Study on PT. PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB ) " was held on May 10 -30 July 2013 . Providing incentives for employees is very important in improving employee performance . This study aims to : 1 ) determine the influence of variables simultaneously Incentive and Reward ( x ) on Employee Job Performance ( y ) determine the dominant influence between variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) against the employee Job Performance . The method used is to use the questionnaire as a data collection tool to be distributed to respondents with a sample of 66 employees . . From simple linear regression test results obtained F - value of 22.893 count is greater than the F - table value of 3.49 at significant level 0.05 then Ho is rejected which means that the performance variable ( y ) is significantly influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) and Incentives . Coefficient ( R Square ) shows the number 0.450 which means that the variable Work Performance ( y ) by 45 % influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) while the remaining 55 % are influenced by variables other than the independent variable in this study . Thus the variable Incentives and Reward at PT . PT PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB there are strong ties to the Job Performance variable ( y ) . The conclusion from the research is that there is influence between variables incentives and rewards on work performance ( y ) . So the advice given is : In accordance with the results of research and discussion, it is advisable for the company to pay more attention to incentives and rewards ( x ) because it is proven to affect employee performance ( y ) . Keywords: Incentive and Reward , Job Performance

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu soft skill yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa dalam dunia pekerjaan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kehidupan sehari-hari kemampuan tersebut juga dikembangkan dalam matakuliah sesuai kurikulum KKNI 2013. Berpikir kritis merupakan berpikir reflektif yang berfokus pada apa yang dipercayai atau yang dilakukan. Ekologi merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang dekat dengan komponen lingkungan dan permasalahan lingkungan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis pada matakuliah ekologi ini sangat penting sekali untuk dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pendidikan biologi pada matakuliah ekologi. Studi ini merupakan bagian dari studi eksperimen untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pendidikan biologi angkatan 2014 Universitas Negeri Malang dengan jumlah 77 mahasiswa. Kemampuan berpikir kritis diukur dengan tes tulis dengan menggunakan soal essay. Kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dianalisis merupakan kemampuan berpikir kritis sebelum diterapkan suatu model yang diduga dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Kriteria berpikir kritis dinilai berdasarkan empat (5) kriteria jawaban. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan dibahas secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada indikator merumuskan masalah terkait permasalahan ekologi terdapat 31% mahasiswa yang mampu menyampaikan rumusan masalah yang sesuai dan fokus pada pertanyaan. Pada indikator menganalisis argumen terdapat 20% mahasiswa yang mampu menyampaikan jawaban disertai argumen jelas dan saling berhubungan. Pada indikator melakukan induksi terdapat 40% mahasiswa yang dapat menginduksi sesuai dengan data pada soal dan uraiannya jelas. Pada indikator melakukan deduksi terdapat 40% mahasiswa yang mampu menguraikan dengan jelas, sesuai dan fokus pada soal. Pada indikator evaluasi dan memutuskan serta melaksanakan suatu tindakan terdapat 31% mahasiswa mampu menguraikan dengan jelas, sesuai dan aplikatif. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, solusi yang dapat ditawarkan adalah perlunya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa terhadap penyelesaian permasalahan ekologi untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pendidikan biologi.

Abstract

In modern times, a variety of advanced technologies have been present in various fields, one of which is health. Rapid developments in the health sector include medical care. Medical treatment experiences a lot of progress that gives hope for the patient's recovery. This certainty is because medical treatment has been considered a rational and scientific treatment. On the other hand, in reality, many patients still use alternative medicine. Patients have trust or believe that alternative medicine is a treatment that can heal their illness because they have economical prices, minimal side effects, and are easy to find. The purpose of this literature study is to find out the reasons for patients choosing alternative medicine to heal the disease so that patients choose alternative medicine to try to heal diseases other than using medical treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of per capita income, education level, the productive-age population, and the human development index on poverty levels in Indonesian provinces. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the World Bank. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that per capita income, education level, and the human development index have a significant influence on poverty levels in Indonesian provinces. However, the number of productive-age population does not have a significant influence on poverty. These findings have important policy implications in efforts to reduce poverty levels in Indonesian provinces.

Abstract

The transition period from kindergarten to elementary school is a crucial stage that requires comprehensive readiness from children, both cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically. This readiness does not emerge suddenly but is shaped through a continuous nurturing process and support from the immediate environment, particularly from parents. The parenting activities conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 49 Kindergarten in Semarang on Saturday, May 31, 2025, aim to enhance parents' understanding of the importance of their role in preparing children for the elementary education phase. Through an educational and dialogic approach, the activity encouraged parents to be more aware of their parenting responsibilities, which are not only focused on academic aspects but also on character development and children's independence. Evaluation of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge of effective support strategies, such as establishing daily routines, assigning small responsibilities, and supporting children in social interactions. This activity emphasizes that consistent and role-aware parental involvement is key to helping children achieve the maturity needed before entering elementary school.
