Abstract

This study seeks to provide a thorough examination of the four stages of coal mining and production. As we will see, there are four major phases in the coal industry across the world: phase-in, phase-out, exporter, and established user. This entanglement is critical for Indonesia's coal phase-out. In this regard, Indonesia, as the primary provider, should grasp the dynamics of coal industries in order to correctly leave coal. We employ a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the possibilities of nations forming coalitions in the coal industry. The probe is critical because coal companies are associated with high-power politics that necessitate long-term contracts. We discovered that the majority of coal-using countries have a sophisticated yet tough policy. The desire to quit coal in the near future appears to be an impediment. It resonates with classsical political economy studies that to exit coal needs a common consensus between each countries.

Abstract

From 2018 - 2023 there were fluctuations in the value of the Islamic Stock Index. This study uses associative tests to analyze and obtain empirical evidence, whether inflation, sukuk and mutual funds have a significant effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index. The data used is secondary data taken from the official website, namely www.ojk.go.id, and www.bps.go.id. The results of this study, individually sukuk has a negative and insignificant effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index, then individually sukuk and mutual funds have a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index. But simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index with an influence value of 69.7%, where the other 30.3% value is influenced by other variables not included by researchers.

Abstract

Dalam era teknologi yang sudah berkembang, manusia harus memanfaatkan perkembangan yang ada. Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) adalah bagian dari sektor perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, pelaku IKM seringkali menghadapi masalah dalam pengelolaan data dan administrasi secara efektif. Salah satunya adalah “Bakso Gatot Kaca” usaha IKM yang terletak di Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem database dalam Microsoft Access sebagai solusi, khususnya dalam hal pencatatan produksi, bahan baku, hingga penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan database dengan fitur-fitur yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional IKM “Bakso Gatot Kaca”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Access pada IKM “Bakso Gatot Kaca” mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan produktivitas usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time has progressed very rapidly, especially in application software on computers. One application program that is currently developing along with information and communication technology is Microsoft office which can be used to perform document processing and administration. Microsoft Office is deemed necessary to be taught to students regarding the use of these applications, especially Microsoft Excel applications in order to improve students' abilities in using formulas in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel is part of Microsoft Office which is often used for processing numbers. The method used is the tutorial method (assistance), question and answer and direct practice using the application. The material presented consists of an introduction to functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. There were 12 participants who took part in this activity. This activity begins with the delivery of material in the form of a presentation (tutorial) and the material presented is immediately practiced by students.

Abstract

People tend not to visit health facilities in good health and prefer to use traditional medicines if they are sick, compared to seeing a doctor. The role of health workers and health educators is urgently needed in increasing public awareness in maintaining health both through socialization and health check-up activities. This health examination was carried out by the lecturers and health students of Awal Bros University, on September 11, 2022. The first activity was carried out by recording or registering the people who were present using QR Code registration after which it was continued with a free health check. This activity is intended for all residents of Bengkong Laut Batam. Participants in this community activity attended and came directly to the location of the activity. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 32 people. The method of community service activities is carried out in the form of discussions and practical methods. This practical method is carried out by examining the health of the participants directly, such as measuring blood pressure and checking blood glucose.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial UMKM Rumah Tempe Indonesia (RTI), sebuah usaha produksi tempe berskala internasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis investasi, mencakup laporan laba rugi, proyeksi arus kas, serta perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period, dan Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa RTI memiliki NPV sebesar Rp469.585.261 dengan tingkat diskonto 6%, IRR sebesar 12%, rasio Net B/C sebesar 1,11, dan Payback Period selama 5,56 tahun. Nilai WACC sebesar 9,7985% menjadi batas minimum pengembalian investasi yang harus dicapai. Arus kas menunjukkan pola pemasukan yang stabil dan pengeluaran yang terkendali, menghasilkan arus kas bersih positif setiap tahun.Dengan indikator keuangan yang positif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha RTI layak secara finansial dan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut

Abstract

The transition period from kindergarten to elementary school is a crucial stage that requires comprehensive readiness from children, both cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically. This readiness does not emerge suddenly but is shaped through a continuous nurturing process and support from the immediate environment, particularly from parents. The parenting activities conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 49 Kindergarten in Semarang on Saturday, May 31, 2025, aim to enhance parents' understanding of the importance of their role in preparing children for the elementary education phase. Through an educational and dialogic approach, the activity encouraged parents to be more aware of their parenting responsibilities, which are not only focused on academic aspects but also on character development and children's independence. Evaluation of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge of effective support strategies, such as establishing daily routines, assigning small responsibilities, and supporting children in social interactions. This activity emphasizes that consistent and role-aware parental involvement is key to helping children achieve the maturity needed before entering elementary school.

Abstract

This study analyzes public sentiment towards the influence of the Korean wave in Indonesia using the Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. The Korean wave, as a popular cultural phenomenon from South Korea, has had a significant influence on various aspects of Indonesian society. The dataset consists of 6,237 tweets obtained through a crawling process on social media X, with 80% data divided for training and 20% for testing. The pre-processing process includes cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, stopwords, and stemming. Data imbalance in sentiment distribution is overcome by the SMOTE technique. The test results show that the SVM model has the highest accuracy of 88%, outperforming the Naive Bayes model with an accuracy of 81%. Performance evaluation using precision, recall, and F1-score shows that SVM is more consistent in classifying positive and negative sentiments. Data visualization is done using bar charts and word clouds to illustrate the main patterns and themes in discussions related to the Korean wave in Indonesia. However, this study has limitations, such as data is only taken from one social media platform, so the results are less representative of public opinion as a whole. Nevertheless, this study provides new insights into how Indonesian society responds to popular culture phenomena online. These findings can also be utilized by policy makers to support the development of creative industries based on popular culture.

Abstract

Fermentasi kombucha melibatkan aktivitas kultur simbiotik bakteri dan ragi (SCOBY) yang dipengaruhi oleh konsentrasi gula dan waktu fermentasi sebagai parameter utama penentu kualitas minuman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi konsentrasi gula dan lama fermentasi terhadap aktivitas antioksidan kombucha berdasarkan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah artikel penelitian dan review ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir melalui basis data PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil-hasil penelitian terkait konsentrasi gula, waktu fermentasi, dan aktivitas antioksidan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas antioksidan kombucha meningkat pada fase awal hingga pertengahan fermentasi dan mencapai nilai optimal pada hari ke-6 hingga ke-10, kemudian menurun pada fermentasi yang lebih lama. Konsentrasi gula optimal berada pada kisaran 7–10% (b/v) atau setara dengan 50–70 g/L, yang mendukung pertumbuhan mikroba dan pembentukan senyawa bioaktif secara maksimal. Konsentrasi gula yang terlalu rendah menghambat fermentasi, sedangkan konsentrasi yang terlalu tinggi dapat menyebabkan stres osmotik pada mikroba. Kesimpulannya, pengendalian konsentrasi gula dan waktu fermentasi yang tepat merupakan faktor kunci dalam optimalisasi produksi kombucha sebagai minuman fungsional dengan aktivitas antioksidan tinggi.

Abstract

This research examines the ongoing skills gap between higher education and the labor market in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia. The study aims to uncover the root causes of the mismatch between graduates’ competencies and industry needs while analyzing psychological and institutional factors that influence employability. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis involving universities, industries, and local government agencies. Findings indicate that the skills gap is primarily driven by three factors: misaligned curricula, limited academia–industry collaboration, and low career self-efficacy among graduates. Furthermore, the lack of exposure to practical and experiential learning environments reduces students’ confidence, adaptability, and work readiness. To address these challenges, the study recommends an integrated approach that combines experiential learning, curriculum co-creation, and strong cross-sectoral collaboration supported by local policies. Theoretically, it integrates the Skills Gap Theory, Human Capital Theory, and Link and Match Theory within an educational psychology perspective to explain how structural and psychosocial factors jointly influence human capital development. Ultimately, this study provides actionable insights for enhancing higher education’s role in regional workforce competitiveness and equipping graduates to succeed in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven labor market.
