Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of service quality, tuition, location, promotion mix, and the quality of human resources to the competitive advantage of private colleges in the city of Palembang. In this study collected primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to students in four private colleges in the city of Palembang, while secondary data gathered from the relevant literature such as journals, books and other related publications. The total sample of 392 students with stratified random sampling technique. Processing data using SPSS version 20, the results showed that the variable quality of services, tuition, location, promotion, and the quality of Human Resource significant influence simultaneously and partially to competitive advantage Colleges in Palembang. The test results according to the theory except variable tuition fees. According to the theory costleadership, put forward Porter's variable tuition fees negatively affect where the lower the price offered by the company, the higher the level of competitive advantage. But the results of this study are supported by Kotler theory which says that "a competitive advantage can be gained if companies offer more value to consumers, either through lower prices or by providing more benefits that support the pricing more. Key Words : competitif advantage

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai clothing store. The variables used in this research are Product Quality (X1), Promotion (X2), Customer Satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is the customers of the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai clothing store, totaling 330 people. The sample for this research was 77 people. The type of research used is quantitative, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The regression results obtained the equation Y= 1.335 + 0.412 X1 + 0.243 X2. Which means that customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality and promotion. The results of the F test obtained Fcount (86,000), meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test for the Product Quality variable obtained tcount (4.717), and the Promotion variable obtained tcount (2.685), meaning that Product Quality and Promotion partially influence Customer Satisfaction at the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai Clothing Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City, both directly and indirectly, the population of this study is all employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City, totaling 148 employees. , In this study the researcher used simple random sampling. Calculation of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. So in this study the number of samples used is as many as 60 employees as the research sample. Analysis of the data used through the PLS program. The results of this study indicate that, that Compensation has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has an effect on Performance, Work Environment has an effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance, Compensation on Employee Performance has an indirect effect on satisfaction work as a mediating variable, Work Environment on Employee Performance has an indirect effect on job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The R2 value for the latent variable Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable is 0.957, which means that this value identifies that variations in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by the Compensation and Work Environment variables of 95.7% while the remaining 4.3% is explained by other variables. The R2 value for the latent variable Performance is 0.974, which means that this value identifies that variations in performance can be explained by the variables Compensation, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction by 97.4% while the remaining 2.6% is explained by variables not present in the study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang baik secara langsung Maupun secara tidak langsung, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 148 Pegawai, Pada penelitian kali ini peneliti menggunakan simple random sampling. Perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, Maka dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 60 Pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan melalui program PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang tidak langsung dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang tidak langsung dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Nilai R2 untuk variabel laten Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi sebesar 0,957, yang artinya nilai tersebut mengidentifikasi bahwa variasi Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kompensasi Dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 95,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of changes in institutional structure and leadership style on work discipline and the impact of the performance Regional Office Employees at the Ministry of Law, South Sumatra. The population in this study consisted of all 87 employees at the office, and the census method was applied, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results show that competence significantly institutional structure and leadership style with work discipline and performance. There is competence significantly work discipline and leadership style with employee performance. This study identified indirect effects, where work discipline partially mediates the relationship between institutional structure and leadership style with Employee Performance. The R² value for the latent variable Work Discipline as a mediating variable is 0.654, so it means that this value identifies that variations in Employee Work Discipline can be explained by external latent variables (Institutional Structure and Leadership Style) by 65.4% and then the remaining 34.6% is explained by other variables, and the R² value for the Performance latent variable is 0.872, indicating that 87.2% of the variation in Performance can be explained by external variables (Institutional Structure, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline), while the remaining 12.8% is explained by variables not included in the study. This study recommends that the Head of the South Sumatra Regional Office the Ministry of Law evaluate the changes in institutional structure and leadership style that are relevant, as well as the existing condition of employees, in order to improve and optimize efforts to change the institutional structure, leadership style, and work discipline.

Abstract

IndiHome is a home internet service from Telkomsel that provides internet connection, landline telephone, and interactive TV (IPTV) in one package. Previously owned by PT Telkom Indonesia, IndiHome is now managed by Telkomsel. IndiHome offers a variety of package options with different internet speeds, as well as additional services such as wifi.id seamless and others. This study aims to measure the influence of customer experience and trust variables on customer loyalty. The population in this study was Indihome customers in the city of Palembang in 2024 as many as 11,883, while the sample taken was 99 respondents. This study is quantitative, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and processed using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that customer experience and trust variables have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty. For future research, external variables can be included and the research model can be modified by using mediating variables.
