Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Mining companies were selected for research because this industry was not included in the business fields that were reported to support the Indonesian economy in 2019, especially with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The high death rate and the rapid spread of this virus have made policies from the government, including limiting activities both domestically and internationally. Even some import-export destination countries have locked down, which of course will affect the productivity and financial performance of the mining industry. From a population of 47 mining companies, only 10 companies met the criteria and were selected as samples. The type of data used is quantitative data. Secondary data sources. Financial performance is measured using a cash flow ratio consisting of 5 liquidity ratios and 2 flexibility ratios. The results showed that based on the cash flow ratio, the majority of mining companies did not have good performance and were still below the standard. Of the eight ratios, only the cash coverage ratio is the most achievable by mining companies. The value of the cash flow ratio of mining companies has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

AbstractEntrepreneurial Marketing is a appropriate concept for SMEs that deals with conflicting resources and problems. In this article will be discussed about the concept of entrepreneurial marketing and analyse the importance of those concept applied for SME’s  The data source used is secondary data where the data obtained through online publication and literature study. Entrepreneurial Marketing is defined as a highly effective program for finding and improving customer satisfaction and strong resources. customers, or through entrepreneurship and innovation orientation.  Based from several previous studies Entrepreneurial Marketing is able to provide positive information on sales performance, innovation and marketing performance. By using Entrepreneurial marketing orientation concept, it is expected to improve the performance of SME’s and ultimately can improve the competitive advantage. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Marketing, SME’s and conceptual model Abstrak Entrepreneurial Marketing merupakan pendekatan konsep yang lebih sesuai diimplementasikan untuk  UMKM disebabkan  keterbatasan sumber daya dan permasalahan yang  dihadapi. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai konsep entrepreneurial marketing dan untuk menganalisis pentingnya pendekatan tersebut diterapkan pada UMKM. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dimana data-data diperoleh melalui publikasi online dan studi pustaka. Entrepreneurial Marketing didefinisikan sebagai identifikasi proaktif dan eksploitasi peluang untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang paling menguntungkan melalui pendekatan inovatif  pada manajemen risiko dan pemanfaatan sumber daya serta penciptaan nilai (value)  Model orientasi pemasaran kewirausahaan yang diimplementasikan untuk UMKM terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu orientasi pasar, orientasi pelanggan, orintasi kewirausahaan dan  orientasi inovasi. Dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya Entrepreneurial Marketing mampu memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja penjualan, keinovatifan serta kinerja pemasaran.  Dengan menggunakan model konseptual tersebut, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif.Kata Kunci : Entrepreneurial Marketing, UMKM dan model konseptual

Abstract

The results of this study indicate the results of multiple linear analysis as follows: y = 16.220 + 0.602 X1 +0.19 X2 + e. The value of 16.220 is work performance, the value of 0.602 is the communication variable (X1) and the value of 0.19 is the value of the job promotion variable (X2), and based on the partial test results using the t test, the results show the value of Communication (X1) 3.547. with a significant level value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cab Palembang. Furthermore, the value of promotion (X2) - 0.281 with a significant value of 0.03 < 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Job Promotion on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cab Palembang. And from the results of research conducted to analyze the coefficient of determination, it is known that the R square value is 0.275. This means that 27.5% of the job performance variable can be explained by the communication and job promotion variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 72.5% job performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem transmisi elektrik pada lokomotif CC201 yaitu sistem transmisi elektrik DC-DC yang merupakan sistem yang paling sederhana dan paling tua. Motor yang dipilih sebagai penggerak roda lokomotif adalah motor DC seri dimana main generator dan traksimotor dapat di hubungkan langsung tanpa alat bantu lain. Adapun komponen sistem tansmisi elektrik pada lokomoti CC201, yaitu : main generator, exciter generator, auxiliary generator, Traksimotor. Setiap bagian dari komponen sistem transmisi elektrik pada lokomotif tersebut mempunyai tugas kerja masing-masing sesuai target kinerja.KataKunci: Lokomotif, main generator, exciter generator, auxiliary generator.

Abstract

Abstrak: Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan pokok hidup manusia, karena itu dibutuhkanperalatan bantu yang mampu menyuplai air sesuai dengan kapasitas kebutuhan. Pompa airdapat mengalirkan air dari permukaan rendah ke permukaan tinggi. Namun sering kalipemakaian pompa tidak sebanding dengan kapasitas kebutuhan dan pompa sering kali dioperasikan secara terus menerus sehingga ada daya listrik dan air terbuang percuma. Dalampenelitian ini, pemakaian pompa air akan dikontrol, putaran motor penggerak pompa dapatdiatur sehingga debit output pompa sesuai dengan beban pemakaian air. Pengaturan putaranmotor dilakukan oleh inverter dengan merubah frekuensi.Kata Kunci: Inverter, Motor Pompa, Frekuensi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemakaian energi listrik semakin diharapkan dan diarahkan ke penggunaan energi yangefektif dan efisien untuk hasil yang maksimal. Khusus pada sistem penerangan, penggunaan lampuflorent atau yang biasa disebut lampu TL dirasakan sangat bermanfaat, baik untuk penerangan rumah,perkantoran maupun untuk keperluan industri. Pengujian peralatan rangkaian bertujuan untuk mengujiefek perubahan penggunaan balast magnetik dan balas elektronik terhadap efisiensi lampu sehinggadapat dimengerti tentang karakteristik kedua macam balast tersebut. Dalam pengujian ini akandidapatkan data-data yang diperlukan untuk perbandingan dan penganalisaan secara teori sesuaidengan alat yang akan diuji. Pada saat penyalaan ke dua jenis balast tersebut terdapat perbedaan,dimana dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan jenis balast magnetik daya lampu sebesar 18 W dengan jenislampu TL, arus start 0,28 A dan arus yang mengalir 0,20 A. Untuk jenis balast elektronik daya lampu18 W jenis lampu excellent arus start 0,20 A dan arus yang mengalir 0,17 A, Cos φ yang dihasilkanpada balast elektronik 0,98. Sedangkan untuk balast magnetik Cos φ 0,50. Untuk efisiensi lampu padabalast elektronik 90% sedangkan untuk balast magnetik sebesar 59,8%.Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Lampu, Balas Magnetik, Balas Elektronik

Abstract

Korosi adalah kejadian rusaknya lapisan logam akibat pengaruh lingkungansecara alami, Korosi ini juga dapat terjadi di instalasi pipa distribusi yang ditimbun didalam tanah (burried pipe). Untuk mencegah korosi akibat pengaruh eksternal.Menggunakan proteksi katodik (cathodic protection) jenis anoda tumbal (sacrificial anode)dan arus paksa (impressed current). Penggunaan berhubungan erat dengan kebutuhan arusproteksi,kondisi lingkungan, operasional dan letak korosi yang berlebih.Impressed current System memberikan aliran arus DC positif menggunakan anoda yangbersifat inert sebagai media penyalur arus dari pipa kembali ke rectifier. Kriteria proteksikatodik yang baik adalah memberikan nilai beda potensial antara struktur yang di lindungiUntuk Pipa fire water pump 10" x 563 m .Arus proteksi (Ip) 1,349 A dengan Tegangan21,79 Volt .Untuk pipa fire water pump 6" x 23 m arus proteksi 0,034 A dengan tegangan23 volt. Untuk pipa open drain 4" x18 m Arus Proteksi (Ip) 0,034 A dgn Tegangan 12,87Volt.Untuk pipa open drain 2" x 23 m arus proteksi (Ip) 0,120 A dan Voltage 12,87 v.Untuk cover besi pipa 16" x 12 m arus proteksi (Ip) 0,043 A dan Tegangan 12,87 V.Untukcover besi pipa 18" x 12 m Arus Proteksi (Ip) 0,048 A dan Tegangan 12,87 V.untuk Coverbesi pipa 22" x 12 m Arus Proteksi (Ip) 0,056 A dan tegangan 12,87 V. Untuk Pipa 10’ x563 m dengan Arus Proteksi ( Ip) 1.394 A dapat menahan laju korosi sebesar 17,3 mm/yr.dan Menjaga kestabilan beda potensial tegangan (Vp) – 0,85 Volt sampai Dengan – 1,50Volt terhadap pipa yang di proteksi.

Abstract

Knowledge of hospital quality programs in Indonesia has many beneficial effects for patients and service providers. Improved quality has made perceptions about hospital services better in the patient's view, which in turn has resulted in increasing the use of hospital servi ces so that the income received by hospitals is increasing. Hospital Accreditation in Indonesia is carried out to assess hospital compliance with accreditation standards. Hospital accreditation that has been implemented since 1995 in Indonesia, so far uses accreditation standards based on what year the standard began to be used for assessment, so far there has never been a National Accreditation of Hospitals in Indonesia, while the accreditation status currently has national and international accreditation status. The National Hospital Accreditation Standards that are valid in 2018 include: patient safety goals, patient-focused goals, hospital management standards, and implementation of national programs, as well as integration of health education in hospital services. This study was aimed at investigating the effect of quality management, marketing management and internal auditing on private hospital service accreditation, taking a sample of 26 accredited private hospitals in Palembang and Pekanbaru by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC). Data analysis was used to test hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Paired-Sample T-Test. The results of this study concluded that accreditation of private hospital services in Palembang and Pekanbaru was good, but the level of compliance from the management of private hospitals in Pekanbaru was higher, because of the 26 hospitals 61.5% were accredited while out of 28 private hospitals in Palembang only 50% accredited by HAC.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of optimizing the use of galangal and community empowerment in Sukamulya Village in increasing income in a sustainable manner. The method used in this activity is by direct counseling and training to the community and making galangal innovations into galangal chips. The results obtained are that the large potential of galangal must be balanced with optimal utilization by processing it first rather than selling it directly to agents. This is also supported by the enthusiasm of the community in improving welfare. The need for collaboration in terms of marketing and sales from various parties, both local governments, communities, campus parties, and other stakeholders in order to improve the community's economy, and promote healthy snacks in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic situation. This service can indirectly increase people's knowledge in managing the potential of galangal; cultivate the mindset of collaborating to form a community that has the potential to increase people's economic income; and efforts to produce galangal chips as souvenirs from Sukamulya village.

Abstract

The grounding system must be connected to every electrical panel of the building so that electrical installations, equipment, and people in the building can avoid the danger of overcurrent or voltage. In fact, the installation of grounding on prepaid kWh meters, especially in residential areas, is partially grounded because of the reason that errors often occur. This research was conducted when the prepaid kWh meter used grounding, kWh without using grounding, and kWh using grounding combined to Neutral with a different voltage source. The results of the study with three different test methods show that there is a difference in Power (W) and information on the Prepaid kWh Meter when testing the voltage varying from 270 V to TRIP at a voltage below 80 V. The power when testing using grounding is more maximal at a voltage of 220 -270V. when the voltage drops, testing using grounding is better because at a voltage of 140V there is already a warning sign in the form of a palm image on the prepaid kWh meter. Whereas in the test without using grounding, the warning appears at a voltage of 110V. The calculation of usage error at 220V shows that the smallest prepaid kWh meter error is using grounding of 1.063%. Meanwhile, the prepaid kWh meter error without grounding is 3.76%, and using grounding connected to neutral is 35.38%. Testing and calculating the prepaid kWh meter is very good when it is grounded. Starting from calculating small errors to maintaining losses from leakage currents in home electrical equipment and installations. ABSTRAK:Sistem grounding harus terkoneksi pada setiap panel listrik bangunan gedung agar instalasi listrik,peralatan, dan manusia yang berada pada bangunan tersebut dapat terhindar dari bahaya arus atau tegangan lebih. Kenyataannya pemasangan grounding pada kWh meter prabayar terutama di area perumahan sebagian tidak dipasang grounding dengan alasan sering terjadi error. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat kWh meter prabayar menggunakan grounding, kWh tanpa menggunakan grounding, dan kWh menggunakan grounding di gabung ke Netral dengan sumber tegangan yang berbeda. Hasil Penelitian dengan tiga metode pengujian yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Daya (W) dan keterangan pada kWh Meter Prabayar saat dilakukan pengujian tegangan yang bervariasi dari 270 V hingga TRIP pada tegangan dibawah 80 V. Daya pada saat pengujian menggunakan grounding lebih maximal pada tegangan 220-270V. ketika tegangan turun, pengujian menggunakan grounding lebih baik dikarenakan pada tegangan 140V sudah ada tanda peringatan berupa gambar telapak tangan pada kWh meter prabayar. Sedangkan pada pengujian tanpa menggunakan grounding, maka  peringatan tersebut muncul pada tegangan 110V. Perhitungan error pemakaian pada tegangan 220V menunjukkan error kWh meter prabayar terkecil adalah menggunakan grounding sebesar 1,063%. Sedangkan error kWh meter prabayar tanpa grounding sebesar 3,76%, dan menggunakan grounding disambung ke netral sebesar 35,38%. Pengujian dan perhitungan kWh meter prabayar sangat baik bila dipasang grounding. Mulai dari perhitungan error yang kecil hingga menjaga kerugian dari arus bocor pada peralatan maupun instalasi listrik rumah.
