Abstract

This study aims to describe the transfer of code and mix code with descriptive qualitative method. of the date form of dialogue film Guru Nation Tjokroaminoto by Garin Nugroho. Date collection is done using document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the transfer of code and mixed code consists of several forms of factors causes.The most dominant code change is the transfer of external code in form of a dutch code transition to Indonesian language and the most influencing factor is speaker factor. The most dominant code mix is word-shaped word code of Indonesian language the most influencing factor is language factor. Transfer of code and mixed code can be used as supelmen in learning sociolinguistic course with material related to bilingual. It is important to be understood students and lecturers because sociolinguistics teaches how to put a person's language attitude in a multicultural society.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan alih kode dan campur kode dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. data berupa dialog film Guru Bangsa Tjokroaminoto karya Garin Nugroho. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alih kode dan campur kode terdiri beberapa bentuk faktorpenyebabnya. Alih kode paling dominan adalah alih kode ekstern berupa peralihan kode bahasa Belanda ke bahasa Indonesia dan faktor penyebab paling memengaruhi adalah faktor penutur. Campur kode yang paling dominan adalah campur kode berbentuk kata bahasa Indonesiafaktor penyebab paling memengaruhi ialah faktor kebahasaan. Alih kode dan campur kode dapat dijadikan sapelmen dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah sosiolinguistik dengan materi yang berkaitan dengan kedwibahasaan. Hal ini penting untuk dipahami oleh mahasiswa dan dosen sebab sosiolinguistik mengajarkan bagaimana menempatkan sikap berbahasa seseorang di tengah masyarakat yang multi kultural.Kata Kunci: Alih Kode, Campur Kode, dan Implikasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of total quality management implementation factors and innovation quality through competitive advantage to improve company performance. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, the total sample used was 152 respondents who were coffee shop owners in Semarang which had an operational time of more than 1 year and had dine-in and takeaway services. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with the AMOS program, and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the implementation of quality management has a positive influence on company performance. Then the quality of innovation has a positive influence on company performance and competitive advantage fully mediates company performance.
