Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of TGT (Team Games Tounament) learning with the explosion box media on the human excretion system material on student learning outcomes of class XI MA Al-Mukhlishin Batu Bara. This type of research is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The instrument in this study was in the form of an objective test or multiple choice of 20 questions. Data analysis in this study was a paired simple t-test with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 22. By looking at the significance value, namely if Sig (2-tailed) 0.05. as for the results found is the sig value. 2-tailed 0.00 0.05 with a value of t-count t-table, namely 23.38 2.01, which means that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of TGT (team games tournaments) learning with the media explosion box on the human excretion system material on the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA Ma Al-Mukhlishin Batu Bara.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran TGT (Team Games Tounament) dengan media explosion box pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MA Al-Mukhlishin Batu Bara. jenis penelitian ini kuasi experimen atau eksperimen semu. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini dalam bentuk tes objektif atau pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah uji paired simple t-test dengan bantuan sofware Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 22. dengan melihat nilai signifikansinya yaitu jika Sig (2-tailed) 0,05. adapun hasil yang ditemukan adalah nilai sig. 2-tailed 0,00 0,05 dengan nilai t-hitung t-tabel yaitu 23,38 2,01 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the probing learning model on critical thinking skills and biology learning outcomes for class XI students. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The sample of this research is class XI IPA 2 opens 30 people as experimental class and XI IPA 3 opens 30 people as control class. The instrument used to collect data is a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 critical thinking skills questions and 20 learning outcomes test questions. Data analysis in this study was a paired simple t test with the help of the SPSS 20.00 program. The results of the analysis of critical thinking skills obtained tcount = 24,418 and ttable = 2,045, which means Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of the probing learning model on the critical thinking skills of class XI MAS Cipta Simpang Dolok T.P 2019/2020 students. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis of the results obtained tcount = 22,381 and ttable = 2.405, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of the probing prompting learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI Mas Cipta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran probing promting terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 2 berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 3 berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes berbentuk pilihan ganda yang terdiri dari 20 soal kemampuan berpikir kritis dan 20 soal tes hasil belajar. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah uji paired simple t test dengan bantuan program SPSS 20.00. Dari hasil analisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh thitung = 24,418 dan ttabel = 2,045 yang artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran probing promting terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI MAS Cipta Simpang Dolok T.P 2019/2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on science process skills in biology learning. This research was conducted at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai in the academic year 2020/2021, and this research was conducted at the end of May to June 2021. The type of research carried out was descriptive quantitative research. In sampling the researchers took two classes, namely the experimental class with 32 students using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model and the control class with 32 students. The research method was carried out by preparing research instruments, namely observation sheets and student worksheets, validating instruments with 2 validators, namely North Sumatra State Islamic University lecturers and data collection was carried out by direct observation using observation sheet guidelines to see students' science process skills. The population in this study were all biology students of class VIII MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. Based on the research conducted, it shows the influence of students' science process skills using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model. Judging from the results of data processing science process skills students in the experimental class with a percentage of 74% while in the control class with a percentage of only 41%. So that the KPS value of students in the experimental class is higher than the control class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the peer evaluation tool had an impact on students' mastery of respiratory system material and learning interest at SMA Imelda Medan. This is an R&D (research and development) initiative. Development studies are a method for creating and validating products. This study uses the 4D model as a development model: (1) an expert validator questionnaire is used as an assessment tool, (2) a material specialist validator, (3) a questionnaire for student responses, and (4) student worksheets. Based on the results of product validation from several experts, it is known that the average validity level of the peer evaluation method's performance appraisal is 4, included in the very valid category with a value of 3.25 M4. application of performance evaluation technique peer review 32 students is 78.12%. Therefore it can be concluded that the LKS on the respiratory system material based on the peer assessment value can be declared practical to use. And also on the effectiveness of students' interest in learning, the results obtained were 2.56 with the highest category being 29 respondents with a percentage of 90.6% then the second selection, namely the medium category of 3 respondents with a percentage of 9.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of interactive learning media based on macromedia flash on the material of the human digestive system. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluation). This research was carried out in January 2022 with a research sample of 34 students in class XI MIA-1 MAN Pematangsiantar. The result of the research is to produce an interactive learning media product based on macromedia flash which is developed to contain material on the human digestive system. To test the feasibility of macromedia flash-based interactive learning media by validating the products made to the material expert team, the average percentage score was 84%, by media experts, 91%, by Biology teachers (field practitioners) 85% and by students 86%. So that it can be concluded that the interactive learning media based on macromedia flash is feasible to use in the biology learning process on the material of the human digestive system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang tergolong rendah karena proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling kelas berbentu mind mapping untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling kelas berbantu mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi di kelas XI MAS PPM Babussalam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes berbentuk pilihan berganda berjumlah 36 soal yang telah divalidasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MAS PPM Babussalam dengan jumlah siswa 43 orang yang terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas XI A dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang dan kelas XI B dengan jumlah siswa 23 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total atau sampling jenuh. Dari hasil analisis hasil belajar siswa diperoleh yaitu nilai thitung sebesar 4,076 > 2,019. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian, jika nilai thitung > t-tabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif teknik keliling kelas berbantu mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi di kelas XI MAS PPM Babussalam. Adapun rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 87,49 dan dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol adalah 81,51.

Abstract

The duties of a madrasah headmaster include managing the improvement of teacher performance in the madrasah. To lead effectively, the headmaster must design a well-planned work program. MIN 4, as an educational institution, certainly requires professional staff members who demonstrate good performance in advancing the madrasah. This research utilizes qualitative research methods with three data collection techniques: interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The data analysis involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The research findings indicate that teachers possess mastery of teaching materials, conduct classroom administration, and perform evaluations. The headmaster has established a plan to enhance teacher performance in MIN 4, Kabupaten Langkat, through the madrasah's vision and mission, as well as the work program outlined in annual and mandatory monthly meetings. The headmaster of MIN 4, Kabupaten Langkat, implements various efforts to improve teacher performance, including providing opportunities for them to participate in training programs such as the Teacher Working Group (KKG) and Subject Teacher Discussion Forum (MGMP), as well as conducting direct supervision of their performance. Teachers are also guided in developing teaching tools, such as syllabi, lesson plans, teaching plans, worksheets, and assessments, as well as creating instructional media. The headmaster conducts routine monitoring of teacher performance to prevent possible negligence in carrying out their duties, by assessing their level of discipline in task execution and responsibility. The goal is to prevent any deviation in teacher performance within the madrasah. The headmaster continues to motivate subordinates to fulfill their tasks and obligations according to predetermined targets, especially regarding discipline in completing classroom administration. Teachers are expected to adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines in MIN 4, Kabupaten Langkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing an integrated Al-Qur'an biology learning module on biotechnology material as an alternative teaching material and to determine the feasibility of developing an Al-Qur'an integrated biology learning module on biotechnology material as an alternative teaching material. The learning module development design uses the Borg & Gall model with 7 stages of development. The Al-Qur'an integrated Biology learning module on biotechnology material was assessed by 1 material expert validator, 1 media expert validator, 1 Islamic religious expert validator, 1 teacher and 32 students from Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Manar Pulau Raja. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results obtained indicate that the development of the Al-Qur'an integrated biotechnology learning module received a good response and received a very satisfactory response by biology teachers with a total percentage of teacher assessments being 97.5% with Very Eligible/Very Valid criteria and from the assessment the total number of students from the large group test was 90.8% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid and the small group test of 88% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid. Thus, this module is declared very feasible/very interesting to be used as teaching material in biology learning in class XII IPA Madrasah Aliyah. Thus, it can be concluded that the Al-Qur'an integrated Biology learning module on Biotechnology material which was developed with the Borg & Gall model, is Eligible and Very Interesting to be used as teaching material for students in class XII MA, especially on Biotechnology material.
