Abstract

This research is an evaluation study using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Produck). The data?s research come from the quantitative data that is reinforced by the qualitative data. Quantitative data obtained from a sample of students SMKN 5 Surakarta by 289 students through a questionnaire. Qualitative data obtained by interview, observation, and document analysis. Research sample was taken by purposive sampling techniques, such as students, vice-principal,teacher. The next two types of data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The result research on the use of a school uniform in SMKN 5 Surakarta of every indicators evaluation as follows: (1)Context, (a)the use of school uniforms to discipline students when studying, and solution of the diversity of environmental conditions and socio-economically diverse student, (b)the use of school uniforms create discipline, (c)the use of school uniforms have been planned by the student, cooperatives and assisted by some of the students involved. (2)Input, (a)the basis of the use of school uniforms is sourced from Kep.Dikdasmen. N0. 100/C/Kep/1991, (b)handling capability of the school in the use of school uniforms with the schedule of teachers picket the disciplining of students each will go to the school environment, (c)the use of school uniforms allow the intimidation because students have not participated shoes uniform. (3)Process, there is no discipline students on program activities, so the school (all officers involved) extra work to curb student. (4)Product, (a)the use of school uniforms will continue to be applied in disciplinary program looking students (b)the influence of school uniforms, education that lasts such as Freire says, like bank style education.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization Smartphone has become part of the primary needs of society. This matter causes a tight competition among the Smartphone manufacturers across the World, especially in Indonesia. Among those phenomenon, Samsung Smartphone preciselly had been decreased their market share in recent years. This research aims to determine the factors that affect costumer repurchase intention of Samsung Smartphone to win the market and increase market share of the company.In this research the technique used in data retrieval is non probabillity sampling with purposive sampling. Populations and samples in this research are Undip students who have made purchases  of  Samsung  Smartphone  products  that  are  known  or  can  be  found  directly  by researchers. This research using 100 respondents which are the Student across all Faculty in Diponegoro University. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The analysis and interpretation technique that being used is Multiple Regression Analysis, according to the model developed in this research, and operated through SPSS program version 21.The result of the research indicate that Product Quality and Brand Trust have an Positive impact on Customer Satisfaction. Than Product Quality, Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction have an Positive impact on Customer repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction was the highly influenced variable toward customer repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship of prosocial behavior with the intensity of teacher social interaction towards children with special needs in inclusion schools in Surakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational method. The sampling method is to use purposive sampling method, with a research subject of 30 teachers of inclusion school class in Surakarta. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires with the scale of prosocial behavior and social interaction. The result of data analysis using Pearson Correlation Product Moment technique with the help of SPSS 23.0 program obtained correlation of r= 0.919, (p>0.05), thus means Ha rejected and Ho accepted, so it can be concluded that; 1) There is no significant link between prosocial behaviour and the intensity of teacher social interaction towards children with special needs in inclusion schools, 2) The embodiment of prosocial behavior also does not have to give rise to interactions between teachers and students with special needs but a teacher tends to give indirect assistance to students, and 3) The development of increasingly sophisticated technology makes a person, especially children with special needs less social and reduce their social attitudes. So it tends to do things based on its own interests

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pembuatan website desa sebagai sarana media publikasi di Desa Limau, Kecamatan Sembawa, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan desa, perancangan dan pengembangan website, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website bagi aparatur desa, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website desa berhasil dikembangkan dan diterapkan sebagai sarana informasi serta promosi potensi desa. Selain itu, aparatur desa memperoleh keterampilan dalam mengelola dan memperbarui konten website secara mandiri. Dampak positif lainnya adalah meningkatnya transparansi informasi, kemudahan publikasi berita desa, serta keterlibatan pemuda dalam pengelolaan teknologi digital. Implikasi dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi desa melalui website dapat mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih modern dan inklusif. Keberlanjutan program dapat dijaga melalui pelatihan rutin bagi aparatur desa, integrasi website dengan layanan administrasi digital, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi desa. Sebagai rekomendasi, disarankan agar pemerintah desa mengembangkan fitur tambahan seperti layanan administrasi online serta memperkuat kolaborasi dengan pemuda desa dalam pengelolaan website. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung digitalisasi desa perlu ditingkatkan guna memperluas manfaat dari teknologi informasi dalam pembangunan desa.
