Abstract

Coral reefs are marine biota that reproduce by budding and fertilization, making them natural resources aquarium consumers in Europe, America, and Asia are very interested in. Since Indonesia is the largest tropical nation producing sponges, there is an increasing need for imported products. Consequently, it may be inferred whether marketing can be carried out effectively as planned or targeted in accordance with the targets that the organization has established. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis to investigate the marketing strategies and efficiency of Akropora decorative corals (Acropora sp) at PT. Agung Aquatic Marine in Badung, Bali. Additionally, PT. Agung Aquatic Marine's marketing efforts are deemed successful because the business's target may be met and ornamental coral sales keep rising each month. In addition, the marketing carried out by PT Agung Aquatic Marine is considered effective because the sale of ornamental corals continues to increase every month and can achieve the company's target.

Abstract

The article explores the advancement of character education in psychology for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 157 Palembang. The research employs qualitative techniques encompassing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings from this approach indicate the typical character traits. the students in the class vary. However, overall, sixth-grade students tend to have religious, disciplined, and cooperative characters. The understanding of the school principal, religion teachers, and parents regarding the development of children's psychology in character education has received a positive response. Collaboration and open communication between the school and parents are crucial for the child's psychological development in character education. The head of the school enforces the school's vision and mission aiming to cultivate students characterized by religiosity, discipline, honesty, and compassion for others. Based on the aforementioned results and analysis, it can be inferred that the advancement of child psychology in character development at SD Negeri 157 Palembang, particularly for sixth-grade students, manifests positive growth. This is evident from the interviews conducted with the school principal, class teachers, and religious educators

Abstract

The abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) among adolescents continues to rise despite widespread awareness of its dangers. Environmental factors, social pressure, and lack of self-awareness are key contributors. This study aims to examine the Gestalt counseling approach as an intervention method for NAPZA addicts to enhance their self-awareness. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing various journals, books, and documents discussing NAPZA addiction and the application of Gestalt counseling in addiction rehabilitation. The findings indicate that the primary causes of NAPZA addiction include sensation-seeking, escaping from problems, and social influences such as Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). The impact of addiction extends to physical, psychological, and social disturbances. Gestalt counseling, which emphasizes self-awareness and personal responsibility, has proven effective in helping addicts recognize emotions, accept themselves, and make healthier decisions. Techniques such as the empty chair dialogue and responsibility exercises assist addicts in addressing internal conflicts and developing a better understanding of themselves. In conclusion, the Gestalt approach can be an effective method for addressing NAPZA addiction, particularly in enhancing self-awareness and individual responsibility. Future research is recommended to explore the effectiveness of this method in different cultural and rehabilitation contexts.

Abstract

This research investigates how green transformational leadership (GTL), group cohesiveness (GC), and organizational justice (OJ) affect employee sustainable performance (ESP), with turnover intention (TOI) acting as an intermediary. The study, conducted at PT Puyo Indonesia Kreasi, emphasizes the significance of sustainable leadership, teamwork, and fairness in boosting employee performance that aligns with environmental, social, and economic objectives. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the results indicate notable positive correlations between green transformational leadership, group cohesiveness, organizational justice, and employee sustainable performance, while turnover intention negatively mediates these connections. The study emphasizes an integrated approach that combines eco-friendly leadership, cohesive teamwork, and justice driven policies to enhance ESP and minimize TOI. GTL fosters an environmentally conscious workplace by embedding sustainability values into corporate culture, inspiring employees toward sustainable behaviors. GC strengthens collaboration, trust, and shared commitment, creating a foundation for long-term performance. OJ enhances employee motivation and loyalty by ensuring fairness in decision-making and resource allocation. However, high TOI disrupts ESP by reducing engagement and workforce stability. The findings offer managerial insights, advocating for sustainability focused leadership programs, structured team building, and fairness audits. Future research should explore these relationships across diverse contexts using longitudinal methods to capture dynamic changes in sustainable performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pembuatan website desa sebagai sarana media publikasi di Desa Limau, Kecamatan Sembawa, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan desa, perancangan dan pengembangan website, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website bagi aparatur desa, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website desa berhasil dikembangkan dan diterapkan sebagai sarana informasi serta promosi potensi desa. Selain itu, aparatur desa memperoleh keterampilan dalam mengelola dan memperbarui konten website secara mandiri. Dampak positif lainnya adalah meningkatnya transparansi informasi, kemudahan publikasi berita desa, serta keterlibatan pemuda dalam pengelolaan teknologi digital. Implikasi dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi desa melalui website dapat mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih modern dan inklusif. Keberlanjutan program dapat dijaga melalui pelatihan rutin bagi aparatur desa, integrasi website dengan layanan administrasi digital, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi desa. Sebagai rekomendasi, disarankan agar pemerintah desa mengembangkan fitur tambahan seperti layanan administrasi online serta memperkuat kolaborasi dengan pemuda desa dalam pengelolaan website. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung digitalisasi desa perlu ditingkatkan guna memperluas manfaat dari teknologi informasi dalam pembangunan desa.
