Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tanggapan masyarakat terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) terkait usia calon presiden dan calon wakil presiden di bawah 40 tahun, dengan mempertimbangkan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami perspektif yang beragam dari masyarakat terhadap keputusan MK ini dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang dampaknya terhadap sistem politik dan demokrasi. Permasalahan tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dan metode hukum normatif yang memperoleh data melalui survei masyarakat, studi literatur, dan analisis keputusan MK serta pertimbangan hukum di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan masyarakat terhadap keputusan MK ini sangat bervariasi. Sebagian masyarakat mendukung keputusan ini sebagai langkah yang mendorong inklusivitas politik dan memberikan kesempatan lebih luas bagi pemimpin muda yang berkualitas. Namun, ada juga kekhawatiran terkait kualitas kepemimpinan, dengan beberapa masyarakat mempertanyakan pengalaman dan kapabilitas calon di bawah usia 40 tahun. Penemuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang tanggapan masyarakat terhadap keputusan MK terkait usia calon presiden dan calon wakil presiden di bawah 40 tahun sehingga penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu landasan untuk meningkatkan kualitas demokrasi dan memperkuat sistem politik yang lebih inklusif, transparan, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan dan aspirasi masyarakat

Abstract

The use of music in public spaces continues to increase alongside the development of the entertainment, tourism, and marketing industries, at both the national and international levels, making the management of music royalties a strategic issue in copyright governance. Many previous studies have focused solely on law enforcement effectiveness or compliance with royalty payments, without examining in depth the legal politics underlying the disharmony between public legal norms and contractual mechanisms for royalty management. This study aims to analyze the direction of legal politics in managing music royalty sanctions in the public space, as set out in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright (the Copyright Law) and contracts managed by the National Collective Management Institute (LMKN). The method used is a normative juridical approach that analyzes the Copyright Law and applies the principle of distributive justice, drawing on primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that the overlap of sanctions is caused by the absence of a clear legal-political design for placing LMKN contracts as hierarchically integrated instruments within public legal norms, thereby creating legal uncertainty, potential duplication of sanctions, and weak governance of royalty distribution. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of legal politics in the relationship between public norms and private contracts in the music royalty system, which makes a conceptual contribution to harmonizing sanctions and renewing copyright policies in the era of the digital creative economy.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe an overview of the representational ability of fractional material using interactive media in the form of the "Fraction Representation" application. In this study, the approach used is qualitative. The data collection process is by providing test questions on fractional material that include indicators of mathematical representation ability. The study was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Madiun City, with fourth-grade students as respondents. The research subject was one of the well-known elementary schools in Madiun City, and grade IV students at the school were assigned as responders since the fraction material was studied within the class. And the school used as the research subject is one of the well-known schools in Madiun City. The results of this study are the average representation ability of students who meet the three indicators, namely visual representation, verbal representation, and symbolic representation in the medium category.
