Abstract

Probiotics are very important for cultivation because of their role in improving the health status of fish, increasing the body's resistance to disease, growth rate, improving intestinal morphology and balance of the microflora. The study aimed to compare commercial probiotics with probiotics from fermented milk using kefir seeds in an effort to improve health, growth rate and efficiency of sangkuriang catfish feed. The research material used 5-7cm long sangkuriang catfish as many as 400 tails. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0:Control (feed without addition of probiotics), P1: Feed + 5% Probiotics A (King Grameh), P2: Feed + 5% Probiotics B (Em4), P3: Feed + 5% Probiotics C (Kefir). Each experimental unit consisted of 20 fish. The parameters observed in this experiment were growth rate, FCR and feed efficiency. Treatment with various types of probiotics has a significant effect (P <0.05) on FCR, feed efficiency, and growth rate. However, the FCR in treatments T1 and T2 did not show significant differences, and on feed efficiency and growth rate on T1 were not significantly different. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of kefir probiotics is able to show better production results.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan sebuah inovasi pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah dalam merancang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal, sambil tetap memenuhi standar pendidikan nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis difusi inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian literature review dengan metode studi literatur. Analisis yang digunakan triangulasi data. Artikel yang di review dari tahun 2020-2023. Artikel yang direview tentang difusi inovasi kurikulum merdek pada sekolah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses difusi inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah melibatkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan dan penerimaan inovasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi persepsi dan sikap kepala sekolah, kesiapan guru dalam mengadaptasi perubahan, dukungan dari orang tua dan masyarakat, serta ketersediaan sumber daya yang memadai. Dalam beberapa sekolah, difusi inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka berjalan lancar dan berhasil menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, beberapa sekolah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan inovasi ini, terutama dalam hal kesiapan dan pengetahuan guru serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Dengan memahami proses difusi inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan dalam mendukung implementasi inovasi pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Assessment is a measuring tool used in mastery of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in environmental materials. Research on the development of this assessment instrument aims to determine the feasibility of assessing Higher Order Thinking Skills on environmental materials in SMA Surakarta. Research on the development of the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessment using the Research and Development (R&D) model refers to the modified Borg and Gall (1983). The sample to test the feasibility of the assessment includes 2 expert validators, namely material experts and evaluation instrument experts. The function of material experts and evaluation instrument experts is to validate the suitability of questions with indicators (construct validity) so as to ensure that the questions developed can measure students' Higher Order Thinking Skills. The results of the material expert validation show that the average score of all aspects of the material is 100% in the "Very Good" category. The results of the evaluation instrument expert validation show that the average score of all aspects of the material is 80.95% in the "Good" category, so that the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessment on environmental material is considered feasible to be tested in the limited test group or field tests on students.
