Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Vaccination of antigenic materials used to produce immunity to a disease. Vaccination is carried out to prevent or reduce the causes of certain infectious diseases such as hepatitis, polio, diphtheria and the new one at this time, namely COVID-19. The COVID- 19 vaccination aims to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, reduce the number of deaths and deaths by COVID-19, and the COVID-19 vaccination aims to create (herd immunity) or herd immunity in the community. Research purposes: Knowing the relationship between the level of public knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and the level of vaccination anxiety in the village of kaduengang. Correlative analytic Research method: with a cross sectional study approach (cross-cutting). The research design is cross-sectional. The data used is the chis-quare test. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. The results: of the study can beconcluded that the results of statistical tests using the chi square test obtained a value of = 0.002 < = 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of public knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and the level of anxiety about the Covid-19 vaccination. 19 in the community in the village of kaduenga. The conclusion of the relationship between the level of public knowledge about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of anxiety of the covid-19 vaccination in the village of kaduengang. Suggestion: the results of this study can be used as library material and increase knowledge, insight as input in an effort to improve the quality of learning for the progress of students and readers about the relationship between the level of public knowledge about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of anxiety of the covid-19 vaccination

Abstract

Introduction : Based on data from Riskesdas (2018), in Indonesia the phenomenon of social development disorders in school children reaches 69.9%. Pangastuti's study of Islamic early childhood education in 2017 shows that Novitasari and Khotimah's research in 2016 gadgets are one of the factors or stimuli that can influence children's social development, namely the habit of playing gadgets. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and social development in grade 6 students at SDN Ciater 01 South Tangerang. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is 100 respondents, while the sample is 77 respondents. The sampling technique used is to determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and social development in grade 6 students at SDN Ciater 01, South Tangerang. Research Results: The statistical test results obtained a P value of 0.038 so that the P value <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted. Consulision: There is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and social development in grade 6 students at SDN Ciater, South Tangerang. Suggestion: If you want to do similar research or further research, it would be better if you control all theconfounding variables, so that it will increase the accuracy of the research results.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a condition of systole blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastole above 80 mmHg. Hypertension can be controlled by doing self care management to control factors that affect blood pressure. Good self care management is influenced by several factors, one of which is knowledge. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and self care management in hypertension patients at RW 05 Bojongsari Village, Depok City. Research Methodology: Using observational quantitative research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in the study was 40 respondents with simple random sampling techniques. Research Results: Based on the results of the chi-square alternative test, namely the Fisher's Exact test, the results of the majority of respondents who are hypertensive patients have a good level of knowledge with good self care management behavior (64,0%). Relationship analysis using the Fisher's Exact test obtained a significant value p value = 0.003 (<0.05), then the hypothesis in this study was accepted and H0 was rejected, and OR (CI: 95%) was obtained 11,556 (2,115-63,127). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and self care management in people with hypertension in RW 05 Bojongsari Village, Depok City. It is concluded that the better a person's knowledge, the better the self care management will be.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Melitus adalah penyakit metabolik kronis yang terjadi akibat gangguan produksi insulin oleh pankreas. Penyakit ini memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik, termasuk edukasi kesehatan dari perawat dalam discharge planning untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap kontrol pasca rawat. Edukasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu pasien dalam perawatan mandiri dan mencegah komplikasi. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh pemberian edukasi perawat dalam discharge planning terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pasca rawat pasien Diabetes Melitus di RS Grha Kedoya Jakarta Barat tahun 2023. Metodelogi penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quota Sampling dengan teknik analisis Chi-square untuk melihat hubungan antara edukasi perawat dalam discharge planning dan kepatuhan kontrol pasca rawat pasien Diabetes Melitus. Hasil penelitian: Mayoritas responden berusia 46–55 tahun (42,3%) dan laki-laki (57,6%). Sebelum edukasi, 71,2% memiliki pemahaman kurang optimal, dan kepatuhan kontrol pasca rawat hanya 57,6%. Setelah edukasi, pemahaman meningkat menjadi 84,7%, dan kepatuhan menjadi 76,3%. Hasil uji Chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara edukasi perawat dalam discharge planning dengan peningkatan kepatuhan kontrol pasca rawat. Kesimpulan dan saran: Edukasi dalam discharge planning berperan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap kontrol kesehatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi perawat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan edukasi guna mendorong pasien untuk melakukan kontrol kesehatan secara rutin.
