Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the principle of accountability in the financing of religious extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang and the factors that support and inhibit the application of the principle of accountability in the financing of religious extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants of this research are the madrasa head, Madrasa deputy head, madrasa treasurer and religious extracurricular adviser. The data collection tools used were interviews, observation and documentation study. After the data is collected then it is analyzed using the Milies and Huberman approach. Activities in data analysis in this approach are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. Based on the results of research and discussion, conclusions can be drawn, namely: Application of the Principle of Accountability in Financing Religious Extracurricular Activities in Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang has been going well. It is clear that transparency of education providers is open to receiving input and including various components in budget management. Meet clear performance standards in every activity that can serve as benchmarks in carrying out duties, functions and authority with a full sense of responsibility. Participation from all parties to create a conducive atmosphere for each other. Factors supporting the application of the principle of accountability are setting clear goals and objectives. Solid institutional structure. Establish a clear and directed policy. Planning that is realistic, detailed and in accordance with needs. The inhibiting factors are the limitations of research in obtaining other supporting data sources regarding the financing of extracurricular activities such as evidence of financial allocation / expenditure transactions and accountability reports.

Abstract

Drug abuse problems have broad and complex dimensions, both from the medical, psychiatric, mental health and psychosocial perspectives. The use of drugs can damage the order of family life, the environment of the community and the school environment, even directly or indirectly a threat to the sustainability of development and the future of the nation and the State. The results in this study are in rehabilitating the Ar-Rahman foundation using emphasis on four main aspects, namely the recovery of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. The recovery program for 6 months, in the reception of residents or addicts, does not limit the related services such as the BNN, but the family and the community play an important role, the majority of residents at the ArRahman foundation enter with coercion from their parents or family and. From the results of research conducted related to social rehabilitation of drug abuse carried out by the ArRahman Drug Rehabilitation Foundation, it has helped in returning or repairing addicts from drug dependence so that they can re-function as social beings. This is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law or MaqashidShari'ah to maintain reason. Therefore rehabilitation can be done.

Abstract

Penetian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kinerja keuangan (pembiayaan) perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data deret waktu. Data yang digunakan adalah data bulanan dari laporan keuangan bank syariah untuk periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Error Correction Model (ECM). Dari hasil uji ECT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sesuai, semua variabel independen dalam tes ini mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Efek jangka panjang dan jangka pendek dirasakan sebagai variabel dependen, hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian jangka pendek menunjukkan bahwa DPK dan NPF berhubungan positif dengan variabel pembiayaan sedangkan CAR, ROA, INF, dan BI Rate tidak terkait dengan pembiayaan. Dalam jangka panjang, semua variabel terkait dengan variabel pembiayaan.

Abstract

Focus of the discussion in this study was the collaboration of parents and MIN 2 teachers in Palembang City in improving the quality of education. The problems that were deliberately raised in this study were: What efforts were made by MIN 2 Palembang in building cooperation between parents and teachers? What is the form of collaboration between student’s parents and teachers in improving the quality of education in MIN 2 Palembang? In line with the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to find out: (1) School efforts to establish cooperation with student’s parents; (2) Form of collaboration between school and student’s parents. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study was school MIN 2 Palembang City. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The researcher is the main instrument in conducting research assisted by interview sheets and documentation guidelines. Sources of data or key information are three people (Head of MIN 2 Palembang City and 2 teachers). The collected data was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that: (1) School efforts to establish cooperation with parents of students are by creating a comfortable school climate, making initial communication with parents, and providing opportunities for parents to be involved in school activities; (2) Forms of cooperation carried out include: parenting, communication, volunteers, parental involvement in children's learning at home, and collaboration with community groups.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus outbreak which had become a global pandemic has led to new policies to prevent the spread and transmission of the virus. One of them was the policy of worship for Muslims which MUI and Hai'ah Kibar Ulama Al-Azhar responded to. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative which was carried out by describing an object strictly, regularly, carefully, and objectively. This study aimed to determine the implementation of Maqashid Syari'ah from the existence of law issued by the scholars in the face of the current emergency. Maqashid syari'ah was kind of goals to be achieved from a legal stipulation. The law of the failure of the obligation to perform Friday prayers and congregational prayers arised because of the risk of harm to oneself and others, so this can became the age of sharia (sad al dzariah) so that it was permissible to leave it. There were real conditions that were at risk of triggering harm in the midst of an epidemic, then this could be used as' illat or something of a substantial nature that affects the existence of a law.

Abstract

This study discusses the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of a boarding school-based marketing strategy for Islamic education services at Pondok Pesantren al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. The type of research used is field research (filed research) using a case study method approach that is descriptive qualitative. This study found several findings, firstly Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School uses a strategy to win the competition, tactical strategy and value strategy which includes a mass marketing approach (mass marketing), Educational services are targeted to all groups, provide various excellent programs, carry out direct promotions. and indirectly, having superior human resources, always innovating in educational products and making it easier for students to continue their studies abroad. Second, the inhibiting factors in implementing the marketing strategy of boarding school-based Islamic education services at Pondok Pesantren al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya are having a clear segment, very good al-Ittifaqiah Brand, public and alumni trust is still relatively high, and advances in information technology. The obstacle in implementing the marketing strategy for boarding school-based Islamic education services is that the number of human resources is not optimal, which has an impact on the less than optimal management of students in terms of monitoring student delinquency and cleanliness of the dormitory environment. In addition, the large number of students, not accompanied by complete facilities and infrastructure, has an impact on the learning and teaching process, such as some groups who still use mosques and dormitories as classrooms.

Abstract

The function of the management accounting information system is very important in universities, as it provides input to leaders for accurate decision making. Higher education leaders must listen more and provide good work management and require an accounting system in order to survive amid the heavy workload of lecturers that are not balanced with balanced wages. Accounting information systems can help universities expand their reach to remote locations, acquire new forms and workflows, and possibly change teaching patterns virtually. The management accounting information system is a collection (integration) of sub-systems / components, both physical and non-physical, which are interconnected and harmoniously cooperate with each other to process transaction data related to financial matters into financial information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support on the function of the accounting system. The unit of analysis in this research is the related sub-unit within the management of higher education institutions in South Sumatra-Indonesia. The results showed that top management support greatly influenced the function of the management accounting information system. The results of the study found that the life cycle of accounting information system development supports top management which includes planning, design and implementation (top management support is conceptualized as the involvement and participation of top-level management of the organization in information technology / accounting information system activities on lecturer work reports, lecturer salaries and managers. College.

Abstract

Leadership is a leader's way of influencing subordinates with certain characteristics so that they can achieve the desired goals. One of the factors for the success of a leader depends on the leadership techniques used in creating situations that cause the people they lead to arise awareness to carry out what they want. In other words, whether a leader is effective or not depends on how his ability to manage and apply his leadership pattern under the situation and conditions of the organization. Feelings related to job satisfaction and dissatisfaction tend to reflect the worker's assessment of current and past work experiences rather than expectations for the future. So it can be concluded that there are two important elements of job satisfaction, namely job values ​​and basic needs. Work values ​​are the goals to be achieved in doing work tasks. What is wanted to be achieved are work values ​​that are considered important by individuals. It goes on to say that work values ​​must match or help fulfill basic needs. Thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction is the result of labor which is related to work motivation with the degree of importance of job aspects for individuals. An individual will feel satisfied or dissatisfied with his work, which depends on how he perceives a match or contradiction between his desires and the results he gets. This research method is the method of exploration and verification, the analysis tool is structural equation modeling (SEM, PLS). The results showed that the influence of the Covid-19 crisis leadership style on job satisfaction has implications for company performance.

Abstract

This article discusses women's leadership in increasing entrepreneurship in Darussalam Prabumulih Modern Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to see the leadership characteristics developed at the Modern Darussalam Prabumulih Islamic Boarding School in increasing entrepreneurship. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Selection of informants by purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results show that the criteria for women's leadership through entrepreneurship are demonstrated through the ability to anticipate change, develop a vision, and strategy. Ability to anticipate changes made, among others, examine any changes that occur, develop alternatives, carry out evaluations and carry out monitoring actions. The ability to develop a vision includes focusing on organizational goals, developing a vision for the future of the organization, and always being aware of changing customer needs. Meanwhile, the ability to have a strategy in the form of formulation or planning, implementation or action, and evaluation stage. To increase entrepreneurial activities, it is necessary to carry out continuous activities by entrepreneurial leaders and administrators. Teamwork and communicationare the main keys to implementing an entrepreneurial activity program.

Abstract

This study aims to explain: how the planning, recruitment, selection andplacement, training and development, evaluation, compensation, supervision and constraints in the development of human resources for educators at SD Islam Fatimah Palembang. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used data reduction, display and data verification. The results of the study are: planning for selection of prospective educators, recruitment planning systems, planning for training and human resource development as an effort to improve the quality of improving the quality of education, evaluations carried out using three stages, namely monthly evaluation, mid-semester and year-end evaluation. the provision of compensation and provision of allowances can increase the motivation for the performance of educators. The supervision system is carried out by setting standards, supervision, overcoming obstacles that are still faced in the planning process of Human Resources for Educators regularly.
