Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang dan menganalisis karakteristik strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, adapun yang menjadi sumber primer dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang, yakni kepala perpustakaan, dua orang pengelola perpustakaan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis mengunakan Model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahapkan yaitu: reduksi data, tampilan data, dan gambar kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka untuk strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang ada lima strategi yang dilakukan, yaitu; Realiabilitas, memberikan layanan perpustakaan sesuai dengan SOP perpustakaan. Daya tangggap, merespon permintaan pemustaka. Jaminan, akses layanan dengan mudah. Empati, pengelola perpustakaan berusaha berpikir untuk bisa memahami kebutuhan pemustaka. Bukti fisik, menata dan merawat sarana prasarana agar suasana nyaman. Ciri dari strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan di MAN 3 Palembang, yaitu: Pertama, Fokus dari strategi peningkatan mutu layanan perpustakaan adalah pengembangan koleksi, promosi layanan dan buku baru. Kedua, Keunikan pada program book lover, program promosi, layanan infak buku, dan layanan pendampingan diperuntukkan kepada siswa yang akan mengikuti olimpiade dan perlombaan di luar sekolah. Ketiga, perpustakaan memiliki nama Baitul Hikmah dan slogan-slogan yang menarik.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the role of education management in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The role of educational management is very influential on the success of learning. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The type of data used is qualitative data. There are two kinds of data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data. Meanwhile, to obtain data using the method of observation, documentation and interviews. For data processing using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are First, the implementation of the education management function has been carried out properly, in accordance with the conditions of the school concerned. This means that all of these management functions have been carried out but due to limited supporting factors in the form of infrastructure and conditions of school personnel, the management functions are carried out as well as possible. Second, the educational management function that has been carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang shows an increase in the quality of education and employee performance, although there are still some obstacles but it does not really affect work professionalism and the resulting quality shows quite satisfactory results in terms of input and output.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Perceptions of Students of the Islamic Religion Education Study Program on the Professionalism of Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences, State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. In this research using qualitative methods, qualitative research. The results of the research show that the perceptions of students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program towards Lecturer Professionalism at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, reveal varying perceptions, between one student and another, because everyone who expresses perceptions critically is influenced by feelings, experiences, thinking abilities, and other aspects according to what is felt, then their perception can be revealed. On average according to students regarding the professionalism of lecturers in terms of lecturer pedagogic competence, of course there is no doubt from the scientific field, insight, educational foundation, but all of that cannot be denied that there are also some lecturers who do not apply their pedagogic competence as there are some lecturers who do not use media and methods varied learning so that lectures feel bored and monotonous.

Abstract

The research carried out has the need to achieve the final results in order to gain knowledge about the effect of service excellent and professionalism on the image of sharia-based fund institutions. In Arabic, it can be seen that ta'awun is a word that has the meaning of helping. The mention of the word ta'awun is applied when an attitude or behavior is encountered to make it easier for others to participate in helping them. For the fulfillment of various living materials, each individual needs the help of other individuals by helping each other. To meet the needs of life, humans need the help of others by helping each other. It is even known that there are only a few people who refuse to apply the nature of Ta'awun in living the day. The research method used in this research is a library study method or a method that uses various written sources from the library. The collection of data and information is done through various written sources, such as books, articles, and other library sources. Starting from the title, abstract, core, and discussion using literature. The results of the study were carried out with related descriptions from the results of the study of literature, books and from internet sources. The results of the study found that the examples of Ta'awun related to the human condition were very limited.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the concept of education financing management in the era of regional autonomy. This research is a literature review or literature review to formulate education financing management in the era of regional autonomy. The results of this study indicate that budget leakage or in its most severe form, such as educational corruption, causes a reduction in the education budget, damages the mentality of the education bureaucracy, increases the burden of costs that must be borne by the community and decreases the quality of education services. The data shows that the education budget is an easy target for specific individuals to commit abuse. In addition, the education budget allocated to educational institutions must be supervised and monitored. Empirical conditions show that the actual receipt of education funds has yet to meet operational demands ideally. This is caused by various things that affect the provision of education funds, such as limited government funds, education tax policies have not been established, the ability of the community, especially parents, still varies in income compared to expenses that must be handled, as well as the private sector is still not much concerned about financial contributions to the implementation of education. Therefore, the implementation of education is the responsibility of all parties, in the sense that the implementation of education requires the support of various parties so that it can run as expected.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD Negeri 157 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Terkait penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik di SD Negeri 157 Palembang masih rendah, hal ini dapat terlihat dari beberapa peserta didik yang sering telat datang ke sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya kepala sekolah sebagai seorang pemimpin di suatu lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki pengaruh bagi para bawahannya, karena kedisiplinan seringkali menjadi standar kesuksesan seorang kepala sekolah dalam memimpin sekolah, untuk mencapai kesuksesan tersebut diperlukan strategi-strategi yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah bersama para guru sebagai orang tua peserta didik di sekolah. Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah SD Negeri 157 Palembang mengupayakan berbagai macam cara atau strategi untuk membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik seperti: (1) keteladanan atau contoh, (2) teguran atau nasihat dan motivasi, (3) kegiatan rutin atau pembiasaan, dan (4) pendampingan dan pengawasan.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional, khususnya dalam pembelajaran. Dengan adanya kepemimpinan yang efektif, maka ada program Tahfidz al-Qur'an yang dapat mendorong perkembangan dan kemajuan kegiatan sekolah. Disinilah diperlukan bimbingan utama dalam program Tahfidz al-Qur'an di MA Al – Fatah Palembang. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji kepemimpinan pengarah program Thfidz al-Qur’an di MA Al – Fatah Palembang. Rumusan masalah yang dikemukakan penulis adalah: “Bagaimana keterlibatan Kepala Sekolah dalam menggerakkan, memimpin, menciptakan dan mendorong program Tahfidz al-Qur’an di MA Al – Fatah Palembang dalam pengelolaan Tahfidz al-Qur’an?" Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan peran kepemimpinan direktur dalam pengelolaan program Tahfidz al-Qur'an di MA Al – Fatah Palembang. Sebagai teknik pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informasi diperoleh langsung dari responden kepala madrasah, melalui analisis data. Dalam pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber atau metode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan Direktur Program Tahfidz al- MA Al – Fatah Palembang telah dilaksanakan yang dibuktikan dengan menggerakkan, membimbing, menciptakan komunikasi dan motivasi bagi guru, pembina Tahfidz serta santri dalam kelancaran pelaksanaan program Tahfidz. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam pengelolaan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di MA Al – Fatah Palembang di bawah arahan Kepala Sekolah yang selalu menggerakkan, membimbing, menjalin hubungan dan juga memotivasi guru-guru Tahfidz juga bagi pembina dan siswa sesuai dengan tujuan program Tahfidz sekolah ini untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, tahfidz Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Strategy for Managing School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) by the Principal in Overcoming Distortions in Financing Communication at Prabumulih State Senior High School 3, South Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative research, In collecting data, researchers used several collection techniques, namely, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the results of the research in this study, in order for the implementation of the financing of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in overcoming the distortion of financing communication, several aspects need to be carried out, including; aspects of flexibility in the use of BOS funds, aspects of effectiveness in the use of BOS funds, aspects of efficiency in the use of BOS funds, aspects of accountability in the use of BOS funds and aspects of transparency of BOS funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Mover Teacher Program in Improving the Morale of Peers at SMAN Negeri 3 Prabumuli. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers used several collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of this study, the Mover Teacher Program aims to equip teachers with learning and pedagogical leadership skills so that they can advance the learning community inside and outside the education unit, and have the potential to become educational leaders who can create comfort and well-being for students in their respective education units. The ability to promote learning is the driving teacher's ability to motivate and actively participate in the subject teacher's environment to reflect, collaborate, share knowledge and learn from each other to achieve common goals, so as to achieve the goals of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Madrasah Working Group Program in Utilizing Information Technology to Support Great Madrasas, Dignified Madrasas at Prabumulih State Aliyah 1 Madrasah. This research is a qualitative research. In data collection, researchers used several collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique uses the analytical method using the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research are the Implementation of the Madrasah Working Group Program in Utilizing Information Technology to Support Great Madrasahs, Dignified Madrasas at Prabumulih Aliyah Negeri 1 Madrasah priority program, namely; First, vocation, namely improving infrastructure and student apprenticeships in the industrial world. Second, mastery of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Third, increasing Information-Technology literacy. Fourth, mastery of foreign languages, especially Arabic and English. And Fourth, to make it happen, socialization, program preparation, program implementation and evaluation are needed.
