Abstract

The purpose of this research was to increase the learning motivation of students in science learning through the use of Reality learning media. With the formulation of the problem whether educators using reality media in science learning theme 6 Heat and Transfer material in class V SD Negeri 18 Pulubala, Gorontalo Regency can increase students' learning motivation. The subjects of this classroom action research were students of class V SD Negeri 18 Pulubala with a total of 18 people and the main target in this research was to increase the learning motivation of students in science learning theme 6 Heat and its displacement. The performance indicators used are learning activities that are said to be complete if the active and very active categories classically reach more than 80%. The results of this research indicate an increase in the learning motivation of students in the first cycle stage of the active and very active category on average reaching 69,14%. The results of cycle II have started to reach indicators of success. This is indicated by the average acquisition it reached 83%. The results of the competency test in cycle II are better than cycle I. This shows that the activities of students during learning have been very active, so that they have increased learning motivation.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran Realita. Dengan rumusan masalah apakah pendidik dengan menggunakan media realita pada pembelajaran IPA tema 6 materi Panas dan Perpindahannya di kelas V SD Negeri 18 Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Subyek Penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 18 Pulubala dengan jumlah 18 orang dan sasaran utama dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA tema 6 materi Panas dan perpindahannya. Indikator kinerja yang digunakan adalah kegiatan pembelajaran dikatakan tuntas apabila kategori aktif dan sangat aktif secara klasikal mencapai lebih dari 80 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada tahap siklus I mencapai rata-rata 69,14%, Hasil pencapain siklus II sudah mulai mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan rata-rata siklus II mencapai 83%. Hasil uji kompetensi siklus II lebih baik dari siklus I. Hal ini nampak kegiatan peserta didik selama pembelajaran sudah sangat aktif, sehingga mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Paket A equivalency education program for school dropouts in Gorontalo District. This program evaluation research uses descriptive method with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data analysis in this study was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, then the qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis, namely comparing the data at each stage of the CIPP then concluding. In this thematic analysis, an analysis flow is adopted which consists of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion verification. The results showed that the implementation of the Paket A equivalency education program in Gorontalo District has been optimal. This is based on the objective standard criteria that have been set in this evaluation study. The length of learning for the Paket A Equivalent Education program for each class or class is adjusted to the curriculum structure above. The learning process includes academic learning, namely the efforts made by the tutor to provide insight and knowledge to learning citizens facilitated by the tutor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program pendidikan kesetaraan paket A bagi anak putus sekolah di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian evaluasi program ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik yaitu membandingkan data pada setiap tahapan CIPP kemudian disimpulkan. Dalam analisis tematik ini, ditempuh alur analisis yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan kesimpulan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudah optimalnya pelaksanaan program pendidikan kesetaraan paket A di Kabupaten Gorontalo, Hal ini berdasarkan pada kriteria standar objektif yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian evaluasi ini.  Lama pembelajaran program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket A untuk setiap angkatan atau kelas disesuaikan dengan struktur kurikulum diatas. Proses pembelajaran meliputi pembelajaran akademik, yaitu upaya yang dilakukan tutor untuk memberikan wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan kepada warga belajar yang difasilitasi oleh tutor.

Abstract

A teacher must not only be excellent at teaching, but also have a wide knowledge base, be smart, and be able to interact with students effectively. Pedagogic competence, social competence, personality competence, and professional competence are the four qualities that teachers must demonstrate in order to be effective in their roles. The teaching profession is a unique sphere of employment that necessitates the use of professional standards. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Khairat is one of the several Madrasas that operate under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. It is located in the village of Ibtidaiyah Al-Khairat. Faculty members' professional talents are intended to be improved via academic supervision provided by the madrasah's administrator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui bagaimana strategi percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari data-data sekunder dan hasil wawancara dari berbagai informan yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu instrument penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Percepatan pembangunan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango berjalan sesuai dengan program pembangunan yang telah di tetapkan melalui RPJMD dengan target pencapaian visi dan misi yang tercermin pada 3 pilar pembangunan yaitu cerdas, modern dan gemilang. Strategi percepatan pembangunan dilakukan dengan menekan pada program-program prioritas daerah khususnya bagi pengembangan daerah potensi ekonomi tinggi, dan Kebijakan pembangunan senantiasa terintegrasi dengan seluruh aspek pelaksana yaitu Dinas dan Badan yang berkaitan dengan program-program ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui suku bunga dan return on equity berpengaruh pada pergerakan harga saham perbankan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan yang masuk index BUMN 20 periode 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 20 perusahaan. Dari 20 perusahaan yang di pilih adalah perusahaan perbankan sehingga menghasilkan 4 perusahaan. Data dari suku bunga di kumpulkan dari Bank Indonesia dan data return on equity dari laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2016-2018. Tekenik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Secara parsial suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada pergerakan harga saham perbankan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan return on equity berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada pergerakan harga saham perbankan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel suku bunga dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh pada pergerakan harga saham perbankan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

In one part of the Gorontalo Province, Bone bolango since its inauguration as a Regency on February 25, 2003 with an area of 1,984.31 km, of course, has problems in terms of educational equality, difficulty access to education due to geographical conditions and inadequate road and transportation access. which results in the lack of equal distribution of education, especially education, especially basic education. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible. Over time, in every village in Bonebolango District, there are already several elementary schools that allow each community to receive an education. However, the problem of fulfilling the need for educational facilities and infrastructure is still constrained by the lack of budget available in the local government. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible. Over time, in every village in Bonebolango District, there are already several elementary schools that allow each community to receive an education. However, the problem of meeting the needs for educational facilities and infrastructure is still constrained by the lack of budget available in the Regional Government. This study used a qualitative method, describing the program policies to increase educational equity.

Abstract

The objective of the independent curriculum is to find out the results of the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Telaga Biru. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, the informants were one school principal, two educators and five students. This research is to find out about how the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Telaga Biru. Several techniques were used in data collection, namely: a) Observation, b) Interview, c) Documentation. The results show that in the implementation of the independent curriculum there is more emphasis on substantive material and developing student competencies according to the stages. Therefore, learning with this independent curriculum is expected to be more in-depth, not rushed, more fun and meaningful. Thus, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum is more optimal even though it has only been implemented for one year. The Independent Curriculum, still needs to be developed and improved thus it can overcome current educational problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis penerapan model Talking Stick pada pelajaran tematik di SDN 2 Asparaga. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model Talking Stick pada pelajaran tematik melalui tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Model Talking Stick ini membuat peserta didik lebih memahami materi karena diawali oleh penjelasan seorang pendidik, peserta didik lebih dapat menguasai materi ajar karena ia diberikan kesempatan untuk mempelajarinya kembali melalui buku paket yang tersedia, daya ingat peserta didik lebih baik sebab ia akan ditanyai kembali tentang yang diterangkan dan dipelajarinya, peserta didik tidak jenuh karena ada tongkat sebagai pengikat daya tarik peserta didik mengikuti pelajaran, dan terkahir pelajaran akan tuntas sebab pada bagian akhir akan diberikan kesimpulan oleh pendidik.
