The objective of research were: 1) to determine that the Local Taxes ia influenced on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in 2015-2019 and 2) to determine, how much the influence value between local taxes and the economic growth of Gorontalo Regency for the period 2015-2019. The method used quantitative research approach with the type of research was an explanatory research. The result of research obtained that 1). There ia the influence of Local Taxes on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in periode of 2015-2019, this is proven through statisical test which is obtained significance value 0.006 small than α 0.05, and 2) The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.921, this explains that the level of influence of the local tax variable on economic growth is very strong and has a positive value. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Kemiskinan Perkotaan pada Kantor Desa Dembe I Kota Gorontalo Kabupaten Kota Barat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana profil keluarga miskin penerima dana bergulir P2KP di Kabupaten Gorontalo Kota Barat Tahun 2007 khususnya di Desa Dembe I, Bagaimana pelaksanaannya menggunakan dana bergulir di lingkungan Badan Kemandirian Masyarakat (BKM) dan ( KSM) Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Perkotaan (P2KP), bagaimana pengembalian dana bergulir di Badan Kemandirian Masyarakat (BKM) dan (KSM) pada Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Perkotaan (P2KP) dan bagaimana keberhasilan pelaksanaan P2KP Kota Barat di Kabupaten Gorontalo pada tahun 2007 khususnya di Kecamatan Dembe I Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga miskin yang terdapat di Kelurahan Dembe I Kecamatan Kota Barat yang berjumlah 1.063 KK yang tersebar di 4 RW dan 8 RT, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 304 Kepala Keluarga Miskin, sampel sebanyak 90 kepala keluarga dianggap representatif.Kata Kunci: Pola Pelayan Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Dembe P2KP Kelurahan I.

Abstract This research aims to find out the management of pentadio resort attractions. The research method uses a qualitative type. Management of pentadio resort attractions in planning aspects is not optimal. This can be seen from the less planned arrangement of tourist attractions. Management of pentadio resort attractions in the organizing aspect is not optimal. This can be seen from the irregularities of the officers in the work such as the absence of uniformity in dress, and the many facilities that no longer function. Management of pentadio resort attractions in aspects of supervision is not optimal. This can be seen from the many tourist facilities that are not maintained anymore and just left. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui bagaimana strategi percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari data-data sekunder dan hasil wawancara dari berbagai informan yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu instrument penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Percepatan pembangunan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango berjalan sesuai dengan program pembangunan yang telah di tetapkan melalui RPJMD dengan target pencapaian visi dan misi yang tercermin pada 3 pilar pembangunan yaitu cerdas, modern dan gemilang. Strategi percepatan pembangunan dilakukan dengan menekan pada program-program prioritas daerah khususnya bagi pengembangan daerah potensi ekonomi tinggi, dan Kebijakan pembangunan senantiasa terintegrasi dengan seluruh aspek pelaksana yaitu Dinas dan Badan yang berkaitan dengan program-program ekonomi.

This study aims to determine the role of the Villa Desaku tourist attraction in increasing community income in Molowahu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, using interviews with informants including the owner, several culinary vendors, visitors, and the village government. The results indicate that the Villa Desaku tourist attraction plays a significant role in increasing community income in Molowahu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. This role is evident in the community's income through the sale of various types of culinary delights distributed within and around the tourist attraction. This increase in income is evidenced by the community's culinary sales, which range from Rp 500,000 to Rp 2,000,000 per week. The amount of income depends on the type of culinary delights offered to visitors. The vendors' income is greatly influenced by the number of visitors each week, which can reach over 1,000. In addition to generating income, Villa Desaku provides employment opportunities for the community, including permanent recruitment and other opportunities, such as freelance work at the entrance, parking, and office boy and security guards within the Villa Desaku area.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are one of the instruments established by the government to improve rural community economies through independent and sustainable management of local potential. The existence of BUMDes is expected to encourage community welfare and strengthen rural economic development. This study aims to determine the existence and role of BUMDes in Huntu Selatan Village, South Bulango District, in supporting community economic improvement. This research employed a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques for data collection. The results show that the existence of BUMDes Huntu Selatan has had a positive impact on improving the community’s economy, particularly through business capital loan programs for small communities. Until 2019, the funds managed by BUMDes reached Rp282,000,000 with 78 customers. The existence of BUMDes has helped the community develop productive businesses such as grocery stores, cake production, food stalls, and other small businesses. However, several obstacles were still found, including delays in loan repayments and limited business unit development. Therefore, improving management quality, strengthening human resources, and developing business units are necessary to ensure the sustainability of BUMDes and increase its benefits for the rural community.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of the welfare level of the fisherman community in Bajo Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency and also to determine the level of inequality or Gini ratio in Bajo Village. The type of research in this thesis is to use a simple random sampling technique with a population of 120 people and a sample of 24 respondents. Primary data was obtained by means of direct interviews with respondents. Analysis of the data used is a table analysis of the distribution of the questionnaire. The results of the research were analyzed from all welfare indicators based on BPS indicators in 2015 that the welfare level of Bajo Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency was still low with the number of respondents 13 respondents from 24 respondents, meaning that Bajo Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency was still classified as not prosperous. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded the level of inequality in the expenditure of the fishing community is classified as high with a Gini value of 0.65.

This study aims to identify the poverty of poor households in Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo City and to examine and analyze the causes of Household Poverty in Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sources of data obtained from a questionnaire with 56 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS in its analysis. The results showed that the number of poor people in Dumbo Raya District was 563 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the number of poor people is not able to meet 3 (three) basic needs, namely food, clothing, and housing very little, and more are unable to meet the three basic needs. The results of calculations using multiple regression turned out to be known that the poverty that occurred greatly affected the fulfillment of the three basic needs, as indicated by the R Square correlation relationship of only 5.8 percent. This means that the ability of the poor to meet their basic needs, namely food, clothing and housing, is only 5.8 percent while the remaining 94.2 percent are really poor and unable to meet the three basic needs.

This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influencing the income of SME operators in Tamalate Village, Kota Timur District, Gorontalo City. The instruments used in this research were interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale approach, supported by regression and multiple correlation analysis. The respondents in this study consisted of 40 MSME respondents. The results of the analysis showed that internal factors (efficiency, competitiveness of product quality including packaging) and external factors (capital, access to business financing, and competitiveness) simultaneously have a strong (significant) influence, with an R-Square value of 0.781 or 78.1 percent
