The lecture system has been done in the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FTIK) was using of method meeting face-to-face. The lecturers were required to meet with students in accordance with the rules.The methods of lecture was conducted by lecturers by using books were making the students were being losted attractive. That causes students who were weak in memorization and difficult to remember the formulas and programming syntax provided by the lecturers resulting in students being lazy to learn and bored. Online lectures are one of the interactive learning facilities that allow lecturers and students to communicate without face to face directly using online media.Lecturers and students can communicated using internet media with software and support.Lecturers can provide important information to students by utilizing online lectures.This then makes the reason for utilizing information technology to implement an online e-learning based lecture system by applying the principles of flexibility, effectiveness, and efficiency

Abstrak: Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Semarang merupakan salah satu Madrasah Aliyah Negeri yang ada di provinsi Jawa Tengah. MAN 1 Semarang merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta di kota Semarang yang selalu memperbaharui pembelajaran dengan menerapkan teknologi terkini. Salah satu teknologi yang ingin diterapkan saat ini adalah mengoperasikan Microsoft Office 365 sebagai salah satu media yang akan mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Tim Pengabdian dari Fakutas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (FTIK) Universitas Semarang (USM) telah membantu mengenalkan dan memberi pelatihan tentang Microsoft Office 365 pada guru dan siswa-siswi MAN 1 Semarang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini bukan hanya diharapkan menjadi tambahan pengetahuan namun juga dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran yang ada di MAN 1 Semarang.Abstract: Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Semarang is one of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Central Java province. MAN 1 Semarang is one of the private schools in the city of Semarang that always updates learning by applying the latest technology. One technology that wants to be applied now is to operate Microsoft Office 365 as one of the media that will support the implementation of learning. The Dedication Team from the University of Semarang (USM) Information and Communication Technology Faculty (FTIK) has helped introduce and provide training on Microsoft Office 365 to teachers and students of MAN 1 Semarang. The results of this training are not only expected to be additional knowledge but also can support the learning process in MAN 1 Semarang.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Semarang merupakan salah satu sekolah setingkat SMA yang ada di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sama dengan Madrasah Aliyah pada umumnya, pendidikan di MAN 1 ditempuh dalam waktu tiga tahun. Mulai dari kelas X sampai XII. MAN 1 termasuk salah satu sekolah yang senantiasa memperkenalkan teknologi komputer pada para guru dan siswanya. Salah satu materi yang sangat diminati guru-guru dan siswa-siswa MAN 1 adalah Microsoft Office 365. Materi Microsoft Office 365 telah diperkenalkan selama dua semester berturut-turut. Di semester gasal 2019/2020, kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung dengan peserta mendapatkan akun Microsoft Office 365 gratis dari Universitas Semarang (USM). Materi utama yakni memperkenalkan semua fitur yang terdapat di Microsoft Office 365. Pada semester genap 2019/2020, kegiatan pengabdian kembali diadakan dengan peserta guru-guru MAN 1. Saat itu, pandemi Corona sedang melanda. Pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi solusi bagi guru dan siswa untuk tetap melaksanakan aktivitas belajar. Untuk menjembatani permintaan akan platform pembelajaran saat pandemi, kegiatan memperdalam keterampilan mengoperasikan Microsoft Teams menjadi tema kegiatan pengabdian di semester genap tersebut. Pada semester gasal 2020/2021, guru-guru MAN 1 yang pernah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya menginginkan hasil dari pelatihan yang selama dua semester dilakukan secara berturut-turut, bukan hanya menjadi tambahan pengetahuan dan menunjang proses pembelajaran di MAN 1, namun juga dapat menghasilkan suatu kompetensi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan mengikuti pelatihan Sertifikasi Microsoft. Kompetensi ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh para guru untuk menunjang kelancaran karir bapak/ibu guru yang berguna dalam kepengurusan jenjang kepangkatan.

Microsoft Office functions are very important to support various work related to offices and multimedia. In today's era, almost all office work requires Microsoft Office programs in its completion, not to mention in the world of education. Microsoft Office itself is a collection of software applications that are used to process, store, and combine data in the form of documents. One of the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) programs is PowerPoint, where the PowerPoint features really is supports the process of implementing education, especially for teachers who is teaching students. With the recognition of MOS, teachers will have the ability to take advantage of features, especially features in PowerPoint that can be implemented in the teaching and learning process. Awareness of MA Ma'arif's 03 KKM (Kelompok Kerja Madrasah) teachers in Kab. Demak for the development of information technology to be creative and innovative in creating interesting teaching media for students is the background for this service activities. This activities are carried out using the method of direct mentoring to partners through MOS PowerPoint training and exams. The results of the MOS PowerPoint training evaluation, 100% of participants passed the exam. the implementation of community service has succeeded in achieving the goals and targets that have been set, seen from the positive responses from participants whose all assistance is training and is relevant to needs.
