Abstract

Abstrak— Pendataan dari Penyebaran alumni kurang terdata dengan baik, pihak manajemen belum menyediakan suatu sistemyang dapat mewadahi interaksi antara Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FIKOM) Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia (UUI) denganalumninya. Alumni merupakan salah satu dari indikator dalam penilaian akreditasi sebuah lembaga pendidikan, makadipandang perlu untuk melakukan pemetaan terhadap sebaran alumni. Sehingga banyak alumni berdasarkan kelompoksebarannya mulai dari tingkat kecamatan, kabupaten serta tingkat propinsi masih belum terpetakan dengan baik, denganadanya sebaran pemetaan ini nantinya terlihat jelas sejauh mana alumni dari FIKOM tersebar. Berangkat dari permasalahanini penulis ingin membuat suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis Berbasis Web untuk Pemetaan Sebaran Alumni Fakultas IlmuKomputer Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia dengan harapan nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk silaturahmi sertamengetahui posisi dari setiap alumni berada. Sistem mampu memberikan informasi tentang Pemetaan Sebaran AlumniFakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia persebaran alumni, hal ini terlihat dalam aplikasi yang ditampilakanmelalui SIG. Sistem dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa dari sebaran alumni dengan catatan seluruh data terinput denganlengkap. Hasil yang dikeluarkan dari sistem adalah berupa peta lokasi dari setiap sebaran para alumni yang dapat dilihatberdasarkan kategori yang hendak diketahui diataranya, provinsi, kabupaten/kota, persentase tahun lulusan, profesi darialumni tersebut. Jumlah total alumni yang telah dilahirkan oleh FIKOM dari lulusan mulai dari tahun 2010 sampai dengantahun 2015 adalah sebanyak 374 orang.Kata kunci: Pemetaan, SIG, FIKOM, alumni,UUI

Abstract

Development of multimedia makes the delivery of information becomesmore practical. Banda Aceh is a city that has tourism potential which is arelic of history. The problem is the media to promote the tourist attractionsand historic sites is not maximized. For that created an interactiveapplication that contains information on tourism in the city of Banda Aceh.In scientific writing, create interactive applications Banda Aceh tourismusing Adobe Flash CS6. This application is interactive in which the usercan choose the location where you want to know. The interactiveapplication is also accompanied by a minimalist travel map containingtourist sites. It also added amenities of the town and a glimpse ofinformation contains the address of the tourist attractions. Output is later isa file-based application exe (Execute) file and swf (Small Web Format)files which contains information on tourism sites in Banda Aceh. Output ofthe file will be saved in the long term and more practical. This application isexpected to be used by the people of Banda Aceh to promote touristplaces in the city. With the media is also expected to foster communityinterest outside Banda Aceh to visit attractions in the city of Banda Aceh.Keyword : Media Information, Tourism, Multimedia, InteractiveApplication.

Abstract

Besides carefulness factor, the time required to evaluate the best lecturers also influence the policy making. Especially with the large number of participants lecturers, would require a long time to make decisions and human resources needed to evaluate the best lecturers in taking decisions cepatr, precise and objective. Decision support systems research the best lecturer at the University of Indonesia Ubudiyah (UUI) is using the weighted product method. The process of the weighted product methodis to determine the weight values for each criterion, then do the process rank to select an alternative from a number of alternatives exist. The system is made in this study is a dynamic system, according to the type of existing needs. The final results of this study were able to overcome the problemsin the selection of the best professors at the University of Indonesia Ubudiyah (UUI).Keywords : Decision Supporting System, BestLecturers, University of Indonesia Ubudiyah,Weighted Produt

Abstract

The appropriateness of a location to be selected as a seminar location is affected by many supporting factors, so that the location is suitable as a single choice. Hence, there should be made a process to decide a location whether it is proper or not to match some assessment criteria conceived before. There are 8 assessment criteria with 22 sub-criteria each. The result of the assessment forms as a total values which has limited values, determined by equal intensity (degree of assessment), which are low, medium, and high. Once the assessment process is done, then the next step is verifying comparison between one criteria with others, as well as comparison between one sub-criteria and other sub-criteria to acquire alternative ranking value. Decision-making support system which is developed in this study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is used as a decision-making process tool by the decision maker to exercise a decision which faces several problems from a range of criteria. While Geographical Information System (GIS) is used to handle geography-reference data, which are input, output, data management (data storage and retrieval), and analysis and data manipulation which resulted on a map. The combination of both processes would create a new system which its mathematic calculation uses AHP but the result is outputted on an interactive map, generated by the GIS. Keywords: AHP, GIS, Decision maker, seminar location
