Abstract

Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) is a student organization in the majors at the college level. HMJ Informatics is one of the HMJ on Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. HMJ certainly has a vision and mission, therefore, to realize the vision and mission of the members is required in accordance with the criteria expected. There are several criteria for determining the decision-making division members HMJ. Criteria include interest, liveliness, confidence, psychology and CPI (Cumulative Performance Index). To resolve the issue it was made of Decision Support Systems (DSS) recruitment of HMJ division members using the method Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE). The existences of these systems provide convenience to head of the HMJ to determine HMJ members. The system is built using the programming language Delphi 7 and Oracle databases. Based on calculations by the ELECTRE method obtained ranking prospective members. Taken example, 4 students applying to become a member of HMJ. Calculation shows Gilar Prakoso get ranked first by the number of assessment 4 percentage 80%, Koko Wiyono second ranked the number 2 percentage 40% assessment, Linda Putri Susanti third the number of ratings 1 percentage 20%, and Dini Larasati fourth the number of assessment - 7 the percentage of 0%. The calculations revealed that the results of the manual calculation in accordance with the results of the calculation system and can help the chairman HMJ decision in determining who is eligible to become a member.

Abstract

Tourist attraction in Indonesia is one of the natural resources to be proud. That we need an alternative build Decision Support System Application. This application shows can assist determine the potential tourist travel destination, make memorable and accordance with the characteristics potential tourists addition this application saves the time and effort find a tourist destination because it can be accessed anywhere. The final result steps by steps, the best obtained from two respondents are Afriani 105 for the city o f Yogyakarta and Damar 84 for the city o f Sukabumi. Based on these results, system is able to determine built the city as desired tourist destination and tourist characteristics.

Abstract

Information technology to used facilitate the lives of humans in performing activities have come to the stage of the hand grip. The intent of this grip is a form of computer that is small and can be hand held adult human hand, for example in the form of smartphones, laptops, and tablets. This equipment can help people to access the internet that provide maps and location services on earth . With the internet user will easily dig resources with ease. Thus with the internet it is essential for human life until the source of the future. Problems that arise in the world of internet or computer network often arise and prevent the problem. Limitations of resources based on google maps is very necessary for a person to get the intended location. This system will help a person in getting the distance of the intersection to a point latitude and longitude coordinates by calculating the midpoint of the user, and then calculate the distance between the midpoint of the location suggested by the system so that the user gets close location to conduct meetings. To specify the system location data using Google Place API to obtain complete data locations along the coordinates of latitude and longitude of a location .

Abstract

Development o f information technology and computer networks in particular its services on the one hand facilitate the work of human beings, but as the very widespread use of the internet, the security level of digital data has become more vulnerable to exploitation. The problem arises when the attacks happened on a computer network in a relatively fast, so that an administrator must always keep an eye on the computer network security. Limitations o f an administrator is exactly what underlies thecreation o f a system capable o f detecting and prevention of these attacks, so the time efficiency can be actually implemented. The system is built to prevent attacks on computer networks such as port scanning, ftp, ssh and telnet brute force. This system will analyze the number o f errors that occur on login these services, and makes a decision system if the login error exceeds the tolerance of an administrator. I f the number o f errors exceeds the tolerance, it will automatically create the firewall rules in a very short duration is one minute, so the system is able to prevent the attacks which happened in a very quick time.

Abstract

Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers solve problems in a semi-structured. Many of the techniques used to make the DSS, onewith Fuzzy Logic Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Fuzzy logic  is oneproblem on feelings. Where the degree  of membership is usually representedwith a value of 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1, which can be more balanced. High School Angkasa Yogyakarta is a place to educate students thus the students can be useful for Nation.In realizing, the need for good quality teachers who can become role models for students, so that teaching and  learning process will be better. Thus the need assessment conducted by the student or the principal to determine the ability of ateacher, both in the process of teaching or outside the teaching process. In the process of assessment needs to consider several factors than affect teacher performance. These factor related to teaching and learning process outside the process of theaching  anyothers  on the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2008 about the master of pedagogical,competence, personality, social and professional.High School Angkasa in conducting an assessment to each teacher based on the result of the vote.  So , to help assist in making selection for decision support of teacher to be made SPK. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques that apply MADM SAW method in its calculation. It is expected that DSS can be an alternativein the selection of exeplary teacher in High School Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The increasing demand for the utilize services computer networks has increased the traffic on the network. In general, the server provides service round the clock without a break, so that problems such as breakdown of communication in the network is lost that must be avoided. This cases need for a bettersystem with high performance and reliable every time. Current server technology development will be fast but the memory access speed is slower than the increase in the consumption of bandwidth. This is one o f the factors causing the bottleneck experienced of server. With the load balancing can be provide abetter solution. The concept used to provide a server has the same service. Then, the load balancing will check the CPU usage on each server. The server will perform selection based on the value of the smallest CPU Usage o f all existing servers. The application load balancing is placed before the user accessing ofserver with the object of distributing requests from the user to any of the servers that have been selected by the load balancer. Load balancing provides many benefits to systems that use it. The first, low cost, existing resources do not need to be replaced or discarded. Second, don't always need high end equipment. Third, easily developed when needed arose and a drastic decline in the quality o f service. Load balancing is also more secure, when a failure occurs on the server, load balancing application will redirect the user to the server is still available.

Abstract

The accuracy of data is the capital for making a very useful information for the company business continuity. The value of data can be very expensive if it can be made into a good information and the right target. Procurement and inventory data is one of the things to note in particular the logistics division on the company. Therefore it needs a system using a particular method that can be support the data management of goods procurement and it can also help the managers take the decision of stock control. Based on that, it can be developed to integrated system between procurement data processing and the amount of purchasing materials a single web-based application that implement a method of stock record such as perpetual inventory method and economic order quantity method as well as the methods used to support the decision in calculating the amount of inventory to be optimal. Using the development of the decision support system, some errors related to the recording of data on procurement and inaccuracies in determining the amount of inventory can be reduced. Then the company can avoid the material losses.

Abstract

The more commercial flights now, will be result more the number of aircraft operated and the competition to become the airline can keep operating even more difficult. Some airline companies can not compete with other companies, has gone out of business. This is one of them caused by the inaccuracy of an airline's decision in the selection of aircraft types. Type of aircraft used for flight routes should be tailored to the needs so that it can provide benefits to the company. The selection of planes is determined based on market analysis with indicators of the number of passengers, aircraft, engineering aspects of the commercial aspects or the operational costs of aircraft and competitor analysis. Aircraft direct operating costs are costs directly related to the operator of the aircraft in flight routes. Direct operating cost is very influential in the selection of aircraft types that will be used. On certain conditions the determination of the decision must be taken quickly, in which one of the conditions is the availability of relevant information. Information is the output system that can be utilized by the parties in need. Decision support system to determine the type of aircraft is a computer application that provides output in the form of aircraft operating cost information that can support managers in making decisions determining the effective fleet at the new flight routes.

Abstract

The increasing number o f passengers Trans Jogja bus stops can result in the existing capacity can not accommodate the number of passengers comfortably. Problems that often arise include delays resulting bus passenger waiting time is longer and there is a buildup of the number of passengers at stops. As a result of these problems, the capacity o f passenger stops can be full so that prospective passengers waiting outside the bus stop. Forecasting is one very important element in the decision. In this study using stationary and trend forecasting the data because the data are not significant changes between time and swell in certain periods and a normal in periods others. Time series methods for forecasting the number o f passengers on the Trans Jogja stop using exponential smoothing calculation and least square. From these calculations the value sought MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or least square error is exponential smoothing and forecasting results with small error. Forecasting will be better if it contains fewer possible errors.

Abstract

In Islamic law, the division of inheritance according to the provisions of Islamic rule is an obligation. It is encouraged to immediately  distribute inheritance without delaying. The manual process of dividing inheritance according to islamic law requires a lot of time and expertise, which is not everyone capable of. So there is a need for providing an expert system for dividing inheritance according to Islamic law that can help people to hasten the implementation of Islamic sharia in distributing inheritance. This expert system is a web-based system. Transformation of expertise knowledge in this expert system uses forward chaining method with best first search algorithm. The result of the consultation on this expert systemconsist of the complete profile data of the deceased, the blocked-heirs, the portion for each heir and the portion of the inheritance for each heir.
