Abstract

Tujuan utama dari paper ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen rantai pasokan (Supply ChainManagement) dan prioritas bersaing terhadap kinerja produksi pada UMKM Batik Pekalongan. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif survei dan data dikumpulkan dari 100 perusahaan UMKM Batik diPekalongan. Instrumen survei digunakan untuk mencoba mengukur persepsi manajer produksi senior ataumanajer SCM tentang implementasi kinerja produksi di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Hasilnya SCM memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja produksi dengan nilai beta 0,237 dan nilai probabilitassignifikansi 0,005. Demikian juga prioritas bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaproduksi dengan nilai beta 0,284 dan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,001. Demikian juga uji hipotesis keduavariabel SCM dan prioritas bersaing keduanya diterima dengan prioritas bersaing lebih dominan dibandingkandengan SCM.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Social Capital as the intervening variable. The sampling technique used is a census with 101 people as respondents. The instrument test was carried out through validity and reliability tests. The result is that all indicators in each variable are declared valid, and all variables are reliable. By using multiple linear regression model, five hypotheses were tested with the following results, 1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on social capital, 2) employee engagement has a positive effect on social capital, 3) transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 4) employee engagement has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and 5) social capital has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The indirect effect test was conducted through the Sobel test, the results of which showed that social capital was significantly able to become an intervening variable on the influence of transformational leadership and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and worklife balance on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating variable at the Central Java Provincial Health Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office with 200 respondents. The sample technique used is purposive sampling with 90 respondents.The test in this study consisted of test instruments, namely validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, worklife balances has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational culture is proven to be a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of both compensation on performance and worklife balance on performance.
