Abstract

Penelitian normatif ini mengangkat masalah poligami dalam putusan Pengadilan Agama Sidoarjo Nomor : 1821/Pdt.G/2013/Pa.Sda, Hakim mengabulkan izin poligami dengan tidak terpenuhinya sayarat alternatif sehingga menimbulkan masalah apakah syarat alternatif sebagaimana diatur didalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam bersifat mutlak dan apakah pertimbangan Hakim yang mengabulkan permohonan izin berpoligami yaitu untuk melindungi anak dalam kandungan hasil hubungan sebelum perkawinan sudah sesuai menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada prinsipnya syarat alternatif merupakan syarat mutlak hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diatur dalam Pasal 4 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Perkawinan juncto Pasal 57 Kompilasi Hukum Islam, sehingga pertimbangan Hakim yang mengabulkan permohonan izin berpoligami yaitu untuk melindungi anak dalam kandungan hasil hubungan sebelum perkawinan tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Kata Kunci : Perkawinan, Poligami.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the teaching modules of PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru based on Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023. The two aspects analyzed are the completeness and systematic preparation of teaching module components and the suitability of the content based on Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection used document study techniques for teaching modules for PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. Based on the descriptions above, it can be concluded as follows: (a) The teaching module developed by PLP students for English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru has deficiencies in the completeness of the teaching module, namely in the learning material and there are differences in systematics. (b) The content of the teaching module was developed by PLP students in English subjects at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru in accordance with the provisions of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22 of 2023

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the number of workers working in large and medium industries and the number of large and medium industries on the rate of economic growth (GRDP) in Sidoarjo Regency. The type and source of data used is a quantitative approach with secondary time series data for the 2011-2021 period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the following results were obtained: the adjusted R2 value was 0.947 or 94.7%, and also the F-count had a value of 89.776 > F-table 4.103 and a significance value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the t-count (X1) of 1.608 is smaller than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.147 is obtained which is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (0.147 > 0.05). Meanwhile, the t-count of 12.946 is greater than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.000 is obtained, which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the manufacturing industry strategy in accelerating economic growth in Indonesia. The Indonesian manufacturing industry has become a significant contributor to the country's economy, contributing more than 20% of GDP from 2005 to 2014. This contribution increased by 27.4% from 2005 to 2014, and 19% in 2018. This industry is the subject of research, especially in the Indonesian region, because the priority of this sector is high. The two main indicators of productivity are Total Factor Productivity (TFP) and Efficiency (EFI), which can be used as a reference for Indonesian manufacturing performance. To address consumer demand and meet unmet needs, companies must understand market potential and focus on market needs in product development. Focusing on the market will improve its performance, and the success of the company depends not only on product quality but also on marketing strategies and new innovations. The two most important components that contribute to economic growth through innovation are innovation and management that is oriented towards innovation and action to solve problems.
