Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan tower transmisi sangat penting sebagai infrastruktur utama penyaluran tenaga listrik terutama di Nusa Tenggara Timur yang memiliki pusat pembangkit berjauhan dengan pusat beban. Akibat badai seroja, beberapa tapak tower mengalami kegagalan terutama karena sliding pada pondasinya. Karena itu, direncanakan reokasi tapak tower yang mengalami sliding tersebut. Untuk itu sngat diperlukan kajian terutama kestabilan tanah dasar pondasi sehingga desain pondasi lebih aman terhadap beban beban yang bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan penyelidikan tanah yaitu pengujian sondir, boring, pengujian sampel UDS dan survey pemukaan tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis tanahnya adalah lanau bercampur lempung bobonaro yang memiliki sifat ekspansive karena sifat kembang susut yang tinggi. Hal ini terkonfirmasi adanya retak permukaan yang luas. Berdasarkan hasi evauasi menunjukkan bahwa tekanan tanah berada pada kedalaman rata rata 16 m sehingga jenis pondasi disarankan mengunakan jnis pondasi dalam daya dukungnya memanfaatkan end bearing dan friksi. Hal ini karena nilai sudut kohesi dan sudut geser tanah sangat kecil Kata kunci: Stabilitas tanah, pondasi, Tower, Transmisi, Seroja.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKompetensi dan keahlian dalam menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sangat penting terutama bagi tenaga pendidik seperti guru maupun dosen yang tugasnya sangat mulia yaitu untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan anak bangsa. Persoalan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru pada UPTD SMP Negeri 11 Kota Kupang adalah belum memanfaatkan aplikasi google classroom dalam melakukan Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) selama masa pandemic dengan efektif agar proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) dapat tetap dilaksanakan, dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang tersedia seperti memudahkan pengajar dan murid untuk berinteraksi baik di dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah, penghematan kertas (paperless) dan waktu. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, maka dibuatlah kegiatan pengabdian dengan judul “Pelatihan Google Classroom bagi Guru-Guru UPTD SMP Negeri 11 Kota Kupang”. Adapun tahapan yang digunakan adalah melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien hal ini dibuktikan dengan antusias peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan dengan mendapatkan semua materi yang sudah dipersiapkan dan sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan. Pendampingan secara online melalui grup whatsapp yang telah dibentuk, dengan tujuan untuk kedalaman pemahaman materi melalui pemberian tugas serta diskusi dan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab moril. Kegiatan PKM ini sangat diapresiasi oleh para peserta dengan mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dari awal sampai akhir..Kata kunci: google classroom; pembelajaran; online; guru-guru. ABSTRACTCompetence and expertise in using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) are very important, especially for educators such as teachers and lecturers whose very noble task is to educate the lives of the nation's children. The problem faced by teachers at UPTD SMP Negeri 11 Kupang City is that they have not used the google classroom application in conducting Distance Education (PJJ) during the pandemic effectively so that the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process can continue to be implemented, by utilizing the features such as making it easier for teachers and students to interact both inside and outside school, saving paper (paperless) and time. Based on these reasons, a service activity was made with the title "Google Classroom Training for UPTD Teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Kupang City". The stages used are through the preparation stage, implementation of activities with training and mentoring methods. Activities can run effectively and efficiently, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in the training by getting all the materials that had been prepared and according to the schedule that had been set. Online assistance through WhatsApp groups has been formed, with the aim of deepening understanding of the material through assignments and discussions and as a form of moral responsibility. This PKM activity was highly appreciated by the participants by participating in training activities from beginning to end. Keywords: google classroom; learning; online; teachers.

Abstract

The 20 kV medium Voltage overhead lines of Naioni feeder on PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kupang system has a feed length of ± 79.825 kms and is the longest of all feeders installed in the ULP Kupang. To minimize the voltage drop and power losses on the Naioni Feeder 20 kV medium Voltage overhead lines (SUTM), network reconfiguration needs to be done including changing the diameter of the conductor, installing a transformer insert and installing a capacitor bank using the help of ETAP software. From the results of the study, before reconfiguration, the voltage drop at the end of the Bus_Trafo KB 082 channel was 0.967 kV and the voltage drop percentage was 4.68% while the total power losses at Naioni Feeder were 20 kV, which were active power losses of 48.062 kW and loss reactive power loss of 25,689 kVAR. Furthermore, after reconfiguring the carrying diameter on the channel that still uses a small diameter of 35 mm2, it will be converted to 70 mm2 on cable 17 that connects the KB 119 Transformer Bus channel to the KB 074 Transformer Bus which is a fairly long distance from all other channels. So that after carrying out the reconfiguration of the conductor diameter, the voltage drop at the end of the Bus Trafo KB 082 channel is 0.844 kV and the voltage drop percentage is 4.24%, while the total power losses in the Naioni Feeder are 20 kV which are active power losses of 41.142 kW and conductor reactive power loss of 25.53 kVAR. Furthermore, after installation of the transformer insert and changing the conductor diameter on cable 17 of 35 mm2 will be changed to 70 mm2 connecting the Transformer Bus Channel KB 119 to the KB 074 Transformer Bus, then the voltage drop at the end of the Bus Trafo KB 082 channel is 0.826 kV and the voltage drop percentage amounting to 4.15% while the total power losses at Naioni Feeder are 20 kV, namely active power losses of39.292 kW and reactive power losses of 24.467 kVAR. And then, if the capacitor bank is installed on the Bus Transformer KB 119 channel bus point to the Bus Trafo KB 074 channel, then the voltage drop at the Bus Trafo KB 082 channel end is 0.891 kV and the voltage drop percentage is 4.47%, while the total power losses are The 20 kV Naioni Feeder is an active power loss of 43.714 kW and a reactive power loss of 22.888 kVAR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi perencanaan dan mengetahui seberapa besar tenaga listrik yang dihasilkan dengan memanfaatkan kembali air buangan kondensor menjadi PLTMH dari air buangan kondensor serta pemanfaataan daya listrik pada gedung administrasi di PLTU II NTT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengukuran diperoleh, rata-rata debit air dari outlet kondensor adalah 0.834 m3/det, dengan ketinggian efektif 8.2 meter. PLTMH menggunakan turbin Cross flow tipe T-14 dengan diameter 710 mm, efisiensi turbin adalah 76% sehingga daya keluaran turbin 47.26 KW, dan untuk membangkitkan daya listrik digunakan 2 unit generator sinkron 3Ø, 2x25 kVA bertipe STC-20 pada dengan effisiensi generator dan transmiter fatbelty yaitu 85% dan 98% sehingga daya keluarannya sebesar 39.36 kVA. Dengan asumsi pemakaian listrik di gedung administrasi sebesar 9.7 KW. Lokasi pembangkitan berada berdekatan unit pembangkit PLTU II NTT, sehingga Jaringan tegangan rendah menggunakan kabel NFA2X (3 x 35 + 1 x 25 mm2) dengan panjang penghantar 445 meter dari gedung pembangkit dan menggunakan 11 tiang besi dengan ketinggian 9 meter serta jarak antar tiang 40 meter. Karena panjang penghantar relatif pendek sehingga impedansi salurannya adalah 0.369732 + j0.17129. Nilai jatuh tegangan yang terjadi sebesar dan 2.46 V (0.6%) dan rugi-rugi daya sebesar 14.48 Watt.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprakirakan Kebutuhan Energi Listrik per pelanggan tarif Rumah Tangga, Bisnis, Sosial dan Pemerintah, dan Industri di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Tahun 2019 – 2029 menggunakan Perangkat Lunak LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternative Planning System) dengan skenario pertumbuhan penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam perencanaan prakiraan energi listrik ini juga digunakan skenario metode gabungan yakni gabungan beberapa metode seperti metode ekonometri, kecenderungan dan analitis untuk mendapatkan elastisitas.Hasil prakiraan menggunakan metode gabungan menunjukkan rata-rata kenaikan jumlah pelanggan sebesar 0,95% pertahun. Konsumsi energi listrik pada tahun 2029 meningkat sebesar 988,2275 GWh dengan rata-rata kenaikan 1,15% pertahun. Daya tersambung pada tahun 2029 juga meningkat sebesar 1651,73 MVA dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 6,08% pertahun. Hasil prakiraan menggunakan perangkat lunak LEAP menunjukkan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 0,97% pertahun. Konsumsi energi listrik meningkat 995,0894 GWh dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 1,20% pertahun. Daya tersambung juga meningkat sebesar 1114,52 MVA dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 2,77%. ABSTRACT The forecast utilize the Long-Range Energy Alternative Planning System (LEAP) software to estimate the population, the number of customers, the power connected to the customer rate sector, the energy consumption of the customer rate sector, and the total energy consumption. In planning electricity forecasting in NTT Province for the years of 2019-2029, a combined method scenario is used combining different methods such as econometrics, trends and analytical.The results using the combined method show an average increase in customer numbers of 0.95% per year. Electricity consumption increased by 988.2275 GWh in 2029, with an average increase of 1.15% per year. The connected load also increased by 1651.73 MVA in 2029, with an average increase of 6.08% per annum. Estimates using LEAP software show an average increase of 0.97% per year. Electricity consumption increases by 995.0894 GWh with an average of 1.20% per year. The connected load also increased by 1114.52 MVA with an average of 2.77%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and implement an attendance system based on internet of things (IoT) . The proposed system integrated two types of attendance systems, face recognition based attendance system (FRA) and fingerprint-based attendance system (FPA), with a central server. The FRA was developed in a Raspberry Pi mini-computer using Python programming language and Openc CV library. The FPA, on the other hand, was developed using Node MCU ESP8266 and Fingerprint scanner AS608 with Adafruit Fingerprint library. Both FRA and FPA are connected to a web server with a database engine through the internet connection and sensing attendance data using the HTTP_POST method. The server was developed using Apache Webserver, PHP programming language, and MySQL database engine. The server serves two main purposes, which are to record the attendance data sent by the FPA and FRA, and generate an attendance report based on the user query. The system testing was done in a local network. The result showed that both the subsystems and the integrated system worked well

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of connecting PLTS Oelpuah with a capacity of 5 MW to SUTM 20 kV, in terms of the power flow and the magnitude of the change in voltage, generation composition, and electric power factor, when PLTS works in sunny, cloudy, and rainy weather conditions, and how the conditions system with and without the operation of PLTD LMVPP. From the results of the analysis obtained, the voltage profile at the point of connection of the Oelpuah PLTS to the Oesao feeder and the Undana Substation varies depending on weather conditions. When the weather is sunny, the voltage at the Undana substation and the Oesao feeder is stabel, but when the weather is cloudy and rainy, the distribution voltage at the Oesao feeder and the Undana feeder decreases. The composition of the generator's power supply has also changed due to weather conditions. When it is sunny PLTS supplies 3.2 MW, PLTD LMVPP supplies 12.6 MW, when it is cloudy PLTS supplies 915 kW, PLTD LMVPP supplies 15 MW and when it rains PLTS cannot supply power to the system, and PLTD LMVPP must increase its electrical power supply to 16 MW. When the PLTD LMVPP is separated from the system, any reduction in the power composition of the PLTS due to changing weather is transferred to the PLTU IPP. The electric power factor at the PLTS connection point, namely the Oesao feeder, is also influenced by changing weather conditions.
