Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejahatan cyber dan persepsi keamanan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pengguna produk e-banking khususnya pada masyarakat di kota palembang. Kejahatan dunia maya atau cybercrime merupakan suatu hal yang negatif bagi pengguna internet sebagai platform yang kini banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa kejahatan cyber berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pengguna produk e-banking, dan persepsi keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pengguna produk e-banking. pengguna produk e-banking, kejahatan siber, dan persepsi keamanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest of Lubuklnggau’s people to save, especially saving in a Sharia-based regional bank, namely Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. This research was conducted for three months using primary data by distributing questionnaires, books and related journals, the location of the study was in the city of Lubuklnggau. The sampling techniques used in this research were random sampling techniques with a total sample of 0 respondents and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that Advertisements and Publicity affect people's saving interest, while sales promotion and personal sales did not affect people's.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on customers' interest in mobile banking which continues to increase, especially during Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out how each variable of convenience, benefit, and risk either partially or simultaneously affects customers’ interest in using mobile banking. The sample in this research was customers of Bank BNI 46 Musi Palembang. There were 100 people who participated in this research. The research method used multiple linear regression. The data quality test used Validity and Reliability tests. The hypothesis was analyzed using t-test, f-test, and determinant (R2). The results indicated that the variables of convenience, benefits, and risks either partially or simultaneously affect customer interest in using mobile banking. Based on the validity tested obtained the value of Significant (2-tailed) 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, which means it is valid, and r count (person correlation) is greater than r table (0.1966) so that the items or questions were valid. While based on reliability, Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60 means that the data was reliable. The coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained 0.719 which means that 71.9% of customers’ interest was influenced by convenience, benefits, and risk variables, while the remaining 28.1% was influenced by other variables. And the R-value (correlation coefficient) of 0.848 means that there was a strong relationship between variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of financing and liquidity risks on profitability with capital adequacy as an intervening variable in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period of 2016-2018. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The sample used is the 2016-2018 quarterly report on 7 Sharia Commercial Banks. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study used SPSS 21 software, which consisted of descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and mediation testing using the causal step and sobel test methods. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that the financing risk (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Liquidity (FDR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Capital adequacy (CAR) doesn???t affect profitability (ROA). Financing risk (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on capital adequacy (CAR). Liquidity (FDR) doesn???t affect capital adequacy (CAR). Then based on the results of the analysis using the causal step and sobel test methods, capital adequacy (CAR) mediates the effect of financing risk (NPF) and liquidity (FDR) on profitability (ROA).
