Abstract

The Quality of service is a benchmark to known good or not a service, because the quality of service will affect directly or indirectly the level of customer satisfaction whether it will have an impact on customer loyalty. To determine the extent effect quality of service on customer satisfaction at Arista Hotel Palembang and which one the dominant variables affecting the customer satisfaction, the results showing the dominant variable that influence customer satisfaction is physical evidence, with the variable regression coefficient of 0.000 and the regression results indicate show 40.27 percent of certain service quality provided by the Arista Hotel Palembang that affect customer satisfaction Arista hotel Palembang. Mean while the other of variables are variable assurance and empathy showing significant levels of 0.040 and 0.008, and than variables reliability and responsiveness are not significantly influence customer satisfaction. So it can be conclusion based on that customer satisfaction, which is the physical evidence variable that significantly impact the quality of service at Arista Hotel Palembang.

Abstract

The Purposed of this reseach to looked the influence of E-Learning in information techonology development at Polytechnic State of Sriwijaya (Engineering and non-Engineering). This reseach used primary data which is processing used multiple regression analysis with a sample drawn from the population of students on Polytechnic State of Sriwijaya. which has interacted directly with the research site. From the processing data in t test showed that the output reliability calculation analysis, known ralpha to variable Y at 0.8845, X1 0.8256 and X2 0.787. From the results of the Likert scale R value of 0.823 indicates that the correlation or relationship between E-learning with a variable development was very strong because it is on a scored of 0.80 to 1.00. Value Adjusted R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.6.5. Simultaneous calculation based on the results obtained figures Fhitung 35.166> 2.7143. means that there are influence between the variables of planning, design and materials, delivery, interaction and Evaluation of E-Learning. So, it can be said that e-learning is one way in the development of information technology education in the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.

Abstract

The purpose of  community service program is to provide solutions as a concrete step in solving business problems. The object of community service is Pempek Embik, a micro-scale businesses managed by a husband and wife. The problem of Pempek Embik was the lack of business capital since entering the fasting of Ramadan 1439 H or the end of May 2018, where prices of raw materials to make pempek rise and not decline until now. Pempek Embik has stability sales and owners of business have never made a loan because fear, not being able to pay interest. PT. BPR (perseroda) has a product with name is a credit program without guarantees and without interest. This credit is program of the Mayor of Palembang city, Mr Harnojoyo, who is committed to maximizing the potential of SMEs. The procedure for proposing credits program were three stages,   first stage of completing business licenses and business recommendations from  Kelurahan, second phase of data verification and business surveys and the last stage was disbursing credit program in installments of IDR 250,000 each month without interest. Pempek Embik has five working days in a week or 20 working days in a month. Pempek Embik must save IDR 12,500 for each day. With consistent and working hard, this monthly installment will be easy to do.

Abstract

Pelatihan public speaking bagi remaja putus sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh LKP Difindo Technology Academy bertujuan melatih keberanian tampil di depan umum. Pelatihan public speaking dapat membangun kepercayaan diri dan membentuk generasi yang lebih berkarakter. Metode pelatihan mencakup permainan dan lomba public speaking yang dikemas dalam pembelajaran menyenangkan serta didukung sarana lainnya. Diharapkan, peserta dapat berbicara dengan lancar, berani bertanya, dan menjawab pertanyaan tanpa rasa takut atau paksaan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan persiapan generasi berkarakter dengan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum yang baik. Pelatihan ini juga mempersiapkan remaja menghadapi tantangan di masa depan dengan lebih percaya diri dan berani tampil, sehingga mereka bisa menjadi individu yang lebih unggul dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tidak hanya itu, pelatihan ini juga membuka peluang baru bagi remaja untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan masyarakat dan dunia kerja. Dengan keterampilan public speaking yang baik, mereka dapat menjadi komunikator yang efektif, pemimpin yang inspiratif, dan anggota masyarakat yang aktif. Hal ini akan membantu mereka membangun jaringan yang luas dan memperoleh peluang yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, teknologi informasi memiliki dampak besar pada kehidupan sehari-hari, teknologi informasi telah diterapkan di berbagai sektor seperti bisnis, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Teknologi informasi mengalami kemajuan pesat berkat adanya internet. Dengan hadirnya internet, memudahkan dalam memberikan layanan informasi bagi masyarakat, mengingat jangkauan akses internet yang sangat luas tanpa dibatasi oleh tempat dan waktu. Katalog berfungsi sebagai alat promosi dan informasi yang memiliki beragam manfaat. Pertama, konsumen tidak perlu mengunjungi toko penjual untuk melakukan pembelian. Kedua, konsumen bisa mengurangi pengeluaran jika jarak toko jauh. Dengan keberadaan website katalog, pemilik usaha dapat mengurangi biaya promosi dan memperluas jaringan pelanggan. Toko Yuli Collection Palembang adalah sebuah perusahaan yang fokus pada penjualan kain jumputan dan memerlukan sebuah situs web yang dapat mendukung atau meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan, terutama dalam memberikan informasi. Diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan pelayanan dari tahap penjualan, pemasaran, hingga promosi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the prediction of bankruptcy using the Grover and Taffler model at PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk for the period 2018-2022. In this research, both models of bankruptcy prediction analysis are measured through the level of accuracy to determine the highest accuracy in the prediction model. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach and using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements, namely the statement of financial position and income statement from PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk for the period 2018-2022. The results of this study indicate that the Grover model is predicted in 2018,2021 and 2022 to experience bankruptcy while 2019-2020 is predicted to be healthy and for the Taffler model in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk were predicted to be healthy or not bankrupt. While in 2022 the Taffler model predicts that the condition of the company is in a gray Area or prone to bankruptcy for the company. The accuracy level of Grover bankruptcy prediction analysis model is 40% and Taffler is 80% where Taffler model is the most accurate prediction model in this study. Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the features of digital wallet services as a substitute for cash in purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a series of questionnaires with a sample size of 86 respondents. The sampling technique used Non-Probability Sampling, namely accidental techniques, for students who use Shopee and ShopeePay. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25. The study shows that the t-test results on the service feature variable obtained a t-count of 11,051 at a significance level of 0.000 which indicates that the t-count of 11.051> t-table 1.989 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that the service feature variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the impact of the banking digitalization system on customer service performance in banking business activities. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations to all Bank Negara Indonesia 46 customer service Palembang areas. The population used is the customer service of Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Palembang area, namely as many as 54 people and the sample taken from this study was taken using the saturated sampling method, namely as many as 54 people. Data analysis was carried out using the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using the t test technique. Result show that the impact of digitalization has a positive influence on customer service performance , so that it can take over some of the roles and tasks of customer service) because the digital technology services offered have the features needed for customers to transact simple services in the banking sector without having to go through the customer.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dapat menyebabkan kebijakan yang akan diambil belum tepat, terlebih dalam hal  keuangan usaha. Pelatihan dann literasi keuangan ini diselenggarakan sebagai bagian dari dukungan terhadap program Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia (SNLKI) yang diatur dalam Peraturann Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No.76 tahun 2016, dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan detail tentang keuangan usaha, agar masyarakat luas dapat memahami dengan cermat  keuangan usaha secara baik. Pelatihan dan literasi keuangan yang dikemas dalam Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memperkuat pengetahuan mengenai literasi keuangan yang dikemas dalam bentuk Latihan dengan memberikan materi sesuai kebutuhan industri usaha. Kegiatan  dilaksanakan dengan metode berhadapan langsung diberikan kepada para karyawan PT. Arsuya Palembang yang bergerak dalam bidang teknik perlistrikan dan usaha service AC, jual beli air conditioner dan kelengkapan peralatan AC. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari pelatihan yang meliputi motivasi mengenai literasi keuangan digital, penilaian kondisi keuangan usaha melalui platform digital, mengoperasikan fitur-fitur pada e-banking, penyusunan keuangan yang efektif, serta pengenalan produk dan layanan keuangan digital.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to provide insights on how to optimize employees' contributions as indispensable using the tourism business model, helping companies better strategize and innovate their key resources and activities. Methodology/approach: The study, conducted in Palembang, used semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions. Nine tour and travel agencies were selected from 110 ASITA members using Slovin's formula. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Results/findings: The study identified key failures in tour and travel companies, including poor Human Resource Management (18%), inadequate role definition (17%), insufficient investment in employee development (13%), lack of strategic HR policies (14%), balancing cost and employee experience (11%), poor communication and support systems (15%), and external competition and workload stress (12%). Additionally, factors such as lack of knowledge, skills, experience, creativity, and commitment contributed. The study concluded that employees play a crucial role in the success of tour and travel agencies. Conclusion: The study found that recognizing employees as the most valuable asset in the tour and travel industry is essential. Their roles not only significantly influence the success of the business but also highlight that human resources are the key element in this sector. Limitations: Due to time and cost constraints, only 8.1% of ASITA members responded to this study; all were general travel agencies, with only one Hajj and Umrah company. Future studies will investigate all tour and travel agencies that are members of ASITA in South Sumatra. Contribution: This study will specifically assist tour and travel agents in Palembang to enhance their businesses by leveraging employees as key resources and activities.
