Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan career development pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi SEMA UIN Raden Fatah Palembang periode 2018. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 56 orang mahasiswa pengurus organisasi SEMA UIN Raden Fatah Palembang 2018 dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala yang dirancang peneliti dengan menggunakan dimensi self efficacy menurut Bandura dan dimensi career development menurut Busro dengan metode analisis product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara self efficacy dengan career development, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan angka 0,975 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 dimana p < 0,01.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence of organizational climate on the performance of operational-level employees in the Operations Division of PT. Pusri Palembang. Operational-level employees in doing their jobs, will interact with various conditions of working environment. Working environment in the Operations Division PT. Pusri Palembang will be perceived by employees in operational-level as organizational climate.With sampling technique of proportional random sampling and using path analysis to analyse the data. The sample of this research covers 250 operational-level employees.Conclude that there was significant influence on the performance of organizational climate  of operational-level employees in the operations division of PT. Pusri Palembang. Based on  the findings in this study, it is necessary to create a pleasant organizational climate for Operational-level employees.if this dimension can be created  in companies that can maintain and improve the performance of operational -level employees.

Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuiapakahterdapatpengaruhantara motivasi kerja terhadapkinerjakaryawan level pelaksana di DivisiOperasi PT. Pusri Palembang.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalahProporsional Random Sampling.Sampelpenelitiansebanyak 250 karyawan level pelaksana.Pengolahan data menggunakanAnalisisJalur (Path Analysis).Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan level pelaksana di Divisi Operasi PT. Pusri Palembang. Dengan besarnya koefisien jalur motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja adalah 0,517. Hal ini berarti setiap peningkatan motivasi sebesar satu satuan, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 0,517. Pengujian dengan t statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung (11,257) > ttabel (1,970). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan penolakan Ho yang menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan level pelaksana di Divisi Operasi PT. Pusri Palembang ”.  Adapun besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 26,68%.

Abstract

Courtship behavior is a series of joint activities tinged intimacy (such as a sense of ownership and self-disclosure) as well as their emotional attraction between men and unmarried women with the aim to know each other and see the fit between one another consideration before marriage, but also many dents student doing courtship behavior on the grounds of the main factors to watch soap operas frequent lovemaking makes bad influence on students. Behaviour love to watch soap operas is how seringkan activities using the eye or looking at television or watch a soap opera soap opera featuring romance.         This  study  aims  to  test  empirically  whether  there  is  a  relationship  between  the  behavior  of watching  soap  opera  romance  with  dating  behavior.  Behaviors  to  watch  soap  operas  romance dalah independent variable, while the dependent variable is a courtship behavior. The hypothesis is "no relationship between the behavior to watch soap operas with courtship behavior in students at SMA Foundation Islamiyah Ethika Palembang.        The  population  in  this  study  are  272  students  at  the  high  school  Yayasan  Islamiyah  Ethika Palembang, and the sample was 155 students at SMA Foundation Islamiyah Ethika Palembang. By using  the  quantitative  research  methods,  sampling  technique  that  by  random  sampling  technique with reference to the table Isac and mihcel on the error level of 5%. Methods of data analysis used to test the hypothesis of the research is simple regression analysis.         All  calculations  were  performed  using  the  data  analysis  computer  program  SPSS  (statistical packager for social science) version 20. The results of the analysis obtained correlation coefficient of r = 0.765 and p = 0.000 significance, means p <0.01, so the hypothesis is proven or accepted, can concluded that there is a very significant positive relationship between behavior to watch soap operas  romance  with  courtship  behavior  in  students  at  SMA  Foundation  Islamiyah  Ethika Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik apakah ada hubungan antara kematangan beragama dengan perilaku pacaran. Kematangan beragama adalah variabel bebas, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah perilaku pacaran. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah “ada hubungan antara kematangan beragama dengan perilaku pacaran pada santri MA Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Furqon Prabumulih.Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 95 santri MA Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Furqon Prabumulih.  Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Semua perhitungan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer SPSS (Statistical Packager For Social Science) versi 20.00. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar R = 0,764 dengan signifikansi 0,000 p<0,01, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kematangan beragama dengan perilaku pacaran pada santri MA pondok pesantren modern al-furqon prabumulih. Artinya bahwa remaja yang menjalankan keagamaan tanpa perasaan dan penghayatan cenderung tidak akan bermanfaat sebagai pengontrol perilaku pacaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya kematangan beragama kemungkinan hanya merupakan ritual saja bukan nilai-nilai yang terhayati dalam dirinya yang merupakan energi yang membatasi mana perilaku yang diperbolehkan atau tidak.

Abstract

The independent variable in this research is the attitude of tawakal. While the dependent variable is anxiety facing the national exam. Hypothesis research there is correlation between attitude tawakal with anxiety face national exam at student class XII. The samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 165 students class XII IPA 1, XII IPA 2, XII IPA 4, XII IPS 1 and XII IPA 3. Methods of data retrieval in this study using the scale of attitude tawakal and the scale of anxiety face the national exam. Data analysis method used to test the research hypothesis using Pearson Product Moment analysis. All data analysis calculations were performed using the SPSS (Statistical Packager For Social Science) software version 22.00. The conclusion of this research is there is a significant negative correlation between attitude tawakal with anxiety face national examination at student of class XII (r = -0,596; p = 0,000). This suggests that the role of tawakal attitude to anxiety is very important. Humans who have a high tawakal attitude will have a low anxiety and vice versa.

Abstract

This study alms to determine the relationship between work family conflict and work stress on police women of Polres OI. This research is a correlation quantitative study. The subjects is 31 police woman. There are hypotheses in this research, there is relationship between work family conflict and work stress of the police woman of the Polres OI. The measuring instrument in this study uses two scales, namely the scale of work family conflict and the scale work stress. Data analysis used pearson product moment analysis by SPSS v.25 for windows. The results of this research, there is no relationship between work family conflict and work stress the factory police woman which the significance value is 0,809 (p>0,05).
