Islamic business ethics is a set of values about good and bad, right and wrong in running a business based on the principles of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith and those that have been exemplified by the prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to find out how the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at traditional market traders in Makarti Jaya sub-district, Banyuasin district. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. In this study the data techniques used included observation and interviews. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that traders in the Makarti Jaya market have not fully implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, especially in terms of the principles of justice and responsibility in providing quality goods, there are still traders who mix good quality and bad quality goods for sale, besides that lack of friendliness of traders to buyers, and there are still traders who force buyers to buy their wares. However, there are also traders who have applied the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as the principle of monotheism, in which traders continue to perform prayers in selling even though they cannot be on time, and compete fairly among fellow traders and provide payment grace periods to buyers.

This research is entitled Da'wah Training Methods in Realizing the Darus Sakinah Mosque Youth's Desire to Become Da'i/Da'iah. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the da'wah training methods in realizing the desire of young people at the Darus Sakinah Mosque to become Da'i/Da'iah, (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of da'wah training methods in realizing the desires of the Darus Sakinah Mosque youth to become Da'i/Da'iah. The research methodology used is qualitative, with research subjects consisting of 10 informants from the Darus Sakinah Mosque. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) first, the preaching of Al-Hikmah teenagers are trained to understand that they must be clever in choosing words in which the words conveyed by the da'i must contain wisdom that is very much needed by da'wah so that the congregation is moved. Second, da'wah bil hal as an act of moving the assembly so that da'wah is more oriented towards the development of economic and social education in the community. Third, preaching Bil Oral preachers will be trained to use verbal skills and extensive knowledge needed so that later the implementation of da'wah can be easily understood by the congregation. Fourth, preaching kitabah as preaching that uses writing, whether in the form of using arguments, for example, prospective preachers will be trained to be good at writing verses of the Qur'an so that the steps to become preachers/da'iahs are maximized. (2) Factors supporting the first da'wah method, there is support from various parties, especially the DKM board who provide input and constructive criticism both related to da'wah training activities to the material that will be studied by teenagers. Second, there was support from Gema Hikmah, a da'wah training organization from Rambutan District which was organized to form competition activities starting from the Mosque Youth Communication Forum (FKRM) of Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. While the inhibiting factor, namely limited funds, is very important in every organization to carry out an activity.

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled Service Strategy for Customers at PT Balai Mandiri Prasarana Palembang. Every company certainly needs a strategy in terms of service, such as PT Balai Mandiri Prasarana Palembang which requires a service strategy with the aim of providing customer satisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to determine the service strategy for customers at PT Balai Mandiri Prasarana Palembang. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data sources namely primary and secondary data, the subjects of this study amounted to 5 participants including Branch Heads (1 person), Staff (2 people), and Administrative Employees (2 people). Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is related to the service strategy used by PT Balai Mandiri Prasarana Palembang to provide customer satisfaction with the services provided, which include: First, physical evidence, such as appearance by providing services by dressing neatly and in accordance with regulations, while for communication facilities, such as using office facilities and using personal cellphone facilities. Second, reliability such as the reliability of employees in conveying information by explaining it at the beginning of registration with the aim that customers believe, understand and understand. Third, responsiveness is like employee service in serving customers by providing good service that makes the customers happy and comfortable. The four guarantees include instilling trust in customers and providing good facilities to their customers. The five empathy are like paying attention to customers to help customers who need help.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in sub-district 3-4 ulu, sub-district of opposite ulu 1 palembang 30114. This study used a quantitative research type with a simple linear regression design and this sample consisted of 35 people who had been formulated previously with using the Slovin formula. The results of the research conducted by the authors indicate that there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in sub-district 3-4ulu, opposite Ulu 1 sub-district, Palembang city, South Sumatra 30114. From the results of the data collection test scores for reliability statistics Cronbach's alpha obtained an average spiritual intelligence value of 0.764 and online games 0.726 and in the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, a significant value of 0.200 > 0.05 is normally distributed, also based on the results of the linearity test on the output of the Anova table, the deviation from linearity sig is obtained. is 0.635 greater than 0.05. This means that there is a significant linear relationship between the spiritual intelligence variable (X) and the online game variable (Y). Significant test of homogeneity of variances 0.521 > 0.05 declared homogeneous. Then get an R2 value of 0.095, which means the influence of spiritual intelligence on online games is 9.5%. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions in the discussion chapter, the authors propose suggestions for teenagers who like to play online games to increase their religious activities instead of playing online games. Such as praying 5 times a day, participating in IRMAS, as well as other positive activities. Based on the research results, it can be synthesized that there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in the 3-4ulu sub-district, opposite ulu 1 sub-district, Palembang city, South Sumatra 30114 by 9.5%

ABSTRACT In this research thesis entitled "Content Analysis of Online News Scripts of Students of Television Broadcast Production Department of SMK Negeri 5 Palembang". Mass media is a medium that is able to provide a wide and fast spread of information flow. Vocational secondary education is a school that prioritizes the development of students' abilities to be able to have abilities in certain types of work such as a journalist, newsanchor, director, and cameraman, graduates of this department are expected to have the ability to create quality mass media. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the ability to write online news scripts of students majoring in television broadcast production of SMK Negeri 5 Palembang and how efforts are made by schools to improve students' ability to write online news scripts, while the purpose of this research is to find out the ability of class X students of Television Broadcast Production of SMK Negeri 5 Palembang in writing online news scripts and to find out the efforts made by schools in improving students' ability to write online news scripts.The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, the data sources of this research are class X students majoring in PSPT, mass communication teachers and department heads. The data analysis technique uses content analysis using Holsti's theory. The results of this study are that students have not been able to make online news scripts in full accordance with the structure of news writing and students use inverted pramida in making online news scripts, news elements, journalistic language and seen from the results of their practice of making online news scripts, Then for the development efforts made by the school, namely first preparing educators who are in accordance with the needs of the department, secondly providing laboratory rooms and school cinemas, thirdly facilitated to participate in various competitions, and fourthly forming extracurricular journalism and participating in competitions and managing smk5 TV, fifthly the availability of various types of literacy and digital attendance.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the congregational prayer habituation program in shaping the disciplinary character of students at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The implementation of this congregational prayer habituation program has been running at Aisyiyah 1 Palembang High School. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation related to the implementation of the congregational prayer habituation program at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. The research respondents consisted of students of class X and XI. The sample in this study were 51 students. The variables of this study consist of program implementation (X) and disciplinary character (Y). Data processing was assisted by the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The results of this study based on the results of the normality test showed that the significance of 0.200 was greater than the specified value of 5%. The result is 0.200 > 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and the residual data is normally distributed. The results of linear regression based on data analysis showed that the value of tcount = 3.597 while the significance value was 0.001. Then the significance value is smaller than the value of 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05 meaning that there is a significant influence between the program implementation variable (X) and the disciplinary character variable (Y). supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the congregational prayer habituation program in shaping the character of student discipline. There are several supporting factors that can help in creating a disciplinary character in the implementation of prayers, namely the family environment, school environment, teachers, surrounding environment, and good association. All of these factors have a very important role in shaping the character of discipline in prayer so that children can grow into individuals who have strong disciplinary character in praying. The inhibiting factor is the lack of parental supervision and association with friends. With these efforts, it is hoped that it can reduce the inhibiting factors for the implementation of prayers at SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang, so that the character of discipline in worship can be created for students studying at the school.

This research is entitled "Idarah Management in Improving the Quality of Ki Marogan Mosque Takmirs, Kertapati District, Palembang City". The research conducted by the author is a qualitative approach. This study also used interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques of this study are Data Reduction, Data Display and Concusing Drawing. The main data were obtained from interviews with mosque leaders and mosque worshippers. From the results of this study shows that the implementation of idarah masjid ki marrogant has not been carried out properly such as; Planning has not been carried out properly because there has been no deliberation to plan activities, organizing has not been carried out properly because the takmir has not carried out the duties and authorities that have been given and supervision has not been carried out properly because there is no evaluation of work programs to assess the results of activities. So it is advisable for the Takmir of Masjid Ki Marogan to be more responsible in handling matters related to the mosque in accordance with the duties that have been mandated.

ABSTRACT: Juvenile delinquency is becoming a serious and complex issue in today's modern society. Juvenile delinquency can involve a variety of negative behaviors such as drug abuse, violent acts, risky sexual behavior, as well as involvement in criminal activities. Therefore, the role of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency is very important. This study aims to determine the factors that cause juvenile delinquency and the strategies of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. In this study, descriptive research was used sourced from primary data and secondary data. To obtain data, observations, interviews and documentation were carried out after which qualitative analysis was carried out. The results showed that the factors that cause juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, are external and internal factors. The internal factors come from the teenagers themselves while external factors come from family factors, social factors and environmental factors and the strategies of religious and community leaders in minimizing juvenile delinquency in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency can be divided into 3 parts, namely a) village head strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by taking preventive and curative actions, b) community leaders' strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by conducting socialization on juvenile delinquency and involving adolescents in social service activities and community service, c) religious leaders' strategy to minimize juvenile delinquency by reviving mosque teenagers and conducting regular weekly public studies held at mosques. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital fundraising on the utilization of zakat funds. This research method uses quantitative methods using a causal associative approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation methods, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that good and regular digital fundraising can increase a great influence on zakat management and is very much needed to run zakat programs at YAKESMA SUMSEL. With the existence of digital fundraising, it is able to provide great benefits in the management of zakat because it is a means to increase zakat utilization activities in carrying out the zakat program at YAKESMA, along with the results of data processing with the SPSS version 25.0 program which obtained a t count > t table of (21,587 > 1,662) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that there is an Influence of Digital Fundraising on the Utilization of Zakat Funds, this is also the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R square of 0.840 (84%) it can be concluded that in this study the variable Digital fundraising (X ) has an effect on the Utilization of Zakat Funds (Y) by 84% and the remaining 16% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied. It is hoped that the YAKESMA SUMSEL zakat institution and the community can apply the use of digital fundraising so that it can facilitate the optimal management process so that it is able to achieve the goal of empowering zakat.

ABSTRACT: This thesis is entitled "Travel Smarts Umrah Management Strategy in Increasing Pilgrims Umrah in Palembang." This research is about how the travel smarts umrah management strategy in increasing pilgrims in the city of Palembang. The purpose of this study was to examine and find out the management strategies used by Travel Smarts Umrah Palembang and the inhibiting factors in implementing management strategies to increase pilgrims. This study uses qualitative methods by conducting field research, using management strategy theory according to Riva'i namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the analysis concluded that the management strategy used by Travel Smarts Umrah Palembang designed a strategic activity by promoting it through social media, prepaid advertisements, broadcasting to places of recitation, distributing brochures, submitting proposals to government agencies and company strategies that were implemented quite well. While the inhibiting factor of the strategy used is the first is the use of artist figures, because travel parties have difficulty paying and cannot be used continuously to use artists as public figures in attracting public interest. Second, there are many companies or agencies that are not interested in working with travel smarts Umrah, because some governments and agencies carry out the Umrah pilgrimage individually, not through a company.
