Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of employees at KUA in the Alang-Width sub-district of Palembang City, to determine the quality of service at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City, and to determine performance management in improving service quality at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the first study, performance, are significant. Good performance will result in effective and maximum service because employees have a high level of education, creativity, initiative, work experience, and ability. A good work ethic can increase employees' abilities in their respective fields. Second, reliability: service providers also understand what the community wants so that no community complains about unclear and lengthy services. Responsiveness: trying to provide the best service in other fields. Even the KUA itself was once exemplary. Assurance: has guaranteed the best possible service. Empathy: the kindness and friendliness of the community, as well as mutual respect and gratitude, is also one of the characteristics of exemplary public service. Tangibles: view of service providers and facilities at KUA, Alang-Width sub-district, Palembang City. Third, performance planning: by determining a planning system to obtain land to construct religious affairs office facilities as a whole and complete. Performance implementation: excellent service is to provide the best possible service to customers so that customers feel satisfied.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Role of Preachers in Improving Religious Understanding among Youth in Mulia Agung Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. As a background for the efforts of the preachers to be able to convey the message of the preacher with topics and themes that are close to the daily activities experienced by teenagers so that it is easier for teenagers to understand the messages conveyed and the da'wah will continue to develop and not be boring. The formulation of the problem is 1) what is the description of youth in the Mulia Agung Village? and 2) What is the role of the da'i in increasing religious understanding among youth in the Mulia Agung Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency? This type of research is qualitative research. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses role theory (Role Theory), namely as a theory of integration of orientation, as well as religious disciplines which will be conveyed to mad'u. The results of this study indicate that 1) The description of adolescents in the Mulia Agung Sub-District, namely that adolescents feel bored with the material presented is passive and not modern. Teenagers studying al-Muhajirin need tausiyah to develop and provide closeness to the development of adolescent association in general, then teenagers wish that the studies played by the dai can increase the motivation and enthusiasm of the teenagers themselves. 2) The role of the preacher in increasing religious understanding among young people of the Mulia Agung Sub-District has been maximized and innovative, where the study of the Al-Mujahirin preachers has conveyed the preaching in accordance with the development of today's youth environment and is not monotonous, so that teenagers are excited to listen to the lectures delivered by the preachers so as to increase religious understanding which can shape patterns of interpersonal and group communication to become well-mannered and knowledgeable Muslim youth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in sub-district 3-4 ulu, sub-district of opposite ulu 1 palembang 30114. This study used a quantitative research type with a simple linear regression design and this sample consisted of 35 people who had been formulated previously with using the Slovin formula. The results of the research conducted by the authors indicate that there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in sub-district 3-4ulu, opposite Ulu 1 sub-district, Palembang city, South Sumatra 30114. From the results of the data collection test scores for reliability statistics Cronbach's alpha obtained an average spiritual intelligence value of 0.764 and online games 0.726 and in the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, a significant value of 0.200 > 0.05 is normally distributed, also based on the results of the linearity test on the output of the Anova table, the deviation from linearity sig is obtained. is 0.635 greater than 0.05. This means that there is a significant linear relationship between the spiritual intelligence variable (X) and the online game variable (Y). Significant test of homogeneity of variances 0.521 > 0.05 declared homogeneous. Then get an R2 value of 0.095, which means the influence of spiritual intelligence on online games is 9.5%. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions in the discussion chapter, the authors propose suggestions for teenagers who like to play online games to increase their religious activities instead of playing online games. Such as praying 5 times a day, participating in IRMAS, as well as other positive activities. Based on the research results, it can be synthesized that there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on online game users in the 3-4ulu sub-district, opposite ulu 1 sub-district, Palembang city, South Sumatra 30114 by 9.5%

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Islamic Religious Counselors on Early Marriage in Kelekar District". The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic religious instructors on reducing the number of early marriages in Kelekar District. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was carried out using a sampling technique, namely the sampling technique for all members of the population used as a sample, amounting to 33 people. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, basic assumption test (data normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test), and simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Islamic religious instructors on early marriage, this is evident from the results of data processing using SPSS version 25 which obtains a t value greater than t table with a value of (2.603> 0.344) with a significance value of 0.000 <0 ,05. This is also the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R of 0.424 which indicates that there is an influence of Islamic religious instructors on early marriage of 42.4%, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the research variables, such as the environment, residents, Education, etc. Keywords: Islamic Religious Counselor, Early Marriage.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Analysis of Strategies in Increasing the Number of Santri at the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School, Sanga Desa District". This study aims to find out the strategy used by the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in increasing the number of students. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is according to Kotler and Armstrong. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study indicate that the promotional activities carried out by the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School have gone quite well, promotional activities carried out by direct or indirect socialization, developing and optimizing extracurriculars and facilities or facilities and infrastructure. Evaluation of this activity Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School has increased every new school year, it's just that the target of students has not been achieved so far because most students are more interested in public schools. Suggestions for the Darul Ulum Ngulak Islamic Boarding School should have human resources that specifically control promotional activities to manage the interests of students or the public so that they can carry out promotions more optimally, so that they can operate promotional activities carried out so that they run well.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how sharia marketing strategies increase Miami ice cream sales to agents in Karya Jaya and find out the inhibiting factors in marketing Miami ice cream sales to agents in Karya Jaya. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method, namely a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the sharia marketing strategy of the Miami Karya Jaya ice cream agent, namely the 4P marketing mix of product, price, place and promotion, has been implemented well and has also been imitated by the Miami Karya Jaya ice cream agent. The characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad SAW that made him successful in business were shiddiq (honest or true), amanah (trustworthy), fathanah (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative). Factors inhibiting sales of Miami ice cream are weather factors, damaged refrigerators, competition factors, and Miami ice cream melting.

Abstract

Semiotic Analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce Against Moral Messages in the Film Stealing Raden Saleh by Angga Dwimas Sasongko" is the title of the research thesis. Mencuri Raden Saleh is a movie about six young individuals who stole artworks with the intention of making $2 billion in cash. They worked so hard and were so determined to succeed that they eventually succeeded. The formulation of the research issue is how the moral message is shown in the Angga Dwimas Sasongko film Stealing Raden Saleh, while the goal of this study is to discover the moral message portrayed in the Angga Dwimas Sasongko film Stealing Raden Saleh. A qualitative research methodology was applied. Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis, which focuses on the notion of the triangle of meaning, which is composed of the representamen, object, and interpretant, is the data analysis approach employed. Primary data sources in original DVD/VCD format as well as secondary data sources such books, journals, and the internet serve as the research's primary and secondary data sources, respectively. Using documentation procedures, data collecting methods. The virtues of duty, kindness, compassion, and friendship are among those portrayed in the movie Stealing Raden Saleh. collaboration and accountability. Through this semiotic process, an interpretation is generated that suggests that the next generation has to think critically and creatively, much like Piko and his pals did, who remained together in the face of several challenges.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Da'wah Messages in the Book of Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 by Ustadz Felix. Y Siauw.” In the current era of globalization, many people or ustadz preach through bi al-qalam (writing), including Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw who preaches through writing. Da'wah through writing has advantages compared to other methods, including: the work of an author will be known forever, even when the author is gone, because readers will always remember the messages contained in these books. The work of Felix Y. The purpose of this study was to find out what messages the da'wah conveyed by Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw in the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453, both in the messages of aqidah, moral messages, and shari'ah messages. Researchers also find out which messages are more dominant in this book so that researchers can conclude what the contents of this thesis are. Writing this thesis using a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis. Content analysis is research that is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written or printed information in the mass media. Based on the results of the data obtained, it is found that the contents of the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 contain many da'wah messages including: messages of faith, moral messages and sharia messages that are related to everyday life. The most dominant da'wah message in this book is about Aqidah, how Muhammad Al-Fatih's belief in the promise that Allah and the Messenger of Allah gave in his bisyaroh in the form of the conquest of the city of Constantinople which became a separate strength for Muhammad Al-Fatih and his troops to realize the bisyaroh that the Messenger of Allah conveyed.

This thesis is entitled "Application of Islamic Performance Management in Improving Work Discipline of PT Employees. Indokarya Palembang Main Guard”. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of Islamic performance management in improving the work discipline of PT employees. Indokarya Palembang Main Guard. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that examines and explains the problem clearly. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation interviews, then data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. and disciplinary theory popularized by Malayu Hasibuan. The results of this research show that Islamic performance management aims to build performance in accordance with Islamic law, a job based on very strong sharia, and carrying out company management with good disciplinary rules as taught in Islam to become a good Muslim worker. PT. Garda Utama Indokarta hopes that employees can work wholeheartedly and diligently in carrying out worship, because work is also worship as Islam teaches its people to work diligently and seriously, solely hoping for Allah's approval. in accordance with the theory put forward by Malayu Hasibuan which states that discipline is a person's awareness and willingness to obey all applicable regulations and social norms, which consist of employee attendance every day, punctuality of working hours, employee relations or welfare, employee compliance with regulations. PT. Garda Utama Indokarya continues to improve discipline among its employees. Leaders provide motivational directions and guidance so that employees work in accordance with company regulations.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "The Role of Islamic Da'wah in Creating Religious Moderation Values in Adolescents in Bukit Sangkal Subdistrict, Palembang". The issues discussed in this thesis are: What is the role of Islamic preaching in creating values of religious moderation in teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in creating religious moderation values in teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang. The aim of this research is: To determine and analyze the role of Islamic da'wah in creating values of religious moderation among teenagers in Bukit Sangkal Village, Palembang. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is the technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that while there is still a generation that does not accept an attitude of religious moderation, we must be able to provide a deep understanding of what religious moderation is, and explain that we do not live alone, we live together with other identities, which are based on the concept of our beliefs. different, our understanding is different, but in matters of togetherness it contains good values which actually do not conflict with what we believe in, we must unite to succeed in building harmony in differences. So the thing that needs to be avoided is coercive behavior in inviting someone to believe in what we believe in. In a life of diversity we must be able to make religious moderation into our character, so that it is easy to apply to everyday life.
