Honda Union Palembang customers are generally upper middle classcustomers who tend to have buying behavior based on their wishes. This customer tendsto fulfill his needs a bit exaggerated (consumptive behavior). From this fulfillmentcustomers tend to buy a car because of interest in the latest unit variants, purchasedpackages that are considered cheap, or because bored with old cars. This should beunderstood by Honda sales, where they should be able to understand the marketsituation, so it can attract interest from customers. Sales must be able to understand andconvey Honda car information to customers well and effectively (interpersonalcommunication). So that the desired positive impact can occur ie the occurrence of saleand purchase transactions.The population in this study is a customer of Honda Union who made apurchase in March 2017 which amounted to 50 people aged 19-55 years of male andfemale sex.Data collection method or instrument used that is using likert scale method.Product Moment Pearson correlation analysis results. A correlation coefficient of 0.621was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The result of the closeness ofthe relationship is 38.56%. It shows that there is a significant influence betweeninterpersonal communication to consumptive behavior. While 61.44% is the influence ofother factors.

This study aims to determine improvements in language skills of children through storytelling using media images in group B TK Fajar Insan Palembang. Subjects in this study were children in group B TK Fajar Insan Palembang in the academic year 2015-2016, amounting to as many as four children, has two daughters and two sons. The method used is classroom action research, the process of the implementation of this action research is collaborative and participatory between principals, teachers, children and involved in the learning process. The results showed that the method of telling stories using media images can improve a child's language ability. It is shown from the results of the analysis showed that the average child's language ability Fajar Insan TK Group B in the first cycle was 2.95 and in the second cycle was 3.8.

AbstractAs an element of the state apparatus, PPPK has rights and obligations that have been regulated in the Act. The rights obtained by Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) are regulated in ASN Law article 22, these rights are in the form of Salaries and benefits: given by the government based on workload, job responsibilities, and occupational risks, Leave, Protection: given by the government in the form of collateral health, work accident insurance, life insurance, legal assistance.Competency development: held annually by government agencies The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, from the method used so in conducting this research the author focuses on the issue of Evaluation of the Implementation of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) (Case Study Article: 22 concerning Government Employee Rights with Work Agreement at the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Palembang) Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusionThe results showed that the Evaluation of the Implementation of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus (ASN) article 22 concerning Right of PPPK at the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Palembang had gone quite well. The success rate of the policy has been good, first aid workers have received almost the same rights as civil servants except pension rights due to contract system PPPK employees. However, in granting rights to first aid workers it is often too late from the stipulated time. This delay must certainly be overcome so as not to interfere with employee performance.Keywords : Evaluation, State Civil Apparatus and First AidAbstrakSebagai unsur aparatur Negara, PPPK mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pasal 22 tentang Hak PPPK di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Palembang sudah berjalan cukup baik. Tingkat keberhasilan kebijakan sudah baik, pegawai PPPK sudah mendapat hak yang hampir sama dengan pegawai PNS kecuali hak pensiun karena pegawai PPPK bersistem kontrak. Namun, dalam pemberian hak pada pegawai PPPK masih sering terlambat dari waktu yang ditetapkan. Keterlambatan ini tentunya harus diatasi agar tidak mengganggu kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Aparatur Sipil Negara, dan PPPK

This study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between the arrangement of your work space with employee stress Installations Nutrition RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang .Subjek research are all employees of the Installation Nutrition RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang numbered 30 people. The method used is quantitative method korelasional.Pengujian hypothetical use hypothesis testing analysis of SPSS version 22.0 for windows.Variabel research there are two variables X arrangement of work space and Y job stress. The results of data analysis based on correlation analysis of Karl Pearson Product Moment showed that no significant relationship (r- hit = 0.612> r-tab 0.361) between the arrangement of the room working with employee stress in the Installation Nutrition RSI S iti Khodijah Palembang.maka the better structuring room it will decrease stress levels of employees.

This study determines whether there is a relationship between the remuneration to the employee performance at the Islamic Hospital Siti Khadijah Palembang. The hypothesis of this study is no significant relationship between the remuneration to the employee performance in The Islamic Hospital Siti Khadijah Palembang. There are two variables in the study of variable remuneration X and Y performance. The method used is quantitative correlation. The sampling technique in studies using stratified random sampling, and found the number of sampling as many as 50 people. Instrument collecting data in this study using a scale of remuneration and performance scale. Hypothesis testing using a hypothesis test analysis of SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis based on the analysis of the Kearl Person Product Moment showed that there is a significant correlation (r s> r table) = 0.666> 0.279 with significance level of 0.05. This indicates the higher administration remunersi the employee's performance will increase.

Learning is needed especially for children because through learning, children gain knowledge about what is learned. In learning children need guidance and motivation from parents. Because parents have the potential to help education effectively. Then how is the support of parents for motivation to learn their children who are educated in boarding schools? This study aims to determine the relationship between the social support of parents with the motivation of students learning son Tahfidz Al-qur'an Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah Langkan Banyuasin III South Sumatra. The variables of this research are parental social support as independent variable and learning motivation as dependent variable. The population in this study amounted to 46 students tahfidz al-qur'an. The data collected through two measurement scales is the scale of parental social support and the learning motivation scale. The data were analyzed by Product Moment Pearson correlation technique with application of Statistical Program for Social Scinces (SPSS) version 24 for Windows. From result of correlation analysis of Product Moment Pearson obtained correlation coefficient 0,442 with significance value (ρ) = 0,002 with rule used is if ρ <0,05, hence this result indicate that social support of parent have significant relation with student. motivation to learn tahfidz Al-qur'an Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah Langkan Banyuasin III South Sumatra. For the relationship between the two variables is 19.5% while the other 80.5% is determined by something else, which is not revealed in this study.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of gadget addiction on the behavior of class VIII students at Mts Ma'Ariful Ulum Talang Keramat Banyuasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence between gadget addiction on the behavior of class VIII students at Mts Ma'Ariful Ulum Talang Keramat Banyuasin. The population in this study was all students of class VIII as many as 110 students, the subjects of this study were 55 students and random sampling technique. Collecting data using addiction and behavior scales, data processing techniques using SPSS. The results of the regression analysis showed R square = 0.277, F = 20.286 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with N = 55 and an rtable of 0.266. This shows that addiction has an influence on behavior. Thus, the hypothesis of this study can be accepted that the contribution of addiction to behavior is 27.7%.

Permasalahan yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelayanan klaim meninggal dunia terhadap kepuasan nasabah (ahli waris) pada PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) kantor cabang Palembang Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode ini berpangkal dari peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi di lapangan. Peneliti melakukan observasi dengan mendatangi langsung PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) di kantor cabang Palembang Kota sebagai objek penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan yang ada, diperoleh kesimpulan pelayanan klaim meninggal dunia terhadap kepuasan nasabah (ahli waris) pada PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) kantor cabang Palembang Kota sudah sesuai aturan yang ada, yakni petugas pertanggungan dan nasabah telah mengikuti proses administrasi dan syarat-syarat yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan suatu klaim.

Premenstrual skills need to be taught to autistic children who already have secondary sexual development characteristics so that they can manage their own feminine care needs so that their independence is greater. This study aims to improve the premenstrual skills of autistic children with Forward Chaining Technique. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research type. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subject is an autistic child with the initials AMR who shows signs of secondary sexual development. The intervention program was conducted by therapists at Edufa Palembang using forward chaining techniques that were implemented consistently and intensively. The intervention involved prompting, positive reinforcement, and proper task analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in the mastery of premenstrual skills, especially in the ability to use sanitary napkins, before and after the intervention. This study emphasizes the importance of a systematic and intensive approach to improve autistic children's independence in managing their feminine care needs. There was an improvement in the mastery of the ability to use sanitary napkins between before and after the intervention was given.
