The purpose of this study was to determine the leader's strategy in optimizing the guidance of the Hajj rituals for prospective pilgrims at KBIH Nurul Huda Pangalengan; knowing the implementation of the guidance of the Hajj rituals at KBIH Nurul Huda Pangalengan, knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in carrying out the guidance of the Hajj rituals for the pilgrims. This study uses descriptive methods, the type of data used is negative, the data sources used are primary and also secondary data while the data collection techniques used in the study are observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of this study are, First, the strategy of leaders at KBIH Nurul Huda using democratic leadership styles even though ultimately the leaders' decisions are carried out. Secondly, the implementation of the Recruitment Strategy used at KBIH Nurul Huda implemented a system obtained from selection activities. implementation as well as the process of realizing the plan. Third, the effectiveness of the Recruitment Strategy as a comprehensive plan to achieve organizational goals.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemimpin dalam optimalisasi bimbingan manasik haji pada calon jama’ah haji di KBIH Nurul Huda Pangalengan; mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan manasik haji di KBIH Nurul Huda Pangalengan, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam melaksanakan bimbingan manasik haji pada calon jama’ah haji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, jenis data yang di gunakan adalah kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan juga sekunder adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan study dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Pertama, Strategi pemimpin di KBIH Nurul Huda menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis sekalipun pada akhirnya tetep keputusan pimpinan itu yang dijalankan. Kedua, implementasi Strategi Rekrutmen yang digunakan di KBIH Nurul Huda menerapkan systemyang diperoleh dari kegiatan seleksi. implementasi juga sebagai proses mewujudkan rencana. Ketiga, efektifitas Strategi Rekrutmen sebagai rencana komprehensif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model dakwah di Pimpinan Cabang Pemudi Persatuan Islam Margaasih. Perihal kegiatan dakwah di Pimpinan Cabang Pemudi Persatuan Islam meliputi materi dakwah serta metode yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah kemudian efek dari penerapan dari materi dakwah kepada anggota pemudi. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan penafsiran logika yang dilakukan dengan kontek komunikasi dan penyiaran Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model dakwah Pimpinan Cabang Pemudi Persatuan Islam Margaasih adanya proses dakwah yang para mubaligh menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada mad’u mempersiapakan penyampaian yang dapat direspon dengan baik. Model dakwah menjadi alat dan ciri khas tersendiri ketika dalam menyampaikan. Didalam konsep kajian dakwah menanamkan keilmuan yang berlandaskan dengan Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. Kata Kunci : Model Dakwah, Hizbiyah ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the model of da'wah in the Islamic Youth Branch Manager of Margaasih. Regarding the da'wah activities in the Branch Leader of the Islamic Unity Youth, including da'wah material as well as the methods used in delivering da'wah messages, then the effects of the application of da'wah material to young female members. The method in this study uses descriptive methods. Data collection researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data in this study used logical interpretations conducted with the context of Islamic communication and broadcasting. The results of this study indicate that the model of the Branch Leader of the Youth of Islamic Unity Margaasih preaching process that the preachers conveyed the message of da'wah to mad'u preparing the delivery that could be responded well. Da'wah models become their own tools and characteristics when conveying. In the concept of da'wah studies instill knowledge that is based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembagian manajemen strategi pesantren dalam mengembangkan bakat dan minat santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen strategi di Pesantren Siswa Al Ma’soem terdiri dari empat unsur yaitu : 1) strategi pesantren, berupa lingkungan internal yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki pesantren dan lingkungan eksternal berupa ancaman dan peluang Pesantren Siswa Al Ma’soem, 2) formulasi strategi, mencoba untuk mengkonseptualisasikan suatu visi melalui program misi (ekstrakurikuler dan dewan santri), 3) implementasi, berupa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan dewan santri, 4) evaluasi strategi. This study aims to analyze the distribution of strategic management of cottage in developing the talents and interests of santri. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The analysis in this study uses logical interpretation that is connected with the context of Da'wah Management. The results of this study show that the Management Strategy in Pondok Siswa Al Ma'soem consists of four elements, namely: 1) Islamic boarding strategy, in the form of internal environment, namely strengths and weaknesses possessed and external environment in the form of threats and opportunities, 2) strategy formulation, to conceptualize a vision through a mission program (extracurricular and santri council), 3) implementation, in the form of extracurricular activities and santri board 4) strategy evaluation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Garut, terhadap pegawai dalam penyelenggaraan Haji dan bagaimana kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar pelayanan yang ditetapkan di Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, proses pembagian kerja yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan; Ketiga, pendelegasian wewenang yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses evaluasi dan tindakan perbaikan sehingga program kerja yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar. This research aims to find out how the organizing process is carried out by the section head of the Hajj and Umrah organizers of the Ministry of Religion of Garut. Regency towards employees in the implementation of Hajj, and how policies are carried out in improving service quality. The method presented in this study is the technique descriptive method in collecting this data by observing, interviewing and documenting studies. As for the data analysis done with the interpretation of logic which is related to the context of da'wah management, the results of the study show that: First, service standards set in the Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section; Second, the process of division of labor carried out by the Section Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the quality of services; Third, delegation of authority is carried out by the Section Head for Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving service quality. In general, this study can be concluded that the organizational pattern carried out by the Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section is appropriate, with the evaluation process and corrective actions so that the work program that has been established can run effectively and smoothly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis kampanye public relations dalam mensosialisasikan makanan halal kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh LPPOM MUI Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini membahas masalah yang berhubungan dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kampanye. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dan paradigma konstruktivime. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kampanye public relations dalam mensosialisasikan makanan halal kepada masyarakat oleh LPPOM MUI Jawa Barat sesuai dengan konsep dimensi praktis kampanye. Tahap perencanaan dengan menggunakan menganalisis masalah, menentukan tujuan, menentukan sasaran, menentukan pesan, menentukan waktu dan menentukan biaya. Tahap pelaksanaan dengan memilih pelaksana, menyesuaikan penyampaian pesan dan menetapkan media yang digunakan. Proses evaluasi dengan melihat dari terjangkaunya sasaran dan perubahan sikap sasaran. The benefit of this research is to analyze the public relation campaign in socializing halal food to the society conducted by LPPOM MUI of West Java. This research discuss issues that connected to planning, implementing and evaluating the campaign. This research is a qualitative research using case study method and constructivism paradigm. Data collection in this research through observation technique, interview and documentation. The result of this research is to show that the public relation campaign in socializing halal food to the society conducted by LPPOM MUI of West Java in accordance with the concept of practical dimensions of the campaign. The planning step is uses analyzing problems and determining goals, targets, messages, time and costs. The implementation step by selecting the executor, adjusting the delivery of the message and determining the media used. The evaluation step by looking at the reach of the target and the change of target’s attitude.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school on the religious quality of society. The Islamic religious rituals of the community after the existence of the Islamic Boarding School, as well as the social and Islamic aspects of the community after the Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena that exist in the community which are the object of research. Data collection was done by means of observation, interviews, documentation.The results showed that the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school provided various religious roles for the community. There is an increase in religious rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, the number of recitations, an increase in the reading and writing of the al-quran and to social aspects which all lead to positive changes.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mina Sejahtera Cooperative in improving the welfare of fishers in Muara Village, specifically the discussion is directed at discussing the program, implementation and results of the program. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena in society, which is the object of research. The data collection technique was done using observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the Mina Sejahtera Cooperative program was based on problems that were often experienced; the program was business capital loans, fishermen savings, social funds, and famine funds. The programs that have been implemented have given good results, namely that the community can have a place and business capital through the programs provided. During times of famine, there is no longer confusion.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of EIA in the Environmental Management Agency in the development of natural resource potential. Analyzed from the norms, concepts, and behavior of human resources contained in BPLHD West Java Province. The role theory proposed by Levinson was used to analyze the problems in this study. In his statement, that role covers three things including norms that become rules to guide someone in society, concepts that individuals will do in society as an organization, as well as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of data in this study uses interpretations or interpretations of logic that are related to the context of Islamic Community Development. The results showed that the Regional Environmental Management Agency of West Java Province in the development of natural resource potential through Analysis of Environmental Impacts had standard rules issued by the Ministry of Environment, namely the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 08/2013, which regulates the rules and governance, the concept formulated, and the performance of its human resources. The Environmental Management Agency in developing natural resource potential through an analysis of environmental impacts, has an effect.

This study aims to analyze the efforts of community economic empowerment, the implementation process to the results of community economic empowerment carried out by the Batik Canting Bekasi SMEs. This study used a descriptive method, while the approach used in this study was a phenomenological approach. The author borrows the theory of empowerment according to Eddy which states that empowerment is an effort to develop community potential into real action. The results showed that community economic empowerment carried out by batik canting SMEs was through a batik training program about batik and its characteristics, a system of providing insightful knowledge and batik material. The process of implementing the training goes through the planning stage, the implementation stage to the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the empowerment can increase the insight and skills of the community, the emergence of member participation in empowerment activities and improve the community's economy.

The existence of Posyandu in the midst of the community is a very big role, because it involves meeting the needs that are very important for the health of mothers and children. This study aims to determine the program, program implementation, and the results of the posyandu's role in improving the quality of health in RW 02 Rancaekek Kulon Village, Rancaekek District. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive research methods. The results of this study indicate that the Posyandu Sangkuriang Program in improving the quality of public health in RW 02 includes weighing, measuring height, immunization, counseling, nutrition, family planning (family planning), diarrhea, giving vitamin A, and providing supplementary food (PMT). As for the implementation of each Posyandu cadre has provided good service to all the people of RW 02 Rancaekek Kulon Village who come to Sangkuriang Posyandu according to a predetermined schedule while the results of the Sangkuriang Posyandu program are measured from the overall evaluation. Evaluation of the posyandu program is seen from all elements such as human resources, facilities, community participation
