Abstract

In the era of globalization, teenagers are busy with technological developments where social media has much influence on the lives of teenagers at this time. The influence of technological advances impacts cultural change, and today's young people imitate many foreign cultures. This will continue to shape life in the future. If juvenile delinquency continues, then public trust in adolescents will decrease. This study aimed to find out about the program, implementation, and results of youth empowerment. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach to provide an overview through observational data, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that IRMAS in Ciater Village carried out youth empowerment through the Ramadhan santri boarding school program, lanterns for village children, and creative workshops. The implementation process is through planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of empowerment can increase understanding and channel the potential in members, the emergence of member participation in empowerment programs, and youth involvement in the organizational structure of the Ciater Village government.

Abstract

The problems that are still not well mapped are related to poverty. Poverty experienced by the community affects the welfare of family life. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the program launched by the Family Hope Program, the process of implementing the Family Hope Program, and the results of empowering underprivileged families through the Family Hope Program in Bongas Kulon Village. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The results of his research are the empowerment program for underprivileged families through disbursement of social assistance funds and Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2). The implementation of the Family Hope Program goes through several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, evaluation and termination stages. In addition, the results of empowering underprivileged families can be viewed from health aspects in early childhood, educational aspects, and social welfare aspects for the elderly in accessing education and health facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemberdayaan yang diterapkan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mina Bahari dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pesisir di Desa Eretan Kulon. Menggunakan pendekatan Community Based Research (CBR) dan teori pemberdayaan Edy Suharto, Fokus penelitian mencakup implementasi program, tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, serta hasil pemberdayaan yang dicapai. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara sistematis dengan reduksi data, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan KUD Mina Bahari mampu bersinergi dengan anggota, komunitas, dan pemerintah. Program pemberdayaan yang dijalankan berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat serta memberikan dampak positif di bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of economic empowerment, marketing strategies for Boehoen coffee products, and the results of economic empowerment of the Maju Mekar farmer group in Nagarawangi Village. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The results of empowerment through the Maju Mekar farmer group are in three categories, namely the empowerment process, marketing strategy and empowerment results. In the process there are three stages, namely awareness, knowledge transformation stage and intellectual ability improvement stage. The marketing strategy used is expanding the marketing network, maximizing opportunities, playing in terms of quality, using online media. The following are the results of the economic empowerment that has been carried out, namely having freedom of mobility, the ability to buy small commodities, the ability to buy large commodities, always participating in decisions regarding household matters, having freedom of family domination, understanding government regulations, being involved in voicing aspirations, having legal guarantees. economy and sharing for families.
