Abstract

Saat terjadi bencana selalu terjadi kedaruratan disemua aspek kehidupan. Bencana menimbulkan korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Aspek kesehatan menjadi hal utama selama tinggal di pengungsian. Dampak yang sangat menonjol dari segi kesehatan di pengungsian bencana Merapi adalah merebaknya penyakit kulit dan batuk-batuk. Bantuan hidup dasar juga sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pengungsi. Kebutuhan air bersih, MCK, sanitasi, gizi dan bilik asmara perlu disediakan untuk para pengungsi. Untuk memperoleh jumlah perkiraan pengungsi Merapi pada tahun 2014 dan perhitungan jumlah kebutuhan dasar pengungsi yang tercetak dalam sebuah buku panduan yang disebut Grand Desain sedangkan metode yang digunakan didasarkan pada proyeksi penduduk untuk memperkirakan jumlah orang yang akan mengungsi di wilayah KRB Merapi Regional Jawa Tengah dan menghitung kebutuhan dasar pengungsi dari aspek kesehatan masyarakat pengungsi secara fisiologis. Dengan menggunakan rumus proyeksi penduduk diperoleh jumlah perkiraan pengungsi di KRB Merapi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2014 sebanyak 319.126 jiwa. Jumlah kebutuhan dasar pengungsi yang harus dipenuhi mencakup kebutuhan air bersih, gizi, MCK, sanitasi dan persampahan, serta kebutuhan bilik asmara. Sebanyak 319.126 jiwa pengungsi membutuhkan setidaknya 6.382.520 liter air bersih per hari untuk keperluan memasak, makan, minum. Kebutuhan MCK setidaknya membutuhkan 6.383 sampai 12.764 buah MCK. Kebutuhan gizi pengungsi Merapi mencakup setidaknya 127.650 ton beras per hari dan diperkirakan pula akan dihasilkan jumlah timbulan sampah dipengungsian sebanyak 638,3 m3 per hari. Tingginya jumlah timbulan sampah membutuhkan setidaknya 80 truk pengangkut sampah per hari untuk mengangkut sampah keluar dari tempat pengungsi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a system that makes it easier for the Academy's campus web college national university to easily find out academic information designed using the PHP programming language and use the Cascading Style Sheets Framework as a responsive design on the national university academic campus in helping students and users others can get campus information, lecturer information, and student data. The results showed that the Academic Information System makes it easy to manage data on the web-based academic information system on the national university's Academy Campus. With features in managing academic data that is checking student data and simplifying and improving campus performance in informing students about campus information. Furthermore, a web-based academic information system will be implemented at the Academic Campus of the national university arranged as a guide for students taking courses. By structuring it so that students will know the various technologies that underlie the web today. Web technology that is practiced in the guidelines on the web lecture is very dependent on the students' efforts to develop it further. On the other hand, this guideline was prepared in the hope that students could easily participate in the activities

Abstract

The increasing demand for information on the internet causes the traffic load on the web server to increase. Therefore it can cause the workload on a web server service to be overloaded (request), so that the server is down (overloaded). Based on previous research the application of load balancing can reduce the burden of traffic on the web server. This research method uses load balancing on servers with round robin algorithm and least connections as well as a single server as a comparison. The parameters measured are throughput, responses time, requests per second, CPU utilization. From the test results obtained Haproxy load balancing system, the least connection algorithm is superior to the round robin algorithm. Generated per-second request value of 2607,141 req / s and throughput of 9.25 MB / s for the least connection, while 2807,171 req / s and 9.30 MB / s for round robin.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a solution application and make work easier during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in online attendance activities and office management. This study also completes the shortcomings of previous studies, where previous studies used the geotagging feature. The development tools used by researchers use the android studio and the waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. The result of this research is an application that is connected to the internet in the process of attendance activities. The attendance data is stored in the database along with the photos entered at the time of attendance.Keywords:Android, SDLC, Online Attendance, Management.

Abstract

Soil moisture is needed in rice fields for plant growth, with attention to soil moisture in rice fields, it can increase fertility in the land which impacts existing plants. But in regulating soil moisture requires a level that is following the existing plants, because each plant has different humidity settings. This research will design a tool to adjust soil moisture in rice fields automatically to maintain soil moisture according to plant needs. This tool is designed to use a Soil Moisture sensor which can later be used as input data to the ESP8266 to drive a Servo Motor as a soil moisture regulator, a Servo Motor as an irrigation door drive. In making the design of irrigation arrangements, moisture data from each plant is needed because each plant has a different moisture content, from the results of the study, it was found that the soil moisture of kale plants was ± 49% - 68%, and soil moisture of corn plants ± 48% - 63%.Keywords:Automatic Watering, ESP8266, Soil Moisture Sensor.

Abstract

Attendance is a form of attachment or obligation between employees and companies, especially at PT. IDX with work locations for project employees who are spread across many companies and different office locations, namely in Jakarta and Bandung. Based on this study, an online-based employee attendance system using the barcode scanner method is applied, because previously employees were still using manual signatures with insufficient security systems and concerns about data leakage, with this attendance system employees do not need to sign manually, resulting in fraud. attendance can be avoided. The application of QR code technology to the employee attendance system can speed up the employee attendance process. Besides that, it can also help make it easier for the HRD Team in managing employee attendance reports to make it more effective and efficient.Keywords:Attendance Application, Attendance System, Power Apps, One Drive Application.

Abstract

Tiara Brand is a self-produced clothing business. The process of selling products at Tiara Brand is done by promoting their products through social media. This process is considered less effective, because customers have to order through another application, namely WhatsApp. Business owners also find it difficult to promote their products widely. Based on these problems, this study will discuss the design and creation of a website-based e-commerce application using the CodeIgniter framework, so that it is easier for customers to buy products from Tiara Brand, because it can be done on the same website. In addition, business owners can also more easily manage each transaction and can promote their products to customers without regional restrictions. the steps of this research are made in the form of a flowchart and go through stages consisting of; 1) Data collection, 2) Literature study, 3) Design, 4) Program code preparation, and 5) Application testing and using the String Matching Algorithm as an implementation of the application being built. The results of the research are the construction of a website that not only displays the products being sold, but can also be used for transactions and has the potential to develop Tiara Brand selling online.

Abstract

Scheduling is the activity of planning in conducting activity at a certain time. The main objective of the scheduling is to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the use of resources so that progress that has been determined previously achieved well. A genetic algorithm is one of the most often algorithms used in optimization scheduling. This algorithm works based on a natural process carried out using heuristic methods. One of the scheduling problems at company x in the step to increase security through system security updates with this antivirus installation program involves all employees as users of each division and handled by the IT team as the pic that handles the program. Scheduling is still compiled manually so that raises some of the problems starting from the preparation process to the division of the schedules to require a long time, it usually tends to clashes between the hour and the day when the PIC handles the user due to not automatic scheduling. Therefore, designing an application system by using web-based programming is conducted waterfall method to ease in the process of the preparation and distribution of a schedule which is more systematic with the implementation of the method of the genetic algorithm so that the scheduling that there will be more optimal.

Abstract

A rare condition known as Type II mucopolysaccharidosis, often known as Hunter syndrome, is characterized by defective mucopolysaccharide metabolism brought on by a lack of lysosomal enzymes. A class of methanolic illnesses known as MPS type II are inherited in a progressive and recessive way. Organs and tissues are steadily harmed by mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS type II). Hence early handling is recommended. Although though it progresses very slowly, the damage brought on by this illness impairs organ function, mental growth, and physical capabilities. A system known as an expert system aims to incorporate human knowledge into computers so that they can solve issues similarly way experts do. The Tsukamoto fuzzy approach, which is highly flexible and has a tolerance for data, was employed in this investigation. It is hoped that this approach will make it easier to determine if the patient has positive MPS type II or negative MPS type II. In this investigation, a value of 0.78 was produced using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method's calculating process

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate how well Bayes' Theorem and the Dempster-Shafer Method identify encephalitis. Inflammation of the brain, or encephalitis, can be caused by several things, such as bacterial or viral diseases. The main aim of this study was to assess how well both approaches perform in identifying this disease using clinical data. The main problem faced in detecting encephalitis is the complexity of the variations in symptoms and causal factors. This research focuses on analyzing clinical data of encephalitis patients, including medical history, laboratory test results, and clinical symptoms. The Dempster-Shafer method, a belief theory approach that allows the integration of information from uncertain sources, will be compared with Bayes' Theorem, a classical statistical approach frequently used in medical diagnostics. The research method involves collecting clinical data from medical records of patients diagnosed with encephalitis. This data will then be analyzed using the Dempster-Shafer Method and Bayes' Theorem to compare their accuracy in detecting disease. In addition, evaluation of method performance will also be carried out by comparing the sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values of each method. The results of this research are expected to provide better insight into the effectiveness of the Dempster-Shafer Method and Bayes' Theorem in detecting encephalitis. The implications of these findings can be used to improve existing diagnostic methods and increase the ability of early detection of this disease. This research has the potential to make an important contribution to the development of the field of diagnostic medicine and can help medical practitioners make better decisions in the management of encephalitis patients. Using the Dempster Shafer method, the encephalitis diagnosis rate reached 99.8%, while applying Bayes' Theorem gave a diagnosis rate of only 3.5%. From these results it can be concluded that the application of Dempster Shafer is more powerful and provides a higher level of confidence in the encephalitis diagnosis process compared to the Bayes Theorem method.
